Very bad experience with this Auto enterprise, with horrible after sale service. Second day after we get the car, the wind shield of the car started to crack from inside out without any impact. You can see from the picture there’s no hitting point. Then we tried to reach out to them and they refuse that they are the reason of the damage, which eventually cause us 500 dollars more to repair the wind shield. Ironically, after we spent 500 dollars more to ask them repaired for us, the wind shield is still broken, there’s still a breach on the top that we can hear wind blow inside the car while we are on the highway. In conclusion, if you do not want to take the risk of spending 1000 dollars more after you get the car, do not come here!

This small dealership is a great business with honest working people. The prices are very competitive! I bought a car from them yesterday, and it was one of the smoothest car deals I’ve done, and I have made a few in my day. Special shout-out to Shaw for helping me get everything sorted out with the contracts. But the real STAR was Arroyo he went out of his way to provide one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He went with me on the test drive, drove the car to my credit union to get inspected, and refused to let me leave the dealership without insuring that the car had enough air in the tires and gas in tank. THANKS AGAIN ARROYO! If I had to buy a car again it would definitely be one of the first places I’d go.

The car i bought here has broken tires. Have to inflate it every week and its now at risk of bursting. Have to change both of them and cost me 500 bucks. Their after sale service is terrible with terrible attitude.

Aurora conducted business honestly! There was no hidden fees or misleading comments. The car purchased 2016 Toyota Camry SE was priced to sell, yet lower than most local dealers advertising the priced to sell phrase.The transaction was smooth and all was completed as indicated.I just got my registration and my car is running great. Very disappointing experience here. I stopped by after work one day to check out a car I had seen on CarGurus. Took a test drive and really loved the car. Brought my wife by a couple hours later and she loved it as well. It was time for them to close up shop, so we agreed on a price and our sales person said that she would be happy to drop the car off at a nearby dealership the next day if I arranged an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. I even took the owners manual home so I could read up on my new car. The following morning I opened up CarGurus so I could take another look at my beautiful new car. I was shocked to see that the price had gone up by $2440 and the ad now listed features that the car was not equipped with! I sent a text to my salesperson and told her that I certainly expected that our agreed upon price would be honored. She said she would check with her boss and get back to me. Crickets. That afternoon I stopped by and spoke directly to the owner. He refused to honor the deal. He kept insisting that it was still a good deal and I kept telling him that he was missing the point; it wasnt the deal that his sales person and I had agreed to. I suggested that we meet in the middle and he even refused that offer. He gave me reasons why they needed to raise the price (DMV back fees, previously unidentified repairs, etc.). Maybe they were legit, maybe they werent. I have no way of knowing. Either way, we had a deal and I was even prepared to compromise, but they refused to even consider it. A deal should be a deal and failing to honor it shows a lack of ethics. What a bummer to miss out on the car and to be faced with another example of people unwilling to just do the right thing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP. My dad went in to test drive a 2015 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class SLK 250 at Aurora Auto Enterprise, and the initial listing price was $23,555, a great deal on Car Gurus. He and the dealership owner decided that the next day my dad would make an appointment for an inspection, and following a good report they would go through with the sale at the agreed price, $23,555. Later that evening, my dad noticed that the original ad had bumped up in price, and when he reached out to make sure he was still getting the original price, he didnt hear back. After work the next day he stopped by the dealership to see what was happening, where they told him the increase was due to newly found dmv back fees and busted motor mounts. My dad tried to compromise, even offering to cover the dmv fees, but the owner refused. My dad was pretty bummed. Then AGAIN last night they bumped up the price $4,000 from the original ticket on Car Gurus AND ADDED FEATURES TO THE AD THAT THE CAR DOESNT EVEN HAVE to make it seem like a better deal. Do NOT do business with these people, upon first impressions my parents believed they were stand up folks, but events over the past few days have proven quite the contrary.

Let me start off this review by saying that I work sales myself and have done so for close to 10 years. I put a LOT of research into what exact models I was looking for, and when the time came to shop around I was fully prepared for the high pressure salesmen, the let me speak with my manager back and forths, and the rest of the usual tactics we expect at dealerships (or for any big purchase, really).After trying a few cars out and dealing with the usual bs at a couple different lots, I found a car I was interested in, a 2015 Honda Fit at Aurora Auto, with low mileage and a price that was great. Not jaw droppingly spectacular, but better than any of the other places I researched in San Diego.When I went to check it out, Ara was there to great me with a smile and a handshake and after a few minutes I was test driving the car. The car fit the bill for what I was looking for, the price was good, so I decided I would pull the trigger on it and skip driving up to LA to see a few other cars I was interested in.Naturally as a salesman myself I haggled a bit, they were pretty firm with the price but he knocked a little bit off anyways and agreed to fix one cosmetic issue with the car for free, which we got taken care of after I got back into town (I bought the car right before a business trip to San Francisco). I drove off the lot happy with my decision.Im writing this review a few months after the purchase because I like to let things sink in a bit. Just for fun Ive checked cargurus and Craigslist and I still havent seen my car posted for less than what I paid. Two months and over three thousand miles later Im still very happy with the car, the price, and the professional service I received. To anyone shopping around for a car right now, do a little research on the car you want and check this place out, you might find yourself with a great deal and an easy, no hassle experience.
