Ive come to this place to pawn 2 different laptops now and compared to other pawn shops where I felt like I was being judged on a reality show for elimination due to my item not meeting expectations the guys behind the counter have always made me feel comfortable and even if im not necessarily happy with what im offered i understand that this is a business transaction. I will also add that they are definitely willing to work with you on the final cost of the item to be pawned and get as close to your price as possible. I had to get an Xbox as a last-minute birthday present. I looked on Craigslist and Offer Up, but couldnt find anything, or get a response. Luckily, I found that Pawn Plus had posted and Xbox on Offer Up. I called and made sure it was still there, which it was. Ernesto was SOOOOOOO helpful. Im clueless about video games, and he even took the time to Google the specs and compare it to other versions. He was extremely knowledgeable, and really took a lot of time to explain everything to me. He suggested a game to get, which was the absolute best suggestion. He took the time to show me that the Xbox worked and even offered to let me play around with it to test it. This is one of the best customer service experiences Ive EVER had. And the cost of the Xbox was really low and great value. There were also lots of other great items for sale from great power tools to really nice vintage Marshall amps and a Danelectro guitar Im going to have to go back for. Their camera lens deals were fantastic too. Thank you Ernesto!! A fantastic experience. Also, after I gave the Xbox to the recipient, who is very familiar with video games, he couldnt have been happier. 10/10!
