Not a good experience. Several years ago, Hoffman installed a full enclosure on my boat. There were several missing snaps and poorly designed draw backs. I just recently contacted them to replace 2 torn front isinglass panels. I asked the gentleman for a quote. A week went by with no contact so I reached back out. Memo sounded like he was surprised by my call and said that they hadnt had a chance to go to the marina yet but his person was going the following day. Several days later, I called him back. He asked what Marina I was in when I had already given him detailed instructions about where my boat was, not to mention that he had already worked on it a couple of years ago. My entire enclosure a couple years ago was $3,000. He quoted my $1,200 for just the front two panels and said that it would take 2 full days to replace. I made the point thatthis is almost 1/2 of what it cost for the entire enclosure and I thought it should be more like $800. He countered with $900 and said that he owuld decrease the quality of the glass. I asked again for a cost of $800 to which he said he would call me right back. That was 4 days ago. Don;t bother calling me Memo - I will not give you any business ever again. Terrible service!!!

Nice fellow, the product was way to high for my budget, but who knows, I did not shop around much, but started here because of the good reviews. Probably worth checking out for the average buyer.
