Reprohaus never fails me on big jobs. Latest story:3 separate kinkos locations stated there was no way to give me a same day turn around on a 500 page scan request. Reprohaus didnt even blink. The job was completed/delivered in 4 hours.

Good quality printing, what you would expect from a print shop. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was asked by every person in the warehouse if I had been helped as i edited a couple of last minute documents. One of the founders of the company stayed late to work on my project. Overall, great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My husband found this company to plot his architectural plans. They are reasonably priced and have very good print quality. Feeling that he had found a great company to rely on he opened an account with them. Then trouble started! Even though they charge directly from the bank account they keeping sending the invoices (and we asked more than once to go paperless!), phone calls & emails not answered, forgotten materials... Marc is his assigned representative. I tried to contact him more than once to get quotes for my business and also to ask about late documents for my husbands company... no joy! Latest big problem, I went to pick a document and they gave it to me incomplete. Marc promised they would deliver the rest free of charge, but next unneeded invoice they charged for it... if you use their services, never open an account with them.
