Service here is attentive and at the same time slow. However there selections of tiles, vanity, and sink options are incredible! Price is cheaper than your average HomeDepot and the quality is much better. Like the solid wood vanity we got. Well be back again.

I did a remodel that involved a kitchen and two bathrooms so there was a lot of tile to shop for. I visited A LOT of tile shops from San Jose to Concord. Best Tile is located in Santa Clara and San Francisco. They are in a warehouse setting and have a lot of tile. Some are old styles and some are more current but all are much lower priced than elsewhere. I ended up buying porcelain tile for one of the bathroom floors and the kitchen floor.

Great store! A lot of high quality, in stock tiles to chose from. Plus many vanity cabinets, counter tops, mosaics, kitchen cabinets..... Staffs are very helpful.

Great spot to go to grab tile. Theyve great parking theyve loads of inventory. They sell tools but mind you they are pretty expensive. They have a good selection of slabs to choose from. Pretty knowledgeable staff which I like.

I got my tiles and vanity set from Best Tile. This store has a big selection of European tiles. Large format porcelain tiles, porcelain panels, mosaics, cabinets... so much to choose from. Very helpful staffs. Definitely will be back for my other bath remodelings!

Remodeling is great when you have many possibilities. We looked at different box stores like Lowes, home Depot and Ikea but we were truly impressed by the selection and ease to buy . Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful customer service and the prices are better.

It has the name Best Tile because it has the best tile for the best price, will come back.

At most they specialize in stone slabs and tiles with a variety of uses like tombstones and elegant floors and bathrooms countertops and all that monuments and governors quarters they are so close to home i think they are nice people also.Chinese and a latino guy i like se hablas espanol ( he has a very nice baby voice style of speaking one of the best assetts is having that way for a man to have his childlike voice sound so good i am impressed with overhearing him on the phone one day back 17 years ago.Anyways he worked there hopefully again he does)😀

Best Tile sells products from different suppliers. Purchased 850 sq ft of Lexfloor from here. They are able to get some of the order within a few days and then quoted that the supplier stated a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. I contacted and verified with the supplier as such. Upon verbal confirmation and ensuring its actually 2-3 weeks instead of maybe or estimated 2-3 weeks, I purchased the floors.This was April 24th. Its July 25th and nothing. Shipment date kept on being pushed back another 3 weeks again and again until they quoted 1 month in June. Then its quoted that there is no estimated time.No sympathy from the employees of Best Tile and when I was calling every Friday to check up on the status, they even sound annoyed even though Im always stating Im checking on the status in a polite way. Im sorry, but if you were paying for 3 additional months of mortgage and labor, you would be checking on the status weekly too.After finding a similar shade but totally different grain, width, and height floorboards, I cancelled my remaining order that was unfulfilled... After waiting 3 months. No sympathy, no compensation.I wouldnt recommend Best Tile just because of the companies they choose to work with. What you sell (regardless of whether its your product or not) represents your company because consumers are buying from you. Theyve chosen a horrible supplier to work with and they continue to sell them knowing other customers will have the same issue.BUYERS BEWARE.
