Harold Stevens is the jeweler we have been searching for quite some time. They didnt force us to go beyond our reach and have been very through with all the available options. Also, they were very patient while educating us about the stone unlike some of the other jewelry stores we have been. The experience was great and the service was excellent.

She told him that she really liked it but would like to have it personalized and of course he already had envisioned what she wanted. After that he sat down with us to go over Diamond selections and my.... my... my... I was highly impressed with the knowledge that he had. If you even think that you know a little something about jewelry, Mr. Krasner will blow your mind! if you dont believe me just go and see him and he will validate and prove all that was previously stated.I will say that Mr. Krasner definitely knows his stuff but he is also very honest which is extremely hard to find when it comes to shopping for jewelry.About a year later I went ahead and made my purchase and I was skeptical about having it shipped across country however Mr. Kranser partnered with Mrs. Yolanda was able to put my mind at ease. They made this a smooth process and the moment I received the ring my jaws dropped from being astonished and amazed by the quality of the ring. It was so nice there were a couple times I came close to burning a hole in my pocket by just going to propose but I was able to wait lol. When the day came my fiance was extremely happy about the ring. Having no prior experience or knowledge about diamonds I went to Harold’s based on a co-workers recommendation. On my first visit I met with Yolanda who ultimately helped me find the perfect ring. She was incredibly helpful and provided the right amount of education that would ensure I understood my options for my given budget. I did get a chance to see a variety of diamonds (various shapes, sizes, clarity, colors, etc.) and ring settings, which ultimately helped me identify the right ring. Love Harold Stevens Jewelers and especially Carla! My husband bought my engagement ring there, we both got our wedding bands there, and they also bought an old ring of mine! My husband raved about working with Carla on my engagement ring and my stone is a hearts and arrows cut. After he proposed, she took the time to show me a similar stone to see the hearts and arrows shapes. Carla also worked with me on my wedding band to figure out what I liked best and what the best price was. With the old ring, she did a lot of research on what a fair price was, explained why the price was fair, and overall made the selling experience a great one. Above all else though, I consider Carla a friend. Every time Im downtown and stop by we gab and catch up on our each others lives. Harold is an extremely knowledgeable jeweller and diamond expert. Her ring is the absolute prettiest ring we have ever seen. (3 karat total weight with round triple ex diamond in the middle).
