Had a great experience. Even though we were shopping for the simplest of wedding bands, they treated us with respect. This was refreshing, Im sure most people spend several thousand dollars but we only wanted something super simple, and were very happy with our purchases.

Worse than a sleazy car dealership. Purchased two rings here. Sales woman said we got you covered and can make this happen. Somehow I end up with three rings, which was never made clear to me. So now I have an extra setting I cannot use. Because they pulled the diamond from the setting to put on another setting, I somehow own the original setting. NONE of this was mentioned at the time of sale.Then I come back to pickup the rings a week later, and they hand them to me, not even in a box, along with the third ring I have no idea how I own or what to do with. I had to ask for the $5 gift box... The wedding band came with a $1 gift box, which I promptly replaced with something, you know, a little nicer for what I paid.As I found out later, the extra setting was worth less than $20. They billed me a little over $1000 for it.Fast forward 6 months later, wedding called off, need to sell rings. Three separate appraisals. Not only did Robbins scammers take me for thousands of dollars, the appraisal people said I didnt get what I paid for. The information on the receipt is not accurate, in Robbins Brothers favor, of course.Off to consignment. First place I go to says Im out of my mind if I think I can even get 1/10th the cost I paid for the jewellery. This is a consignment place telling me this, they have all the reason in the world to get as much money as they can, and they laughed me out the door trying to recover 20% of what I paid at Robbins!I sent my sales person an email asking some basic questions and no response.

Moran “Mo” was so phenomenal with our entire process! Such an energy as well! She was very “for us” and even made a suggestion that would ultimately have my fiancé fall in complete love with the ring! She listened and it worked out beautifully. I was leaving for a period of time for work and we had to have a custom order normally 6-8 weeks... it came in 3! Probably less. They really went above and beyond when I wanted to propose before I left and gave updates. Gina was also super helpful great team with Mo when I was by myself and confused. Insurance is totally worth it and at a great value and benefits. Love the staff, love the products and services.Update: Walked in to pick up the wedding band with Fiancé and they offered to clean the engagement ring she had on while we went over things. Didn’t ask. Just offered. Just an amazing experience all around.

There was a short wait outside. We picked up my wifes wedding ring that had a broken prong. Robbins Brothers had it repaired and polished in 3 days. They are always nice and courteous. The ring selection is easily a dozen times more than any place Ive seen for engagement rings and wedding bands. Ear rings, necklaces and some bracelets are available. Its worth coming by to see what they have if you want to impress that person you will be with the rest of your life.

When I was searching for an engagement ring I checked all the online shops ( so many suggestions from everyone) but I wanted this to be an experience with a WOW factor. Robbins Brothers delivered!! Nothing beats seeing the ring in person, with professionals that know their stuff and can talk about their products with passion. I cannot rave about this store enough. This location has always gone above and beyond with customer service. Being military we move around so much and they have always worked with our schedules when in town. Just recently, I was able to coordinate an inspection and repair at a closer location so I can spend more time with my family! My fiance was giften a ring from her mother. Although the diamond is beautiful, she wanted to change the band out for something simple. We entered Robbins Brothers and were immedately greeted by Syeda. Syeda was wonderful to work with. Sales consultants are typically very pushy which is a big turnoff for me. I dont like it when sales consultants are desperate to make a sale. Syeda was not this way, she was very helpful and took the time to find the band that my fiance desired. We eventually left and told her that we would be back. Without pushing us to purchase she wished us well and informed us to ask for her when we returned. Upon return we asked for Syeda and purchased the band. The ring turned out beautifully and Robbins Brothers as a whole was professional all the way to the end. Will definitely return for future services and or jewlery purchases.

This place is fantastic! The selection is vast. The sales team is very helpful. Gary sourced a particular type of stone we wanted. Their in house jewelers are very fast. I sent in the ring for a repair two years after purchase. The ring was repaired and returned the same week. We couldnt be happier with our decision to visit this store.

Mrs. Sablan, better known as Mo was absolutely wonderful! I ordered a Verragio engagement ring through Robins Brothers just recently. I worked with Mo and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. I had originally wanted an aquamarine as center stone but quickly changed my mind to a Montana Sapphire. Without question Mo cancelled the order for the aqua and started on a search for a sapphire. I then Informed her that I had found a stone myself and would be purchasing it. Some jewelers will only set stones bought through them but for this establishment it was no problem setting a stone outside of their supply chain. Upon completion and acceptance of the ring I had noticed a few imperfections and without question Mo told me to come back and to let her take care of it. Mos and Robins Brothers customer service is exceptional. I recommend them for their wide selection of rings and their excellent service!

Very helpful diamond store

They helped me pick out a great ring a few years ago, and then an anniversary band a year later. They finance, and we were able to avoid interest by paying it off within a year (but like with any credit purchases, just dont buy more than you can afford). Cleanings have always been quick and efficient. They will offer up-sales, but I have never been pressured after declining them.

Working with Jon was a wonderful experience. I was looking for a very particular style for my wedding band, and Jon was quick to answer many questions and walk me through the possibilities. He ended up designing a custom piece for me, and I am absolutely in LOVE with it! It is so beautiful... I couldnt be happier!!!

We have been visiting Robbins Brothers for a few years now, starting with buying an engagement ring. They had the best selection and service I found in the area. If making a purchase, I highly recommend getting their protection plan. We lost a diamond and the replacement process was pretty painless and straightforward. Theyre was an upsell attempt but it was respectful.

Nice store but rather poor service. Went in to have a ring special made and was guaranteed the ring would be finished and ready within 10 days. Not only was the ring not ready but the stones and pearl were not even sourced yet. When I was told this by Cory (the floor salesman) he did not even apologize or act like he even cared.If you want a ring special made DO NOT go to Robbins Brothers. If you want quality customer service dont come here.

I went here for both the engagement rings and wedding bands. The person who helped us with the engagement ring no longer works here but Gina was excellent while helping us pick out our bands. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and gave us her cell number to contact her if we happened to run into any problems. I would definitely recommend this store.

Im honestly disappointed in this company. Their rings look wonderful and they offer a great warranty, but their craftmanship is shabby and they use high-pressure sales tactics. We bought a ring there, and picking one out was like buying a used car. When we picked up the ring, it had scratches from where it was sized and had the quality stamp erased from the inside. I really wanted to like this company- it has a great website and great selection- but they do not meet my expectations.

Bought my wedding ring here almost twenty years ago and still cleaned and polished my ring for free.

Robbins has nice products however very overpriced. Another negative is there warranty. You must come in once per year to keep valid and the only record is a stamp card to verify. If you move or lose your stamp card, they will not honor the product. I feel they should be able to honor as long as you take to another certified jeweler each year and that they should have a better record keeping than a stamp card in 2017.

The first time I went, Gina was unbelievably helpful. She didnt push anything for a sale, she was concerned about what I wanted. When I went back a second time, Dee was extremely helpful. She was generous to continue helping me even though the store was closing. All in all a great experience ever time.

The closest RB to our home is 3 hours away one way and I needed my rings resized. When I called that store, they said it would take a few days which would mean dropping the rings off, driving home, coming back when they were ready and driving home again.Well, we were visiting San Diego over Memorial Day weekend and I emailed the San Diego RB store to see if it was possible to have my rings resized in that short amount of time during our trip.Ruby called me the same day as my email and said she would make it happen.We met Ruby at the store the day we got into town, got fitted and the jewelers had my rings ready just 2 days later! Ruby was there again when we went to pick up my rings and made sure they fit comfortably.My rings look amazing and Im so appreciative to Ruby and the jewelers for going above and beyond to make this happen.I love Robbins Brothers and Im so happy we bought our rings there!! 💝 Thank you!!!

Nice people, a bit pushy on the sale and try to get you into buying diamonds above your budget by bringing in diamonds in your budget but that have many defects... then if you decline those diamonds they bring in another set of 3 with very similar quality. They also offer lab grown diamonds as well.

Spectacular customer service and quality rings! Robbins Brothers sells all ethically sourced diamonds which my husband knew was important to me before proposing, which is why he chose to go there. When we went to pick wedding rings, Garrithan was so helpful! He was patient with my indecision for a few hours (thankfully it was the middle of the day and there weren’t other customers!), and he helped my husband design a custom ring! Mr. Seung (sp?) did such a beautiful job in creating my husband’s ring--it was better than he imagined!Out of 3 rings (engagement, and both wedding bands), we have 2 of them that are one of a kind thanks to Robbins Brothers!Every time I come back (sizing, cleaning, etc) I feel so welcome in the store and they always offer beverages and are so nice. The jewelry here is lovely and Im happy with my ring. Also in store everyone is very nice, yet if you are not taking you jewelry with you same day expect poor communication and long delays. My ring was purchased in late November and at the time we decided by sales associate recommendation to replace 2 diamonds with sapphires and make the diamonds earrings. Everything was initially quoted to us to be done by Christmas. We had to reach out to find out about delays. I got the ring 2nd week of January and am still waiting on the earings. We have reached out two weeks ago and were told they were waiting for earing backs. Why would a jeweler not have backs in store and why have they not given a new estimated date of completion after all this time. Ultimately, lovely work, yet horrible communication and follow through.

I came here almost a year ago. I looked at alot of stores and had a specific dealer in mind. Robbins Bros had what I was looking for. I walked in and Sarah had helped me from the moment I walked in the door. She helped me to pick out a ring and we addressed all of my concerns and basically was able to design my own ring through the brand I went through. Sarah was there through it all. She was kind and patient and because of the store and her I was able to purchase a ring for my wife that she absolutely loves. I am happy to have delt with them and would inquire with them again.

Bought my dream replacement set here after first set stolen. I had a great salesperson and over the years continued to receive great service. The diamond replacement insurance is a must. It has been a benefit that I couldnt have done without.

Okay, they are awesome for their gorgeous numerous pieces to choose from... Plus, always being helpful & considerate the moment you enter. BUT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES appy for any of their ccs. They are obscene & will charge you a fortune. My hubby & I made that mistake placing our rings total $2800.00 to our newly opened account. The gist is that after 1 yr of not entirely paying off the balance we actually now owe more that the original amount. Hence, heading to our bank to plead for a loan to pay them off & close the account immediately! Just beware... be smarter to use your already owned & opened credit cards to place your purchases there.
