We LOVE our new garage doors. We first met Fred who is both very professional and knowledgeable. He stepped us through the process and presented options within our budget and invited us to see doors at their (very nice) showroom. There was a pandemic-caused delay in getting our doors made but thats been the norm for quite a while. Then there were delays on our end due to other construction going on at our house. Radford was very patient about that. Then superstar Daniel came out to do the installation. Also very professional and knowledgeable. A nonstop worker. The fit and finish is perfect. He cleaned up everything when he was done. EVerything works great. Love the wifi access. Highly recommend Radford. No disclaimer here ... I have NO affiliation at all with the company. Christopher Peterson installed our gates with an eye on quality: he noticed that the clear coat/finish on one of the panels wasnt perfect, so he stripped, re-stained, re-coated the panel over the course of a few days so each layer would dry properly and deliver a perfect outcome. I was very pleased with the ordering and installation of my garage doors. Damon was an efficient sales agent, carefully measuring spaces and recommending needed work before installation. Demetri valiantly tried to move my installation forward when my current door stopped working. Eliseo single handedly installed doors for my 3 car garage including adding side filler to accommodate the new doors and putting a lock on my 3rd door. Determined Radford Doors was a good option for a new garage doors 6 years ago. Selection of a door was somewhat limited because of the low ceiling in my garage, but got a great system for less than I expected. Last month garage door was making noise and not completely closing. I cant rave enough about Radford Doors. What an honest and ethical company. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that Ive dealt with them. Both times they came out ASAP the same day that I contacted them. 2 years ago my wife bumped the garage door and it came off track and they came out and repaired the door and got it back on track.Today, Jake came out with their company and he fixed the garage door. He quickly found the issue. He was so friendly, that I took him up on his advice to also replace the old metal wheels to nylon rollers. Wow, what a difference. They are so much quieter.Great COVID protocol and he was wearing a mask and very friendly. I cant rave enough about this very honest and ethical company.Many companies these days use COVID as an excuse either to not offer good service or subpar service but this company is wonderful and Id highly recommend them to ANYONE that has a need for garage door repairs or replacement.

Great service and fair pricing. They installed our garage door and closer 11 years ago, and responded to a problem over the weekend where the door wouldnt close. The technician fixed the problem, made some recommendations for replacement of worn parts and worked quickly and professionally.

Replaced garage door including track and associated hardware, and opener. The opener is a Liftmaster 8550 belt drive. The installation was done by Daniel and John. Great job on the install and had me squared away with the phone app and other features of the opener by the time they left.Can’t comment on how the price would compare to other contractors because I did very little comparison but since the installation was done correctly and the installers had vast experience I would use them again

These guys are great. Theyve helped me out tremendously with my old garage door. First was with the torsion spring that was the only local place that stocked them at a considerably cheaper price than anywhere else, and second when they had salvaged parts from old doors to help me replace an obsolete hinge. Theyve always been easy to talk to and were able to decipher what it was Im looking for since I have zero garage door experience other than opening and closing. Thanks again, highly recommended!!

I needed my garage door changed quickly because we’d accidentally opened it with hatch open on the car - thus leaving the car stuck and the door and motor out of commission. Lo an behold, here came Radford to the rescue! On the same day no less which was critical to us because the following Monday (this was on a Thursday) the A/C folks would be coming to install an A/C and change the old furnace - so they needed garage access.So thank you José and team!

Found them on Marantec website. I have a Marantec garage door opener and had a question on reprogramming the wireless remote keypad and Gabriel helped me over the phone on thr spot and his advice was right on the mark. The instructions on the keypad manual didnt include the important info that you have to take the batteries out and hold the enter button as you put them back in and hold it for a few seconds after putting them back in and then release thr enter button. 2 lights should flash and the keypad is reset for new code programming. Thanks Gabriel.
