I used to like to come here. Just today, some guy told me that I can’t leave my old paint gallon cans here like I’ve done for over 10 years. I had just unloaded 6 gallons, then he comes out and tells me I’ve gotta take them back home. He claims his “bin are full”. Even if that is true, he could still hold on to them until Friday when they will be emptied. I was also going to buy new paint today. But due to the way I think he handled this unprofessionally, I will no longer be coming back to this location. I hope this is just a franchise policy and not Company policy but maybe I’ll be contacted by the company to help get this store issue resolved.

This place had very attentive service .Parking available. Very friendly They greeted each customer with respect and I found the employees take the time to attend to your request . The products are great. I needed a matching color and they took the time until they perfected it . Convenient location in Pacific Beach .

Every time we go in here I like it better. They are always very helpful, give great advice, show you the various options. If you want something that they have, but theirs is a lot more expensive than some other alternative (in my case, deck sealer) they will tell you where to go to buy it cheaper! So they would rather have you get the best deal instead of just trying to make the sale. Great at color matching, too.

Its your standard Dunn-Edwards. Everything you need for a project and a knowledgable staff ready to help. What really earned that fifth star was their color matching expert. I bought a galon of eggshell finish enamel for touch ups on a metal handrail. Usually you have to paint big sections or finesse a way to match touch ups, but with the product my sales rep suggested and the great job this store did of matching the old paint; my work was cut in half.

The store is a little slow and doesnt really seem to have their act together to service a contractor. I went there for a part thats only they had and I stood around for 10 minutes before anybody would give me the time of day. Then even though I phoned ahead and had them reserve the part, nobody seemed to know what was going on.

Paint department need to improve the speed of the service they are too slow .. 45 mins to match a paint ? Too much time. Custumer service is great
