Were so happy that we stopped by Kohler and met Carrie. She was a pleasure to work with and helped us navigate a large project that we likely couldnt have done on our own. Were thrilled with the decisions that we made together and products now installed in our home. We didnt end up with a lot of Kohler fixtures - a few sinks and drains - but Carrie helped us with Brizo, Delta, Axent, and more. Thanks!

My Husband and I made an appointment with Carrie M. at the Kohler Signature Store in San Francisco and she was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was also very prompt in getting us the quote. The showroom was very clean, everyone had masks on and there was sanitizer at the entrance as well. Highly recommend!

The showroom was packed with great options and our salesperson Carrie was wonderful. We are excited about getting the bathroom of our dreams and she helped to make that possible. I enjoyed working with her--she made the entire experience easy--and safe during shelter in place. She was helpful, flexible and the discount for the floor model tub made it more affordable for us.

The absolute best! Sarah is a master of design who not only goes the extra mile but carries you on her back for the entire journey. She knows her products and vendors inside and out and more importantly knows how to apply that knowledge to your home. So when you come in with a crazy half-formed idea, Sarah’s able to twist and tweak and poke and prod it into a stunning oasis of calm. My husband and I trust her implicitly and recommend her unreservedly.

Cannot say how much I enjoyed the process of designing and building out our bathroom renovation here. We worked with Sarah V who was amazing! She was able to suggest design components that matched what we were looking for. We had to wait to get the items in and Sarah follow-up up with us frequently with updates. We are looking forward to renovating out other bathroom and will 100% be back!

Planning a remodel of a master bathroom in our country second home. Margaret was a truly exceptional consultant as we tried to select a new kitchen faucet as well as all the fixtures/sink/toilets (including the Japanese style washing toilets)/cabinets/medicine cabinets for the bathroom. It was such a pleasure to see things actually installed and have the ability to test the flow of water through various shower heads and kitchen faucets. They have extensive displays in many finishes, have working relationships with cabinet makers, have tiles up on the wall (right now they are displaying Ann Sacks tiles) truly making this a one stop place to shop. The merchandise is very high quality and stylish. Her advice was very solid. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and adept at reconciling two very different viewpoints between Tom and me when choosing fixtures. We walked out with a folder of tear sheets, a very good idea of what we want to do, and were told by her that she would be following up with an email with images and further details of the items we selected. Great experience.

I have kohler products now and am thinking some updates. I enjoyed not only the store, but my design consultant Carrie. It was a good day. I wish there was a store closer to my home in So Cal.
