I was years overdue for a proper bra fitting and have changed sizes over the years. I completely recommend this wonderful store. They took measurements and brought me many bras to try. I found several and will be back for more. They keep your info on file so you can always be sure to get the right size and brand. Different brands fit differently. I found the prices to be very reasonable as well. Really not any more than a Victoria’s Secret - maybe even less. I highly recommend this wonderful, professional business.

They have a great point system to help you save some money so you can support your girls😍😍 they sale everything including detergents to clean your sensitive garments! This is the BEST place to purchase your lingerie, especially bra’s. I have shopped here numerous times and always leave the shop a happy customer. The ladies in the shop are always so helpful and very knowledgeable. I am a very “busty” person and have a hard time finding bras that fit correctly. They take the time to measure you and show you just how a bra should fit! Not only do the bras fit well, but they’re pretty!! When you are a larger size person, the only colors you can normally find or white, beige or black. Not the case here. I walked away with some very colorful beautiful lacy bras that I just love!!! Nicola at Bras and Honey has been extremely helpful in finding me some great bras. She is the bra whisperer. Shes also a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with her. I used her for a virtual fitting since dont live in California.

I love coming to Bras & Honey for my bra needs. The store owner is knowledgeable and her employees are diligent. If they dont have your size in store they can order for you and let you know when its in. They do sizing and will bring you every bra they have to find your right size and shape. They have swim tops too!

I arrived at the door just as they were closing up shop. They could have easily turned me away but were kind enough to bring me in knowing full well I needed a fitting and to try on several bras. I came in believing I was a 46 or 48 A, having spent LITERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON BRAS FROM AROUND THE WORLD! It turned out I am a 42 or 44 A. The Store Manager was nice enough to go through several styles with me until I was 100% satisfied and walked out wearing the bra I envisioned for myself. I love this place and am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience. I would highly recommend this business. Just as a side note: they do not make custom pieces in house but can order almost any specialty size you might need.

I placed and order on May 9 and paid for standard shipping which was supposed to be 3-5 business days. I called on May 11 and the lady said it was going to be shipped that day and they would send me the tracking information. I have yet to receive the package or tracking information. I left several voicemail messages and emailed but have not recd a reply.

I love this store. It’s really the only place that I can go that has my size (36k) and I love the lady’s in there. There so knowledgeable on the size and how the bra should fit.

I was a customer of The Enchantress for 10 years. When the original owner sold, I was very disappointed in the service I recieved so I went elsewhere. Nordstrom actually, and was equally disappointed there. I started Googling and came across Bras and Honey, and saw that these were the newest owners of Enchantress. I decided to give them a try and made an appointment. Nicola was very helpful and knowledgeable and found the right bras for me. I was a bit leery though when she said the ones I liked werent in stock in the store and would need to be ordered. The only bad reviews I read were due to extreme delays in delivery on orders. Nicola reassured me that it wouldnt be a problem and it wasnt. Got my bras today, 2 weeks after ordering. They are perfect and Im a happy woman. This shop is great, especially for us who have larger breasts. I highly recommend!

First time buyer. I bought a bra for $80.00 with tax and after 15 minutes of wearing it, it curled on the back . Try to return it or get credit the owner was rude and would not give me credit .Walmart has better customer service and bras than Bra and Honey.

Bra shopping is almost always a stressful endeavor. Between not knowing the proper cup/band size, the aggressive lighting, loud music, and overwhelming smell of perfumes that many stores have, the whole experience becomes stressful and in many cases anxiety ridden. Most of us don’t know much about proper fit, or accurate sizing and sadly most big box stores do not put the effort into training their staff to know these things.Bras and Honey is not like any “intimate apparel” store I’ve ever been into. In all the best ways this store is different. It may be small in size, but the owner and staff that work there put a lot of effort in so that their selection is curated with quality in mind. They have sizes for almost every body, and the brands they carry are ones of high quality. I was assisted by the very friendly and super helpful, A’shea, who has clearly been properly trained and knows how to help each individual.I was treated well and given time and attention for my questions and concerns. A’shea resized me, since it had been a long while since I had been properly sized, and I didn’t even know I was wearing the wrong size. She made the whole process as comfortable as possible, while also not making a big deal about it. After all, it is her job. And she is a professional.I cannot stress enough how please I am by this establishments existence. Knowing that I can go somewhere to buy bras and lingerie without it being a hassle or dramatic or even stressful makes it that much easier when going through this process. I really appreciate this store and more importantly it’s incredible staff for doing a great service to the public and helping people feel comfortable and look good in their intimate clothing.Thank you, Bras and Honey, I’ve never had such a pleasant experience shopping for bras and it means a lot to me to know that I can.

I brought my daughter in there to get a couple good bras. Alicia was amazing! She had her try on different types and told her how to adjust them to fit just right. My daughter was wearing the wrong size bra all these years! She looks and feels great with her new bras. What a difference. I went back and bought 2 of my own! Now I look amazing!! Haha!

I have been to many lingerie stores and never had the personal attention I got here, helping me find the right fitting bra, but not a pushy salesperson! I wish I lived closer I would come back often!

They do not care about their customers. My Fiancé ordered $300 worth of bras from them and used USPS for their delivery. We never received a tracking number or an estimated delivery date, 3 weeks went by and we found out that it was tagged as delivered a week ago. We called them at the store and I swear the you every time we get well call you back in 48 hours. Its been a month and a half of excuses from them. They claimed to only have insured the package for $100, we never saw the money, so not only did they get $300 from us for a package we never got, they also got $100 from USPS, they sure know how to make money. The last time we went to the store to ask about the package, they told us to come back on Tuesday when the owner is there, they closed 45 minutes early that day. Please do not shop here, it has been a freaking nightmare. $300 is a lot of money to a lot of people, their ignorant attitude to this whole situation is so frustrating.

This place is hard to find, but worth it. Outstanding selection of hard to find, strange sized bras, perfect for me. Be sure you see Alicia (I think that is her name). She knows everything!! It is next door to Tuesday Morning. Worth the effort to find it!

Went in to find a bustier, for my wedding dress. Showed Nicola some pics of the dress on me...and she helped me try on a few options. Then ordered a few sizes to try on that they didnt have, so I could try on next week with the dress...no charge or up front fee to order different size.

The clerk was fantastic; friendly helpful. But whomever is responsible for placing orders should be fired. I special ordered two bras a month ago. I received a call stating that one had been shipped and other back ordered. Nothing has arrived. If they do not have it on the rack - leave.

Being hard to fit, I have always found bra shopping a frustrating experience, often achieving no results or coming home with something that didnt fit right. Alicia was patient and helpful, and she gave me the time necessary to find what I needed, and at a very reasonable price too! I will be returning again.

The Enchantress is a wonderful store with a great owner, she and her staff are committed to helping each shopper with what they want and need with the types lingerie they have or can get on order. They help size you into the right fit too. They dont rely on a measuring tape. The staff and owner, both have been her for years with lots of expertize in their field.Ive been going to them for a few years now, and I love it, the prices are reasonable too.They have all sizes, but are mainly for the full figure females.IF they dont have what you want, they will order it for you.Stop in and enjoy! :)

I have been shopping here for a few years at first it was great but lately not so much. Over half the time they dont have my size in stock and its not like I have lot of options to get bras from. Then I order online but the orders take forever I have been waiting three weeks for my bra.

I have been shopping at the Enchantress for many years and was surprised to see that they had moved again from their Mission Valley location. When I visited their new store I found out that the woman who used to helped me no longer owned the store. There was new people, I needed a new bra so the new employee (not sure if it was the new owner) found something close to what I asked for, she put me in a fitting room and I was left there forgotten for over 20 minutes. I was extremely disappointed, I put my shirt back on and came out. The woman who put me in the fitting room was on her cell phone talking in a different language pretty loud, it seamed that she was taking care of her personal issues. She was a tall woman with long dark hair, with a very heavy middle Eastern accent? She seamed pretty rushed when she put me in the fitting room and just left me there to wonder when she was coming back. I walked out..she continued her conversation and did not even noticed that I left. Their annoying talking doorbell was probably more polite. I am not coming back there..It is definitely not the same place I used to shop. I am sure that there are a lot of people wondering what happened to that magnificent store,the previous one. Well a foreigner took over who does not care about customer service. Dont go there, its not worth the drive or the time! Honestly!

Terrible customer service, don’t bother wasting your money!! I came on August 19 because I had a coupon and I wanted a good bra. The store manager assisted me but she ordered the wrong bra with underwire after I specifically told her I can’t wear that kind. It took over 4 weeks to get my bra and when I called back I was assured by the sales associate that they were going to rush the right one and ship it to my house for free and none of that is true. I sent the owner three emails last week to resolve this matter and I have not heard from her. Apparently they don’t care about their customers. There are so many other details that show carelessness and the bras are so expensive it’s not worth it.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I have a very hard time finding bras that fit thanks to having a large cup and small band, but I finally found something that fit. Definitely recommend this store, especially if you have trouble finding anything that fits.

Finally I found a place where I can find my size bras. With out havening to buy a bra that fits my cup size and having to sew the back so it fits. I am so happy I finally!! found ! this place. It is a small place but they have plenty of my size bras I couldnt be more happy. Im finally going to be able to throw all my old bras away and get new ones. thank you enchantress!.

Only one star because I had to pick one to document my review. Horrible customer service, smaller store, no parking...Only to be told no measuring is offered. The professional fittingindicated on line, the woman said is me handing you the bra to see if it fits HA. and they had only one size D bra in the whole little store. I was referred to go on line. What a waste of my gas. And embarrassing.. because I brought a relative to have a have a great experience.

Being fitted for a bra was good ordering panties to match the bra was a nightmare!! Store manager made so many excuses and when I had about enough of her excuses she tried to lay the blame on me!! I would rather be told that she screwed up and didnt place the order, in a timely manner, than to be given the run around. To make matters worse, she tried to pass off a certain type of panty as the panty I ordered.... its not a style I would even imagine wearing!! Ill have to drive to Enchantress in PB, were customer service was a heck of a lot better!
