I went here to look at and understand shower components (valve/trim/head). The showroom is beautiful. Amiel showed me options in person and then helped further over email and phone. He even pointed me to a cheaper line by a brand they didnt carry - which I ended up getting - he didnt have to do that, he could have tried to sell me a more expensive setup - so I appreciate his customer service and integrity.

Great service and prices. I worked with Amiel and he was great. We did a lot over email which works well. This is a place that is more oriented towards designers and contractors vs consumers. The manufacturer sent us our kitchen faucet in the wrong color and Amiel got it returned and loaned us a faucet while we waited for the new one to come! Pro tip: they have access to tons more stuff than whats on the floor--just let them know what you are looking for and they can make it happen!
