5 stars! I was in a jam and needed funeral programs printed by 10am. I contacted the Replica team - Miramar via email the night before the funeral around Midnight. Not only did Replica respond in the morning before business hours, but they also had my order finished at opening time. The quality of the images from the PDF that I sent were amazing. I will be returning and spreading the word. Cannot thank you all enough!!

Given the current health crisis, Ive tried to use local small businesses as much as possible, but Replica wasnt interested. I filled out a request form via their website. The next day, I received an email from Ajay saying I should go to Staples. No explanation. My request isnt urgent or in need of being filled immediately, so I was really just looking to get some information to see if Replica could actually do the work. When I responded informing Ajay of this and reiterated my request to discuss, I received no response. Ill look elsewhere.

Replica has a very professional staff well versed in graphics and printing of all kinds. Their work is always timely and the presentation excellent. Most recently we had Replica print a program for a concert. It was a 4 page brochure. The Replica staff did a great job and the final program was very attractive. They even caught some mistakes we had made in text and figures and corrected them. It was nice that they took the initiative and made the final product even better. They did advise us of the changes that were needed which we greatly appreciated. Replica is definitely our go-to printing service and we highly recommend them.

An employee - whose name is Angel and he was named correctly - has always been aware of my order and even caught a mistake. He has been a help in answering questions on how best to do a job. He has come up with substitutes when I ran out of back covers for a manual they print. Despite many services being closer I choose to stay with Replica.

When one poster came out pixelated they didnt offer any help to try to fix it. They work with ready to print images only.Maybe a bit spendy (I havent printed posters like these before though so I dont really have a frame of reference).If I could I would give 3.5 stars probably
