I had a wonderful experience here. I was accidentally 15 minutes late for my appointment and they still took me in. The staff and Dr. were super friendly and professional. I received a new prescription which is on point and can see so clearly now. Due to a thorough consultation with the doctor I was prescribed a new type of contact lens and I couldn’t be happier. I have been wearing contacts for over a decade and have never been able to see at night, but with my new lenses I can! I highly recommend Allied Gardens optometry!!!!

Dr. Cullins and the front desk staff were very professional, thorough and courteous. I highly recommend Allied Gardens for annual eye exams and prescription renewals. I would go back again for future optometry needs!

This staff is a well oiled machine. They were all efficient and timely. They took out the time to explain the little details about certain frames that made all the difference. Just moved here and im lucky i am next to this office

I LOVE Allied Gardens Family Optometry! My kids and I have been coming to the office for awhile now, probably four years and have always been happy with them. They are so friendly and helpful with my kids! The doctor AND staff are great. Family oriented and go out of their way for customer service. Frame selection is great too!

I took my 6 year old son here for his fist eye exam. I thought the doctor was very rude and had no patience with him although I was helping out with positioning to help out the doctor examine his eyes.Doctor put some eye drops on him to further examine his eyes and confirm no vision issues. I had to come back 30 minutes later once his eyes were dilated, and doctor confirmed his eyes were fine.However the next day his eyes were still dilated, over 24 hours after the visit. I called to inquire when they’d go back to normal, but I was told they’d have to call me back because they were busy that moment. It was a Friday, and I called back at 4:00PM since I hadn’t received a call back. They told me “we haven’t forgotten about you, but we’ll have to call you back because we’re still busy”. They never called me back.My son’s eyes were back to normal late Saturday, but my experience with the doctor and staff was definitely underwhelming. I will not be taking my son back to this place nor would I recommend it to anyone, to the contrary...very unprofessional office to say the least.

Love this place. Dr. Cullins was friendly and helpful, as were the staff. I didnt even expect to find a pair of frames because Im so picky but their selection of frames is awesome. I love the ones I chose and cant wait to pick them up.

Ive bee going to this doctor for two or three years. She pleasant and professional, however this past year my prescription has been flawed 5 times! I spent money on boxes of contacts that I couldnt use. I had to get creative with combining old lenses that I had, just to be able see. The last time I went to pick up my contact prescription the lady at the counter printed me an old prescription (theyve done that three times) Then, when I went to get it filled the person told me my doctor had made a mistake with curvature of the lenses which he could not fill.. I was NOT surprised. I called right now to get some info I needed to transfer and I told the receptionist they had made a mistake (again) she really sounded like she didnt give a hoot! Well, my eyes are far too important for this.

Stay away from this place during lunch!! One of the receptionist was having lunch in the front and the smell of the food literally almost made me throw up! Imagine fish cooked in the microwave with mayonnaise. (I’m an ICU nurse so have smelled some bad stuff!) I asked off work for this appointment and literately had to leave because it smelled so bad. I asked if they had anything they could spray to help with the smell and both ladies were rude and said no.I like the doctor, but you have to work with the rude and unfriendly staff! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I have benefited from the care of Dr. Cullins since she began her practice in 2003. She is unfailingly attentive and charming. She has the latest equipment, and performs extensive eye exams with great skill. I am a nurse anesthetist of 32 years so I recognize professionalism and quality in a colleague when I see it. I fully recommend Dr. Cullins.

My last optometrist was always trying to sell me things I didnt need and sneak charges onto my bill for doing parts of an exam I didnt need and werent standard. None of that at Allied Gardens, theyre just super nice and check my eyes and thats that.
