I have referred my family and they are always happy with the place.Most recently, on November 10, 2020, I was in need of a place to store my daughter’s stuff, called them and immediately got a nice space. Aminda at the front office did a great job showing us available spaces patiently and Chris the manager gave us a truck to use. More so there was no driver available and he offered to drive the truck to my house, wait for us load and drove it back to the storage for us to unpack and store our things safely.I highly recommend them and will definitely store with them again if need arises!

My experience with Mira Mesa Self Storage has been wonderful! I was anxious about finding a storage unit large enough for my car and belongings but their drive-up units were the perfect solution. When I called a week before my move, there were no drive-up units available. Chris told me he could put me on a wait-list, but I wasnt very hopeful a spot would open up in time. Two days later Chris called back to say the exact unit I wanted was available. I was thrilled! We managed all the paperwork electronically, which I really appreciated during this pandemic. Mira Mesa Self Storage has the most reasonable rates of all the facilities I researched and their service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Im a Realtor and I went to the Mira Mesa Self Storage yesterday the help sign up one of our elderly clients who house we were selling. My client is partly paralyzed in one arm, so she move slowly. I had called in ahead of time to explain that I will be paying for the first month for one of our clients. Upon arrival the management there was very helpful in making sure that she and I were well taken care up. The manager Chris and his assistance were both very patient, respective and explain things very slowly, so that my client had no problem getting checked in. I dont write many reviews, so trust me when I say it means something when I take the time to write a review. Hats off to Chris and his assistance (sorry I didnt remember his assistance name), they were both great! :)

Got here 20 min before closing and Chris was in the office to help me out. I came here during the Covid-19 pandemic for a move looking to store some household items. The staff here were very welcoming upon arrival - during these times they practiced self distancing and a lot of documents were e-docs to prevent any contact. They were very professional and informative. They simply asked what items I had to store and determined the best size to my benefit. They have great security systems and I see myself using this facility for quite it some time without any worry. Thank you again for being so accommodating!
