Pretty nice staff and great humble behavior. I missed to pick up and item, went to store after the due date. They just ordered it for me and they did free shipped it to my home. I love the hospitality and understanding nature of these guys. I also found it easily accessible to bart station and during the thanks giving day sales also they are pretty nice in time and delivery.
