$25 for a basic car wash on a Subaru Outback, along w a 45minute wait. I quickly left, went to the Shell a few blocks away and got an $18 wash with a 12min wait. Who do you think you are?! C R A Z Y.....

Pulled into San Diego Car Care needing a fully synthetic oil for my BMW and was quoted $145. There was only one truck ahead of me and it was only going to take 20 minutes. However I was called away and didnt get my oil changed but I will be back. The price was average for the car and the service writer was pleasant. If I had not got called away. I would have finished getting my oil changed.

Can’t comment on the oil and lube, but the car wash is spectacular. Friendly staff and superb wash quality. Drop the crew a $5er and get the royal treatment 👌🏻

I brought my cars here numerous times when I used to live in Del Mar and love this place. The detail jobs are always great and even now that I live farther south I still bring my cars here for detailing. Highly recommend!

The workers are kind the prices are fair you can shop here and no that the people doing the work are good nice hard-working people one time they help me out with the jump start very kind I will always get my oil change from here and buy my batteries here

We have just moved to the Carmel Valley area and I desperately needed to get my car washed and vacuumed. We spotted SD Care Care on the way to another carwash further away and thought, what the heck.Wow - I am very fussy and these guys spent time cleaning every crack and crevice. Apart from the fact that the place is very clean and friendly, this is probably the best (basic) car wash Ive had for years.They took their time making sure that the glass and interior were super clean - and I am going to make this my first call when I need my baby cleaned - thank you!

Bad customer service. If they cant treat their customers well, how can you trust them to take good care of your car?I tried to drop off my car while we went to a 12:00 pm movie that we had tickets for. Arrived at 11:55, ok with the idea of missing some of the previews. When we pulled up we saw signs saying Out to lunch, back in 30 minutes. The hours of operation say 8am-5pm. The bay door was open and the lobby was open but I couldnt find anybody. I waited for a while, contemplating how long to wait without missing the movie and hoping somebody would we return. I finally spotted a worker out back. I asked if I could leave my car. He told me they were on their lunch break and to come back later. I explained that I had tickets to a movie that at this point had started a few minutes ago. He told me that Id have to come back later. I had now seen a few other workers in the shop, some were eating. I asked him if he thought it was weird that they dont have somebody available to take orders since it was business hours. He told me they were short staffed and to come back in 5 minutes.I get it, they deserve a full lunch break but 5 minutes? Help me out please, or get a competent manager out there to stagger the lunches so at least one employee can be available to take orders during business hours. This way your employees dont have to try and hide while they eat their lunch and then tell customers that they wont help them.

This place was awesome I accidentally forgot to put the oil cap back on. I was pretty embarrassed when I pulled over about ready to pass out from the fumes. Brandon and crew were so attentive. It was truly amazing. I was having a pretty bad week and the friendliness of this crew combined with the straightforward pricing and quick service really turned it around. Thank you so much guys - for more than just the oil change!On a side note they found the oil cap after they had a replacement ordered and delivered and didnt charge me for the new one - think of how honest that is! Breath of fresh air!

They literally ate food in my car and thru away my baby picture then they didnt 3ven clean my car there mean and thrash

I paid $65 for special wash and its no better that the $20. Dont spend extra money when they dont make better service

Wanted to transfer all my companies vehicles to get maintenance here, came in at 4:55 (five minutes before closing) and was told they are closed. They must not need the business, I’ll take my vehicles elsewhere. 11/12/19

I wish I wouldve read the reviews online. I paid for a $60 wash and wax on my new car. There were tiny bits of plastic in my cup holder and when I drove off noticed they were still there. I pulled back in to ask and they went to fix it knowing it was a mistake. Then I found the seats werent wiped down, they said it was because it was leather. I work in the service industry so I asked friendly to see the manager. He just said the same things they did and did not apologize. When I drove off I noticed under my hatchback backseat cover they did not even open the trunk to vacuum the sand. I rarely write reviews but this place made me very disappointed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great service and a thorough cleaning job

Car wash available to use only out of last resort or convenience. Turned away a total of 3 times due to faulty cleaning equipment and the 3rd time because I showed up at 4:36 and was told they close at 5:15 (previous day they said 5:30🤔). You would think they would accommodate me considering I was inconvenienced in having to come back to no fault of my own. Btw, it was the same person helping me the 3rd try and he did remember me. He informed me previously the job I wanted would take 40-60 minutes.Fortunately, the Shell down the street took me in the same day at 4:50 and did a great job cleaning my interior. Paid a bit more, but you get what you pay for. The Shell is located at 3861 Valley Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92130.The 2nd star is because when I have used these guys, theyve done a decent job.

I read the bad reviews on this car wash, but I was in a sitution where I needed a had a social engagement and car wash quickly and, being new to the area, knew of no others. I was enormously disappointed. I paid for interior and exterior cleaning. The external cleaning was marginal, at best. The interior looked like no one had even touched it. I was just lucky I didnt need to take anyone else in my car; I would have been very embarrassed. Although its the closest car wash to my home, Ill drive out of my way to use another. Ill never go here again.

Dont go there for a car wash unless youre desperate. Paid $19.99 for a wash that included tire dressing, and the guy that did the tires spent a total of about 20 seconds doing all four. Completely missed spots on the tires and what wasnt missed was barely perceptible. And the entire lower portion of the car below the door sills was still just as dirty as when I brought it in. Wasnt even touched, even when theyd finished drying it. There was still soap in the gap between the trunk and rear bumper, and what wasnt dirty had to be wiped down after driving for a mile because all of the seams still had water in them. They werent even busy.Never again.

Car washes are ok, they could do better for the price. Real issues is the oil change. They quoted me $125 for an oil change for a 2016 Tahoe. The gentleman working there insisted the car needed a special type of oil. It doesnt. I declined the service and made an appointment at a chevy dealership where I got an oil change and tire rotation for $70.

Its disappointing when this car wash is the closest to my house. The red shirt Hispanic male checking customers in is unprofessional, pushie, and doesnt take no for an answer. I have a monthly unlimited car was here that Im thinking on canselling because of him. He tells everyone that comes in a regular car wash will take an hour but for the had wash and wax is quicker. I stopped in today and watched him put three car ahead of my car jest despite me not wanting a hand wax. Is could be so much better. Great location great employees, just not this guy.

After rushing off with my car from this place, I later noticed that they missed so many things! Bird droppings werent cleaned off the windshield wipers, they didnt touch the trunk with a vacuum despite there was nothing in it, I noticed dried water drips in different places, and they missed around the bottom of my car which was filthy. In the interior, they left smudges of dirt all over the dash and didnt wipe off the cleaner very well. I took a clean towel to finish the job and it was black by the time I was done. Whats the point in paying someone to clean your car when it comes out like this? I wouldnt go back.

I have used this location because it’s close to where I live (not because of the service), but I’ll never go back! I went for a car wash as I am a customer of the unlimited car wash monthly service. I left my car in thier care big mistake, when I picked up the car waiting for it to get towel dried my license plate cover was broke off and laying in front of the car on the ground! It was clear that not only did something hit my car hard enough to break the license plate liner, it was laying in the ground in front of the car! I approached the employees and they all rushed off saying they where clocked out and couldnt help me! I managed to get one guy to visually see what had been done and he said “I am a manager but I’m clocked off so it won’t matter I can’t do anything” they took my information and I made a damage report with a female manager. The plate cover didn’t bother me to much, but what did was the fact that they all tried to tell me that it might have just fell off! It is clear the car was hit, but they are all sticking to their lame story and none of them claim to know what happened! Even it just fell off why didn’t anyone tell me? We all have nice cars and we all take care of them, but this crappy attitude and claim that they don’t know what happened is not good enough! The manager agreed to get another plate liner for the front of the car but the sctaches on the front bumper arent getting addressed! I can see that they arent going to admit anything! Extreamly disappointed in this location and the way my car was handled! I even tip these jokers everytime! I’ll never go back! I should of reviewed the ratings before I went to that location, but not surprised to see they have an extremely low rating! Word to the wise if you like your car and I’m sure you do as do I, don’t go there!

These guys overcharged my 60 year old mother to get her infinitis oil change. It was $30 more than the dealer. I called to see if they would do coolant as well as oil on my BMW. The rep said sure if we have the coolant and he said I think we have the BMW coolant. I politely asked if he could check to make sure before I drive down there. He goes and checks, comes back says nope we dont have it and hangs up on me.These guys are scammy and rude. Just go to jiffy lube instead.

I went in to get an oil change done. The employees were rude to me from the moment I got there. The services were overpriced as well. I would not come here again.

I have never used their car wash service. I only changed oil there. Although the price is high, but the person I talked to (an asian guy) is honest. I have tried the castrol premium lube express just down the south a little. People there are very typical dishonest oil changers. They will tell you your car needs all kinds of service that you need. Go search on youtube, you will know their tricks. But for this place, you only pay what you are asking for. People I have talked to were nice. There is once when I was there, this asian guy also helped an old senior pump her car with no charge and also answered a lot questions about her car politely, although she did use any of their services.

Smog station: I have a performance car with OEM performance parts. The moron would not smog the cart because the performance intake did not have a C.A.R.B. number on it! What a joke! Its OEM, you dont need a carb number! Avoid this place like the bubonic plague

Paid for an interior and exterior detail, and end result was what I would expect from a $20 auto car wash and vacuum. I couldnt even tell if my car was washed, and was wiping dust off of the steering wheel on the drive home. A massive rip off. I have multiple photos of the inferior quality of work that I will be posting as well. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Unprofessional service my car paint was damaged do to washing the car with the brush this is a hand car wash they supposed to wash the cars with hand not with the brush I made complain to the manager and he said if you dont like our service dont come back here and I also made a complaint on Better Business Bureau most of the carwash staff they dont even speak English if you ask the staff to clean here or to dont clean here they do whatever they want and they dont even understand what you saying about couple months ago they even broke my GPS system and I ask for the refund for the money to buy another one the manager said were not sure if your GPS was broken here or somewhere elsejust save your time and your money go to another car wash there is the dozens of car wash around here this place is the worst.
