My little one loves this place! We have gone 2 weeks in a row. Theres plenty of space outside. Even inside the tables are quite far apart and the front doors are wide open. They have good hygiene practices where they ask people to clean their hands before selecting paints and brushes. Theres a large selection of ceramic pieces to paint and it takes 7 days for your piece to be fired.You can also have your birthday party there and if you want you can pick up ceramic pieces and paint for your birthday party at home.

Good location and very nice people. Selection was a little less than I expected, but good and prices were spot on. Waiting yet for the completed fired painted ceramics. Lots of available paints and choices. 👍

Cute little Ceramic Studio! Recently moved to New location, they are over by Jim on but up on the second floor. Big windows makes for bright open space! Friendly helpful staff. 2❤❤ will return when we are back in the San Diefo area.

So much fun for all ages! You come in and pick a ceramic to paint, pay for it, then paint your heart out. They have tons of pieces to choose from; anything from mugs and plates to small, medium, and large figurines. The price is on the bottom and based on how much paint you will need. You can choose a piece that is blank and you completely design or one that has a pattern already on it so you dont have to be artistic and can just paint. The shop is on the 2nd floor with outside and inside seating. We got there about 1 and there wasnt too many people there. We left after 4 and it was starting to get busier as people were getting off work.

We took our 4 year old daughter here and she had fun. Prices can be a little high if your child wants to pick like 5 items, but the Groupon deal was a steal!

Really fun... Lots of choices, lots of colors, great examples for kids. They fire the pieces at night so pick up is the next day. A little pricey... But fun.

My husband and I had a lot of dates at CeramiCafe before we got married, and we just took our 3-month-old son to make some clay handprints. We love the selection of paintable ceramics and how easy it is to spend a couple of fun hours here. Cant wait to go back and paint some more!

Such a good time. Used my Groupon coupon, grabbed a friend and we had a good time. Place was packed but once the crowd left it was really nice. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Ill be going back for sure.

Seems to be popular for kids birthdays, but I went there as a way to catch up with some friends. We had a good time, and I am looking forward to going back. I wish they had a better selection of ceramics that adults would be interested in painting. Even just adding some more mugs would make a good improvment.

Ive always had a fun time. Be aware that it will take a couple days for them to fire your product and it might look a little different. Normally 2-3 days to fire the product. They have a lot of colors and paints available and also a lot of things to paint. Ive done bowls, serving plates, mugs and plates. There can be a lot of kids cause it is meant for kids but I have been with my girlfriend a good amount of times.

Love it! The staff is the greatest! They are always busy but ready to help.The concept is very innovative, cool and really simple. Kids love it.Just go, pick a piece from the shelf, grab the painting tools and turn into Leonardo Da Vinci or Raphael in the Sistine Chapel! Then go to the counter and leave you masterpiece and pick it up after 5 days. You wont believe thats your creation.

Loved it here. My girlfriend and I went on a date here Saturday, Nov 1st. The employees were really nice and engaging, when it was just my girlfriend and I in the store they even asked us if we had any requests for the music other than Christmas music lol...we definitely did haha. All-in-all great atmosphere, fun place, and will definitely be back some time to paint again. Thank you CeramiCafe.P.S. I painted the bowl lol

Its a small but cozy place. The ladies that work there are very helpful.

One of the employees was curt and didn’t explain the process. She snapped at one of the children for having the paint bottles at the table. The palettes are small- so we didn’t want to have to get up a bunch of times since it was a primary color on our art. Not an enjoyable experience. I expected so much more... considering how pricey it was.

There seemed to be four or five different girls working during the time we were there. However nobody was helpful- when I asked questions they answered it like I was their mom asking them to clean their rooms. Three different pieces that were out on display, when asked if they had any more I got a HEAD SHAKE from the girl apparently saying they were out of them. I’ve never felt so much like a burdon in a place I’ve paid to be. Don’t waste your time, drive farther.

A tad pricey, but a good time, lots of options to paint.

One of my all time favorite, I find Cerami Cafe the perfect place for all ages and all occasions. There is a very nice selection of ceramics, paint colors, and brushes. Although it is a little pricey, theyve recently added a new table of smaller ceramics that are all only a dollar or two a piece so if your not looking to spend to much you can just paint a few of those. It is usaually not too busy or loud even on days where they have kids parties so you can always guarantee a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. From experience Ive always found the employees to be friendly and helpful, suggesting paint colors or brushes to make your creation beautiful. They are also lenient about if you break your cememic and will always give you a replacement free of charge. All around I would recommend you take time to stop by.
