Karina ****564 put exactly what I needed together unlimited just like I needed for my trip fast. I was under so much stress on the phone with other phone carrier sending in my documents registration drivers license all that jazz then they told me to go get another phone, f that! So I went into t mobile and within 7 minutes I was walking out the door. 50 bucks unlimited everything with my phone and my number.

The store is very clean with calming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive. The store was busy. The pleasant staff made the 1 hour wait for service bearable. This is my second visit, its like the first one very pleasant. I like these people.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a T-Mobile service location. Multiple times I have come here to solve issues and the staff have consistently turned me away and offered me no help. Every time I have left and gotten my issues solved at another location. If you have problems, go elsewhere. Odds are theyll just disregard your issues and try to sell you a other phone.

I walked in there thinking I had to pay $70.00 for a new phone and second line, I walked out getting hooked up with new phone on promotion and something new to me Tvision that you can cast to to T.V. to that extent.Cy was willing to help with not paying anything and being introduced to Tvision that you get a variety of channels and Shows and Sports and News and cable shows.I can broaden my view experience now!He took as much time needed for me to transfer info from one to the other.I left a happy camper!

Awesome service. Everyone was very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. Anthony assisted my husband with his decision to switch to an Apple phone. I was so grateful for his expertise, guidance, and most of all patience. We were in town for the weekend and I would go back for my upgrade. You have a great team at this store.

I would not recommend buy a phone from this tmobile. Bought a bran new galaxy S20+ from them that turn out to be defective bc GPS and cell reception didnt work right and because I was patient with it and past the return deadline by a few days they wouldnt take it back or even work with me. Been with tmobile for 6 years and this is turning out to be a nightmare experience bc of these guys

Absolutely the worst T-Mobile store in the state. Haven’t been helped by customer service in my last four visits. Told to use the app or pay by card when the app and card on file are not working. Because of this crew of employees I will be switching services and do what ever I can to bring anti trust law suits to T-Mobile monopoly

The couple I dealt with today in your store helped me (Melbourne girl) change my prepaid plan to cover my data the remainder of my time here so easily and efficiently when I’d been told in another state it couldn’t be done, and also helped me out with some amazing food suggestions locally and around downtown-3 of which were fabulous. Thank you both ever so much. Great service! T-Mobile has been great whilst away from home too!!

I walked in off the street to the T-Mobil store on Fifth and Broadway downtown with my new Android phone that I had purchased at a different company, in a different part of town.Back Story - I had dropped and destroyed my iPhone a couple of days earlier, and didnt have $500 on-hand to replace it. So I bought an inexpensive Android instead, but not at this T-Mobile store.I was learning how to navigate through the phones various functions, but a serious roadblock at every turn was that the keyboard was missing most of the special characters that I had used when I originally set passwords for my various accounts. I couldnt see the keys to enter a caret, percentage sign, either of the slashes (for example), and was locked out of my e-mail accounts, the security cameras for my business, and Twitter (for example). I knew all of the passwords, I just couldnt find the keys to enter the proper characters.I had searched the Users Manual, and even Googled this problem. I learned how to select a different keyboard, but not how to bring up the correct set of special character keys I needed for the English QWERTY keyboard.Out of desperation I decided to see of one of the T-Mobil phone experts would be kind enough to assist me even though I hadnt purchased the phone from them.Kim was very kind. A technical expert, and helpful and friendly as well. She took the phone, punched a few keys, and said Ah. I see. But there must be a way to get to the rest of the characters. She pushed a few more places. Turned the phone left, and then right. And said Aha. This key here that we assumed was a Greater Than symbol is actually a right arrow pointing to the rest of the keyboard characters. Problem solved. Thank you Kim. Youre a telephone whiz. You saved me, and you have my sincere respect. Very well done!

I honestly LOVE T-Mobile. I switched to them from AT&T about a year ago.Today I went in to buy a phone case for my iPhone XS and Angel was incredibly helpful.He recommended a case he personally uses, and put on the case and a screen protector for me.Thanks for always having the nicest employees, T-Mobile!! :)

I normally dislike phone stores for their lack of perceived organization... random islands and nobody in command of helping people in order. But this place does it well. They made sure I was in the Q and I was to do an almost effortless warranty exchange that bgan online and transitioned to their phone help. This location grabbed the baton an made it all seamless.

Girlfriend and I joined our plans together and had some billing questions, and wanted to upgrade our phones. Jerry helped us. He wouldnt let us ask questions, pushed hard for us to gets signed up on a plan that would cost us more, and when we asked about upgrading our phones and where the zero down plans went, he told us that they no longer did that. Found out a few minutes from other more capable employees that they have a wide range of phones that are zero down, Jerry just didnt mention that. All in all my worst experience at this location. Usually get great customer service, however it looks like Jerry is the exception.

I was sold 2 phones at this store. The first one I was no longer available, they did not know why, or if a new model would be available soon (the new model came out 2 weeks later). I wound up buying a phone that was not the one I wanted, but they did not offer me many options. When explained the contract they flat lied to me. They sold me on the jump plan, stating that the money I was putting down now would go to my next phone, and I would not have to make a down payment on that. This was flat wrong. I would have to make a down payment on the new phone as well as pay a certain amount on the phone I purchased to not have to pay extra when I gave it back to them and upgraded. T-mobile never resolved this problem. They basically said, it sucks that one of our agents lied to you, but you are in contract and there is now nothing that can be done about that. They also quoted me the wrong prices on the contract, so when I got my first bill I was rather surprised. Then my boyfriend at the time knew enough, so with the phone I lent him he would convince tmobile to let him charge the bill up using google play apps. I would turn it off, and he would turn it on, without my knowledge. I tried to stop this to no avail. Eventually the bills became crippling, my boyfriend broke my phone, I had no way to pay the bill and the 2 phones became essentially nice paperweights. I would never go through this company again. They said anything they could to sell me a phone right then and there, with no regard to what they were actually telling me.....sneaky, lying company.

Conveniently forgets to mention that the SIM sold to me expires after 90 days when I explicitly told him that I live abroad and am only in town for a couple days for business. Tried to sell me as many minutes as possible. To my surprise when I came back home a few months later and I couldnt make calls. What a load of sneaky bull****!

Me and my wife went to this T-Mobile after going to the one on Chula Vista Broadway. We went there to make payments that we owed for the phone. Needed to speak to someone who speaks spanish to talk what just happened. All of a sudden they got us a lady who introduce herself. Out of all the workers there the one lady who helped us was the only one who really dedicated herself to help us. So she did her best. I recommend when you there get a chance to talk to her, if your lucky of course.

I worked for tmobile. I walk in to this san diego location with button down shirt. Start charging on a display. And mr big old jolly dude says I cant. Told him Im a customer and manager told me to get out. Love the service but this store needs an attitude adjustment. If some one was having an emergency I would never say no. Tmobile service and value are excellent, this review is if the Location at 5th ave downtown.I walked in and a girl named Liz approached me, she offered help but she had such a bad attitude I ended up asking her if she was angry. Her response: No, are you?.I dont know why Tmobile seems to always underperform at their retail locations, 9 out of 10 visits the reps are so unprofessional. Such a bummer.At this location I ended up walking out. Not coming back here.

I went to this location and bought a Note 3 CASH.!!!!!!!!! the thing is that i had this phone fell in love with it during the first two weeks but after a two weeks the phone was not charging at all which was no help to me anyway i went back and got a new phone at least they did at well after getting a new phone out of the box it was working for a week so far so it was ok but it ended messing up and do not understand why it was happening to me so i went back asked them if there was something defective with the device and the representative jess was at first she was being rude in the end she was very nice and helped us out and got me the phone the next day but i guess that was not the problem so i ended up ordering the new battery as well but this time wasnt informed that it would take 7 days for the battery to come so it came i put it in thinking it was finally the problem fixed turns out it was not so what i do i is go today march 26th 2014 and speak to jess again but this time this lady turned on use we where really frustrated more than ever me being that did not have my phone for over two weeks or more she ended up saying she could not do anyhthing anymore that she did everything she could and could not further help me that it was samsungs problem now not t mobile the company that i bought the phone from and the company that provides my service but ive been with tmobile for 2 years dont get me wrong its good servive but the people at the actual stores need to be trained better to show respect and not make me feel ignorant bad customer service skills and worst place ive ever been for service will not be coming for my problems here anymore hope a manager tries to reach me.

Fantastic.i mean seriously, outstanding.I went to a t mobile on base. (run by a third party retailer so they sent me to another store)the other store was closed (two years ago)so we went here. the t-mobile in down town san diego.we got there around 7:30pm (they close at 8)we were greeted with smiles by the manager.i had 8 phones on me.5 were duds to do the trade in deal just to get the ETF for ditching verizon.and i had 4 new phones (two from motorola web site, two from ebay)(so that makes 9 what ever)they waited for us. (gfs account got locked out online and she had to call a couple stores still one verizon rep gave her her account info)then we went thought the whole process of setting up the phones (i had to buy 5[the cheapest phones at $1 a month] to get the ETF deal)and then they just plugged our phones in. set everything up were super helpful.and now i am home as a happy new T-mobile customer.ohh might i add. the account fiasco with my GF took so long by the time they got to start setting up our accounts it was after 8pm.they did all of their job after they closed.if a t mobile rep in corprate reads thiswe were helped bythe associate Jenniferand the manager (whose name i sadly do not remember)thank you both so much for your patience and time(after hours)Sincerely,tom
