The material was correct but the service was horrible not a place to go if your a contractor and have to wait over an hour just for a few pieces of material

They didnt have the roof tile I needed but the person I spoke with was very nice, helpful, and directed me in the right direction.

Dont buy from RSG... part 1. After consulting with my contractor, I bought $3k worth of roof supplies on 1/29. I was told they would arrive in a week. I schedule the roofer to come out a couple weeks later. A couple weeks later (without the supplies), I call. This time, theyve been delayed, they should arrive on 1/21. I reschedule the roofer. This date comes and goes. I call. Now theyre supposed to arrive on 1/24-- 3.5 weeks late.Dont buy from RSG... part 2. The roof supplies arrive on 1/24. As part of this, I ordered a roof load theyll put the 1000 lbs. of supplies on the 2 story roof, helping out my contractor. They do this, and leave.Half an hour later, 2 of packs of shingles falls off the roof, onto the neighbors deck, where their kids play. Half an hour after that, another 50lb pack shingles made its 2 story fall.Im not sure what to make of this. Are these professional roofers too incompetent to know theyve nearly caused the death of these kids, or are they too apathetic to care? Theyve caused, and walked away from a situation where my house can now rain tarry death from above on the neighbors kids. Thanks RSG!

Very bad UN professional customer service. I went to buy some material the person in front with 2 monitors saw me but playing with his phone no respond other guy was holding his toe but he saw me he came and said they dont have it and went check with the guy in front he is still playing with his phone dont even ask any question then the guy in very back he came and talk with them each other not helping me. I left very unprofessional customer service. My recommendations is not to shop there.

I needed a small order and several other roofing providers have blown me off. Joe, in Inside Sales, was professional, courteous, and helped me place my order quickly.

Complete waste of the supervisors time & my time to detour off route, get order at desk,get slip ,wait for yard guy ,, only to hv sales rep say sorry sir,, we dont have it in stock... Computer says we do,, actual on hand yard guy says dont have.! Third time this year!!! Its no wonder we try to avoid this site.
