Such big cookies!!! this is the first time i’ve been to crumbl and i’m impressed. my favorite so far is the dirt cake cookie. absolutely love it. will definitely come here again to try others since they have different ones weekly!

Crumbl has the best big sized cookies and the store experience was super easy although there were a lot of people lined up. The employees were very welcoming and overall the experience is pleasing. So happy to have driven to San Diego from LA for the Crumbl cookie craze!!

These cookies are out of this world! I thought the photo was to give an idea of the deliciousness of the cookie. Nope! It showed up just as decadent and dressed up as pictured. Ridiculously good. A box of four with tax, tip, and delivery is ~$28. So, you may be asking yourself, ‘is a cookie worth $7?’ And the answer is 💯 yes!

I didnt know i was invisible until I walked in and got no greeting until a man walked in 30 seconds after me getting a very loud greeting. I felt even more invisible after one girl proceeded to take his order even tho i was first. After ignoring me and hearing me and the gentleman talking about how RUDE they were I FINALLY became visible and was asked what I wanted. They then handed me my orders which were in fact ready before the gentlemans order due to being delivery pick ups. These girls had such a mean girl attitude. It felt very high school in there.Im sure the cookies are good, but the staff alone makes me NOT want these. Insomnia cookies it is!!🍪☺

Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star. Cookies are good but an hour wait? No way! Plus they are always out of ice cream. Whats up with that? I gave it a second chance and went last night. Tried to learn from the last time and pre order them on the app. Said they would be ready at 9:30pm so thats when I showed up. When I got there I had to mark that I was there on the app. From there I was put in a queue at number 16 in line. My cookies werent ready until 10:10pm! 40min even after pre ordering them. What a joke! I asked them about it and they said oh yeah we know. When there is a rush the system cant keep up. No apology and they even chuckled about it. These people clearly dont care about your time so you shouldnt care about supporting them.

Was a little skeptical of how “great” and “life changing” these cookies would be when my friend wanted to drive 30 minutes to get them. However I can now say I’m converted to Crumbl. How they make these cookies taste like heaven? Not sure, but my job is to eat them and I will do my job well. They have me hooked. New flavors every week? Might just have to move to a place next to a Crumbl so I can try every single cookie they come out with. If you need a life change, don’t cut your hair or quit your job, just get a Crumbl cookie and happiness will radiate out of you.

I don’t have a huge sweet tooth but I have a hard time resisting a good chocolate chip cookie so when my bestie in Denver took me to the the Thornton location and I fell in love. The chilled frosted sugar cookie is like eating a mouthful of joy. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Some of the deliciousness I’ve had: the caramel apple crumble, birthday cake, double fudge, strawberry cheesecake…just to name a few. The staff are always super friendly and quick and efficient about getting your order out to you. I’ve purchased in store, online, and via a delivery app and every time I’ve gotten exactly what I wanted and it’s always over-delivered on taste.I’ve been so sad because I didn’t realize there was a Crumbl in San Diego…but there is!!! Point Loma here I come.

We have been to their store location as well as used the app several times now for birthday deliveries and it’s been a great experience each time.Friendly customer service, always fresh and you can taste the quality of the product.We look forward to the specialty flavors they have during different seasons and they make ordering online/on the app so easy that its almost a no brainer for birthdays or any occasion.

I would give a zero if I could! Yes theyre cookies are amazing and delicious but the corporate customer service is pathetic!!There is an 844 number and when you call it theres always a recording, they never answerand they never call back and when you hang up the phone they text you and ask you what you want. So you text them back and tell them either you want a phone call or you ask a question and they never ever ever respond to that either!!So I placed an order that was shipping through FedEx and I didnt realize that I needed to give them a code for a gate. Of course I texted them and called them over and over again but they never respond.Then yesterday I finally sent an email to their support email asking them to please add the gate code and let me know that it was done because I called FedEx and since I wasnt the shipper and they were,they would not make any changes for me.Surprisingly I received an email from them that said any information and inquiries that I had to please call their 844 number, what a joke!!One of their stores told me that that is a constant problem and people complain about their customer service all the time that they can never be reached.So the truth is you can have the most amazing cookies but if your customer service is lacking eventually your business will start to fail.

I have ordered three different times and each order has arrived on time, warm and DELICIOUS!Even those flavors I’ve ordered that I wouldn’t necessarily order a second time we’re still delicious although they just weren’t quite up my alley! A testament to how great these cookies are.

Ive never gone out of my way for cookies before but my coworker brought a box for everyone to try and I was hooked. Their simple chocolate chip taste so rich and buttery. I can have half one day and the other half another day just because its so rich and sweet. These are worth the price and service is fast considering how busy they always are.

These cookies are so good. Like SO good. Too good. They’re huge, fresh out of the oven hot, melt in your mouth, gifts from the heavens delivered straight to my door. When I first ordered them, I had no idea they would be enormous. I’ve had other cookie delivery services that served small, average at best, cookies. The flavor options are always changing, but they always stick to the classics. I’m not sure if this is an option, but it would be dope to have an optional alternative milk item available. Can’t have cookies without milk!

This place was great and efficient. I ordered a cookie cutter with my order and didnt receive it but based off of how great the cookies were I forgot to call and ask them about it. The cookies are fantastic theyre huge fresh chewy highly recommend this place.

The sugar cookies are delicious! So far our favorites have been the pineapple whip and the blueberry cheesecake! I’m so glad our daughter learned about it from her friend! A friend of ours in her 80’s said the sugar cookie and the blueberry cheesecake cookies were the best she has ever had!

I remember my brother drove us to this area many times to visit Tower Records. It was exciting looking at the awesome art on the record covers and hearing the latest music. We ate once at a Swedish buffet near the post office once. It was ok but we didnt have much interest in food in the area. There are many exciting eateries now. I decided to try the cookies and ice cream at Crumbl Cookies.Chilled sugar cookie was soft and crumbly with a mix of sugary and almond flavors. Loved the almond frosting.Funfetti cookie had light sugar cookie flavor with little pieces of confetti.Milk chocolate chip cookie had a nice chocolate flavor.The cookies I tried were all thick and big. One is a very filling desert. 2 is almost a meal. Texture is interesting. The cookies are not soft and moist like a Toll House Cookie right out of the oven. Neither are they hard and crunchy like a Nilla Wafer. A bite breaks the cookie open and soft bits crumble away. I like these cookies but they are not my favorite.Vanilla ice cream was rich and creamy with a sweet vanilla flavor. Going on my top 5 list. Cute half pint size is a big single serving.Biscotti ice cream had a sweet cream base with bits of Biscotti cookies. Tasted just like the cookie. Great tasting flavor.Churro ice cream had a rich creamy base with sweet churros mixed in. Another great tasting flavor.I like the cookies and I love the ice cream at Crunbl Cookies. I miss Tower Records but I can now drown my sorrows with cookies and ice cream.

I feel like this place is a bit overrated. The cookies are good, but almost too sweet, and I wish theyd have smaller portion size. Also, whats with the grumpy service? I come here frequently (my kids love it), but the service always sucks. Would also be nice to have the kiosks working so you arent standing in a long line to order the cookies.

I left three because I noticed something and what it is is this the cookies you get at the beginning are not what get at the end. I had the cookies on Tuesday and they were beautiful like the picture. At the end of the week half of the cookies too had no frosting and where there was it was more of an icing thrown on with no fluff at all. I tried to be fair because half the time they are awesome.

I am trying to reduce my consumption of unnecessary waste. I asked if I they could drop the cookie into my own container and they said it was company policy that the cookies had to go out in their box. I ended up buying the molten lava cookie. It was so sugary and sweet that it gave me a tooth ache. I will not go back to Crumbl Cookies.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect. The cookies of course looked amazing but looked super sweet. Well I was wrong! Idk how they balance it but they are like the perfect amount of sweet. And the flavors are amazing. My favorite is the chilled sugar cookie and Moms Recipe. If I could I would eat them every day. Highly recommend as a treat for someone you know loves cookies. Simple order of four chocolate chip cookies, only it took an HOUR AND TWENTY-FIVE minutes. Saw a few customers requested for refunds. Friday nights are for fun and good cookies! Is it worth the wait though? 1.2 hrs only to have 4 bites of a warm cookie... please, please, please better train the staff. Appears to have a system in place, but not efficient for the very high volume/demand. You’re closed on Sundays. Wish there would be better service.

My daughter from Oregon took me to the Pont Loma Crumbl Cookie for my first time. We ordered six cookies and two cookie cutters. The cookies were delicious and the service was very nice and super fast. It was like a well oiled machine. They are opening one in Santee and I want to work there. Cookies are unbelievably amazing however the app glitches constantly. Would give the cookies 5 stars and the app zero stars. The Point Loma stores employees left me disappointed. Waited over an hour and a half for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. When I asked about it I kept getting different reasons why my order wasnt ready or how they had lost my order. Then when I finally got my order I made sure to check it was correct and thats when I noticed they gave me the wrong cookies. They seemed bothered at me for asking for my correct order of cookies. Id rather use doordash than have to deal with the staff in person again. I understand its a very busy store but I was not happy with my experience in person with this location.

Cookies are good but I’ve had cookies that taste the same and better at other stores and shops for less. Overpriced for what they are. Wait was extremely long too. Some of my cookies were dry like the brownie and strawberry shortcake ones (brownies should never be dry) or didn’t taste like the thing it claims (strawberry shortcake just tasted like strawberry and sugar which is not the legit taste of strawberry shortcake). I have more sensitive taste buds and live for baking and pastries. I think it’s mostly hype. Will not return... not worth it to me.

Favorite cookies ever! Peanut butter brittle and funfetti cake were sooooo good. Curbside delivery was pretty smooth, just took a little longer than 5minutes for the carrier to come out. I wish they had more than one branch in San Diego.

My sister and brother-in-law brought us Crumbl cookies last week when we were visiting them. I was so impressed I went online to try and find some clue on what was In the caramel apple pie cookie. To my very happy surprise there is one within 20 mins of my house. We can’t wait to visit our local store!

Cookies are huge...really larger than than others places. I ordered 2 oatmeal chocolate chip and my go-to 2 warm chocolate chip. They are not super sweet and crisp outside. Enjoy your munches to the center they are soft and melt in a good way. A treat for yourself or for others...only if you want to share. Once you bite into it...just sayin
