Mike is absolutely the best window and door sales guy I have ever worked with! We are general Contractors and been in business 35 years and have had many sales reps and he is the best in the business and i can call him or text him anything and anytime. He is also the most personal and just all around good guy with alot of knowledge about every window or door that I ask him. We hope to work with him for a long long time . I talk to him once a week and just let him know what I need and he will help me immediately. He makes it easy thanks again mike !!!!

We had a primary bedroom with outdated windows and doors. Designer Window Supply visited our home, took measurements in the bedroom and made inquiries as to what we were hoping to achieve with new windows and doors. Two weeks later, the team returned with suggestions and drawings of replacement windows and doors. Our room has been reconfigured into a bright new energy-efficient living space. We have made several changes to our home in the forty-two years we have lived here. The transformation of our bedroom is among our favorites!!!!!

She is my go to person when it comes buying windows and doors for all of my building projects.As a General Contractor it is imperative to have her within a phone call to answer all of my questions and getting quick quotes from her.

We are in the middle of a master bath remodel and discovered we need to replace the current window which had been installed incorrectly by previous contractor. The receptionist and gentleman who helped me couldnt have been any nicer!!! Even though they do not carry in-stock windows, he was kind enough to give me some suggestions on where I may be able to find what I needed on such short notice! Photos are from the last guys terrible work...we had to redo EVERYTHING HE TOUCHED!!! ALWAYS hire a PRO!!! We were looking to up the cool factor at our beach house in Exuma, Bahamas, and were looking at the view out of our kitchen window and felt the framing of the window was detracting from the view. We researched window options and came across Designer Window Supplys awning-style windows.After reaching out, we were connected with Thomas Tomaso Hopkins and began working with him on the suitability for our oceanfront location and work out the dimensions. He was friendly, knowledgable, and great to work with from the initial call through after the install.Building on a remote island created many challenges including the need to have everything just perfect as any adjustments would mean a lengthy delay. Tomasos attention to detail and thoughtful planning was critical to the window being delivered on time and fitting perfectly. I was notified part way through the windows manufacturing that there was going to be a delay, but Tomaso and team were able to figure out a solve and got the window back on track for an on-time delivery.We love our new window and it has delivered the look and wow factor we wanted...actually even better. It was clear to me that this company is passionate about the product they put out there. They not only just supply the windows/doors but also make sure the installation material for their products is used so the product is installed properly. They had a beautiful pass through window which is great for entertaining. Their product, installation, and customer care is unparalleled. They were very helpful when trying to decide what would be the best solution when I needed to replace my windows and doors for my home improvement project. I got an immediate response and they came out and listened to my concerns about cost and selecting the best product within my price range. I had intended to only replace one door and a few windows and ended up replacing all my interior and exterior doors as well as all the windows. I decided to create a pass though window in my kitchen which makes using out outdoor patio so much more convenient.

I had a fantastic experience with DWS. From start to finish they were professional and friendly. The whole team was very helpful.
