Very rarely do they answer the phone in a timely manner if at all. If theyre this busy not to answer the phone, THE OWNER NEEDS to hire somebody to answer it for you, stop being cheap and hire extra personnel or answer the phone. We all need jobs, we all have a job to do... dont waste our time with inefficiency.

Very cooperative and polite

Just called them and talked to a girl with no knowledge of finishes. Waste of time. Attitude at the phone at a well known place. She refused to say more than we only provide finishes for kitchen cabinets. Sad.Place in Phoenix is a 100% more professional than this one and they actually are very technical about finishes.

The guys at Sherwin-Williams were very knowledgeable and helpful with every product imaginable. An excellent material source for professional cabinet and furniture finishers!
