We happen to google the number for the company to request some help and read the review. Rick is our favorite Henry Schein Tech! He is always helpful, pleasant, and on time. Not sure what the situation was with the last review. Wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to see our personal experience as well.

Had a tech today by the name of Rick, once he arrived he was asked to sign in to our visitor sign in sheet for our records (office policy) . He disrespectfully refused to sign in stating it wasnt part of his job description and if we didnt like it we could call someone else. With that said, he was VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! REFLECTED ON HIMSELF AND THE COMAPNY!
