Pixel 3a XLI dropped this phone hundreds of times but never broke. I finally got unlucky and the screen cracked. My husband told me to come here but I decided to look around.Well, price to fix it is about the same everywhere. I paid $149 at CPR and some places said they will fix it a few dollars cheaper but there were no warranty. Some place even refused to fix it because they said pixel phone screens are the hardest to take apart.I ended up coming to CPR, put a deposit down for them to order the screen on Monday, they called me following Thursday that my part came. I dropped my phone off Friday morning and it was done in about an hour.Plus, the guy was nice and very professional (I think his name was Jake?).Hopefully I will never have a cracked screen again, but if I did, I would definitely come here.

Top notch service all the way around. I had a crack in my ipad screen, then I dropped it like an inch, but it hit just right and the screen continued to shatter.I called first and the phone was answered promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable and had the part in stock. I arrived at the store about an hour later. The store is very bright and clean, a nice environment. I finally bought my phone in to fix the charging port which has been making it difficult to charge it for months. Brought it into this place after calling ahead and he immediately cleaned out the port and got it working perfectly in less than 10 minutes while I waited. Highly recommended for prompt, professional and courteous service...will use them again and recommend to my friends.

CPR replaced the cracked screen on my Galaxy Note 9 with the factory new Samsung part and I had it back in two hours. Not inexpensive but neither is a new phone. I depend on it, so I was happy to have it done right with a defect warranty on parts and labor. Above all, I didnt have to ship it anywhere and wait for days. The proprietor and tech were both very courteous and professional. I wouldnt hesitate go to CPR again but hope I dont have to. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

My Samsung S10 Failed hard on a Wednesday evening. I took it into the SPECTRUM store on Thursday which is where I bought it and they just wanted to sell me a new phone for a thousand bucks. They didnt bother to point out that CPR was in the same strip mall as their shop. I took the phone to CPR and they repaired it and I picked it up today, (Friday), Excellent customer interface, followed all pandemic distancing and hygienic safeguards. Knew what they were doing and outstanding value. They have earned a full and enthusiastic 100% rating.

My Microsoft Surface Pro4s battery started to swell and over a year or more it got progressively worse until it was pushing the screen out and getting very hot. It happened slowly with the keyboard not closing fully against the screen at first only slightly and getting progressively worse. It was out of warranty so I tried several good computer repair places, non of which said they could fix it. I finally ran across the add for Cell Phone Repair (CPR), which said they did Surface Pro4 battery replacement. The had such great reviews that I called them and they said they could repair it and quoted me what I thought was a fair amount. I took my computer in for repair and within a short few days they had replaced the battery and had my computer back to looking and working like new. The owner Mike stated that they had replaced the batter in well over 100 Surface Pro4 computers. I was thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them for this repair. They seemed to have high integrity and were very friendly and honest in their interactions with me.

I went in with a charge port which was malfunctioning since some debris got inside. After taking a look, he wanted to charge 35 dollars for a diagnostic to see if he could clean the port. Left immediately and got it fixed for free in 1 minute at genius repair store. Be wary when looking for small phone fixes as they seem to up-charge, I would recommend genius repair.

Mikes very knowledgeable and friendly, the repair was fast, and the cost of the repair was quite reasonable. Mike was willing to tackle battery replacement for the Pixel 1 (high risk of screen damage) when the other repair shop I went to would not.
