They got lots of different vapes and looks like a good selection of glass pieces. But when I came in I told the young lady the vape I wanted, gave her my money. She then basically tossed my change on the counter and told me next time to wear a mask when I come inside because Im definitely not 21 years old. Well I am 23 years old. And if Im definitely not over 21 why would she sell to a minor? Why would she not ID me if she was SO sure I was underage? Overall had a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. Not coming back 🤷‍♀️

Ive visited the shop several times from the past week to several years ago and every time these guys act so shady. I negotiated the price of a piece over the phone 2 years ago and when I came the next day to purchase it they wouldnt honor the agreed upon price. The employee, a middle age gentlemen even used explicit language to try and intimidate me when I told them they were not honoring the negotiated price. Fast forward to a week ago, I negotiated a price online for a dab tool and when I got there they changed the price again, on a measly item under $30! Two days ago I went by and asked some questions regarding inventory. The employee that was working acted like I was an inconvenience to him and would vaguely answer my questions. Each time I had a bad experience here I would tell myself that its probably just a one off, but after 3 times it seems to be the S.O.P. They seem to judge people by their appearance and how much money they perceive someone can spend than treating their customers equally. Its a shame because out of all the shops in San Diego, they carry the nicest glass. I have resorted to conducting my glass purchases online from shops out of the city. Every single time I felt like the employees respected me, unlike at this shop. Unless you want to come in looking like a million bucks and ready to spend it, save your time. These guys judge a book by its cover and try to one up people on the daily.

They know what they are selling, they gave me a great price for the stuff I got, and they are friendly. I also asked a lot of questions and they didnt get impatient. So these guys definitely deserve 5 stars.

Great place for all your smoking needs! They have an incredible supply of glass for all types of smokers, great price range too!! The staff is knowledgeable and always helps me pick a piece to fit my needs.I have bought straight pipes, bubblers, water pipes with and without percolators, cigars, hookahs, hookah tobacco, vaporizers, etc and have always been happy with my purchase as well as with the price!Parking on Garnet is a little tough but you usually get lucky and park on their block or close to it. Theres also paid parking nearby. The whole area is cool to check out too, tons of food and drink and the beach is very close!

High end is incredible. Owned by really, really nice folks, I worked next door for many months on a remodel and they are the most polite, well mannered people on the block. They work hard and treat everyone with respect, its a wide selection of glass at the mid and low end range as well. They literally have everything worth carrying and they are kind which is so nice to see, restores my faith in humanity to see people like them in the area and I wish them continued success- anyone can sell glass but they have class AND glass... which in that business is a rare find.
