Curtis helped me change the two torsion springs and drums on my roll-up garage door. He explained the quality of the different springs and its cost. He was courteous and professional. He lubricated the door and made sure everything was working. The repair went really fast. Very good experience overall and would highly recommend. One of the coils snapped on our garage door, and we were unable to open it. After calling first thing in the morning, a technician was at our place a little after 8 AM and was able to repair the issue very quickly. This was not something I would try to fix on my own since there is some danger involved and it would have taken much longer. The tech also made a recommendation on another part and checked everything else out. Id recommend this company for their quick, thorough service and 20+ years experience in the business.

Garage door springs were worn out and the door wouldnt open completely. Called and spoke to Joe who scheduled Kevin to come out that afternoon between 3 to 5. Kevin arrived right at 3, immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix my garage door in a timely manner. Also repaired a broken part in the opener motor (Im sure most other repair companies would have tried to sell me a new motor!) Kevin was professional and knew what he was doing. Called them on Sunday evening because my garage door spring snapped.
