I had a pleasant experience with this company during Little Italys farmers market. I bought salt #35. Flavorful and good for chicken. I ended up using it on noodles but it made a delicious topping.

I have been buying salts from this company for years, I found them originally in the Hillcrest Farmers market even though I dont think they go there anymore.Once we started with a little starter kit I got hooked!! They also make great a gift! Some of my favorites are #37 (Catalina offshore) It is smoky and delicious, I use it to season fish poultry and even sprinkled over my avocado toast. The truffle salt we have used over fries and other creations but one of my favorites is to make homemade popcorn in coconut oil and season with truffle salt and Braggs nutritional yeast. So good!!! We also use #36 (Havana spice) to make bloody Mary rims 😄 they are always fantastic at giving recommendations.
