I was trying to get a logo printed on baseballs. I didnt think it would be possible, but I sent an inquiry from the website. I was called back within an hour. They consulted with me on how it might work. I sent the graphic file and they did a test print, which didnt show the needed detail, so they suggested another approach. Within a week I had the baseballs with logos. It was on time and on budget. I had a fantastic experience. Great customer service!!

Huge commitment to quality, fast turnaround time, very accommodating! Were very happy with our wall vinyl, glass door logo, and wall signage.

A total nightmare! Used it for the production of the outside signage of our new Innovation Center. 2 months in the making, 3 days before our grand opening they told us they could not make it on time. Provided a temporary signage that feel (and broke) during our inauguration. Still not clear when and if well get our final (expensive) product. Do not go there, one of the worst customer experience I had in a long time.

I had a very good experience working with FastSigns. Working on a complicated project for a large institution, we had about 50 pieces to print and assemble, including a variety of materials and layers - images, text, clear acrylic, and standoffs. There was a lot of trial and error in the design stage, and Ria was especially helpful. The deadlines also continued to change, but they worked with us at every stage. I plan to use their services again.
