You MUST visit this store if you’re a bride-to-be!! (this goes for bridesmaids too :)) I first went on the bridal gown hunt many years ago with my best friend, and we went to many stores with this one being the last. She found her dress here and had the best experience. That was fully eight years ago and even from that one experience then, I knew I was going to come back here for myself.You would be so surprised and pleased with the service and selection at this unassuming shop in this shopping mall in the Convoy area. The owner, Andrew has been here for years and is completely tuned in. He doesn’t even start by asking your size- he wants to know your venue, your date, get to know you, your personality etc. He starts plugging that information into his master brain computer lol, And he takes you on an incredibly thorough / thoughtful / and meaningful journey of trying on wedding dresses. He of course takes into consideration what you had in mind and what you naturally like, BUT HE ALSO shows you things that you had no idea you would love and truly shine in. It’s a lot of energy for this entire task and I’m telling you he is completely tuned in, and my family and I felt comfortable the whole time while embarking on this very special moment, searching, deciding, and feeling out the right dress.Oh, and the price points are completely reasonable in the entire shop. You won’t have any unreasonable heart attacks or waste any time/be embarrassed that you have to pretend that you’re interested in something outside of your budget. They’re all labeled clearly.There was no pressure to make a decision that day and even after a second appointment. I did end up buying my dress here - it was just that easy and clear that this was the dress for me. I am so thankful for him and his shop! Small businesses like this are one in a million. I would recommend anyone to make an appointment here and just give it a try. The sincere service for such an important occasion is absolutely unmatched.

I needed alterations and beading done on my wedding gown, and I found 2000 Dreams Bridal through Yelp and by recommendation by my sister. This is a small mom & pop shop located in a plaza with fairly good parking. I called to make an appointment and Andrew as SO kind and energetic! He was so helpful and knowledgable and was really flexible given the COVID restrictions in place.When I brought my dress in, Andrew and Larissa were there to greet me and were just the sweetest people on earth. Larissa carefully examined my dress and took her time to make sure the dress would fit great. I came back a few days later with some beading I had purchased for Larissa to add on, and she did not disappoint! I felt pretty bad because the beads were super small and she literally spent hours hand-sewing each one of those beads on! Her design was completely custom and it turned out SO BEAUTIFUL!I also brought my dress back to 2000 dreams bridal to have it professionally cleaned, and Andrew was as helpful as always.I cannot recommend 2000 Dreams bridal enough!

Andrew is an expert! He has been in the business for thirty years. If it wasnt for Andrew helping me, I dont think I wouldve found my wedding dress. I had been to many stores, tried on many dresses, and spent countless hours online searching for the perfect wedding dress. It was disappointment after disappointment, until I walked into 2000 Dreams Bridal. I told Andrew my budget and he showed me where to look for dresses within my budget. I found one dress that I liked but I was not going to try it on because it was not my size. Andrew was so supportive and encouraged me to think outside the box. Im so glad I did because that dress that I was gonna walk away from turned out to be the one. He showed me how it would look with alterations and then put a veil on me. I could not believe my eyes. It was amazing and I looked like a real bride. It was exactly what I wanted. Finally, I had found the dress. I could not have envisioned how beautiful it would look on without Andrews expert advice. I am so happy with my choice. I was out the door spending $500 altogether on my dress, alterations, and veil! Very affordable and absolutely stunning.

Let this be the first and last place you look for your dress; it was for me! I thought this would just be where I started to look, it’s a convenient neighborhood spot and came highly recommended by a friend. Fast fwd 90 minutes and I left having 2 dreamy dresses to decide between. Neither were remotely close to what I picked out for myself, but Andrew found dresses that flattered my curves and made me feel truly bridal—something I didn’t think possible in my plus size, post-partum body. Andrew made the experience so great and gave me a great deal to make the dress close to my budget. Service, price and selection all on point—why go anywhere else?

Dont let the outside store front fool you! These folks know what theyre doing!Had it not been for them I would not have found my dream dress. They had a trunk sale going on, and these dresses were not even on the racks. After I tried on what I thought were dresses I would like, the girl who was helping me (I forgot her name-- I am sorry!) mentioned to me that she had some dresses that she thought would really complement my body shape.She brought out 5-6 Wilderly Bridal gowns (they now carry these regularly, so you can totally find them there), to have me try on. Much to my surprise, these samples fit perfectly. No clips or anything. They were exactly the vibe I was also going for, and very me.Andrew came out and confirmed when I had on the one that truly this was my dress.I had a bustle done for the dress there, and that was super easy/convenient. My sister also had her bridesmaid dress tailored there, which also went smoothly. She is planning on looking for her wedding dress there.Everyone I dealt with there was lovely. Only issue was that the store opens at 10:30, and sometimes they werent there until 10:45. Did not really affect anything in a negative way however.Thank you again for helping me find this lovely dress!

Dont let the store front fool you. I was helped by Andrew and I couldnt be happier with his service. I knew I wasnt going to purchase a dress today but his quality service didnt stop when he found out. That alone is enough for me to want to give them my business. Looking forward to returning to buy my dress

Originally ordered my Hayley Paige bridesmaid dresses here and came in 1000x because I kept changing my mind on design/colors and they were always welcoming and helpful. Then, when my wedding got postponed due to COVID we ran in to get a dress off the rack for a tiny ceremony. They were very helpful and added straps to my dress and did a wonderful job.

I am so impressed with my experience at 2000 Dreams, my wedding dress shopping could not be better once I visited this team! Andrew and his staff were extremely professional and really helped guide me to my perfect dress! I had an image in my mind and could not find what I was looking for from all the previous shopping I had done. Andrew suggested and insisted that I try on a different style dress, it was PERFECT. He knew what would look great on me and pushed that I opened my mind, SOOO happy I did. Everything from the fitting to the alterations was phenomenal. They saved my wedding dream while COVID was happening, I would go back and definitely suggest this team to my family and friends. Do not use this place to buy your wedding dress. My wife had a horrible experience. They have nice dresses, but horrible customer service. They straight up lied to my wifes face after she showed them proof of what they promised her that was written in their own hand writing.

Had an awesome experience with 2000 Dreams Bridal. My stylist was extremely helpful and made the day fun and special. The owner is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend this location!

I went in without making an appointment or really knowing what I wanted. That being said Andrew was so great in picking out different styles for me to try on, and was considerate about letting us take pictures. We never felt pressured to make a decision quickly and the experience was enjoyable and stress free. He also is great at picking out the perfect accessories to go with the dresses. He also speaks Chinese (but is fluent in English) which made me feel more at home.

We traveled down from Carlsbad and Wendy is extremely helpful and accommodating. I am so happy we found this place! They have a huge inventory of bridesmaid dresses compared to other shops we went to. Were excited for our bridesmaid dresses to come in.

Extremely pleasant experience in this boutique today. Naomi helped me and even though they only carried one of the styles of dress I was looking for, she invested her time in making sure I chose the right dress. She was patient and kind, and answered the many questions I had. The store itself is smaller and I think they can only tend to one or two bridal parties at a time, so I dont know what it would be like on a weekend, but there was just one other party besides myself and I felt that my experience was quick and positive. Looking forward to ordering my dress from 2000 Dreams!

It was a great experience shopping at this place. I loved it... They make you feel like if you were at home. I loved my dress at first and the best thing is that I got a great price... Ana Maria is an excellent salesperson and she is very patient with the brides-to-be. Dont waste your time shopping at expensive stores!!!

I was accompanying my friend on her wedding dress search, and I had suggested we check out 2000 Dreams. We came in without an appointment, and really just to look. But we experienced the best customer service from Andrew!He said that he could fit us in even though we were just looking, and really gave us full service help even though we didnt have an appointment. Andrew really knows his wedding dresses, and was such a wonderful helper!Eventually my friend found a dress she liked, and even though 2000 Dreams didnt regularly stock her particular dress, they kindly ordered it for her. Her dress became one that they carry regularly now! I would highly reccomend 2000 Dreams because of the wonderful service, especially from Andrew, and the great selection of affordable dresses!

TOP NOTCH! Do not waste your time going to Davids or any high end bridal place! This place is the real deal! I made an appointment on a Sunday with my bridesmaids and I had no clue about this place so I took a chance! Anna Marie helped me and she knew EXACTLY what kind of dress would look good on me! She pulled out 6 dresses and the 3rd one I tried on was it. My friends knew it and I knew it! She also gave me a ton of tips with my veil and my belt! I felt so good after my purchase! I cant wait to go back and do my fittings with her as my day gets closer!They do custom alterations and have everything you need in one place!

Very pleasant staff. Small place and not very private dressing/viewing areas. Samples of dresses are grouped closely together so a little difficult to see easily.

Went there looking for a wedding dress. I had an appointment walked in and stood at the desk for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed me.The man that helped me didnt listen to what I wanted he kept just giving me what he wanted me to wear. I tried on over 10 dresses with no help getting them on because it is a man helping with bridal, so that was a challenge. The place is so cluttered with dresses, making it hard to see what they even offer.If you looking for simple dresses that is a good place but I wanted detailing and they didnt have many options for me.

Had an appointment for 1pm. Both sales reps were still busy with previous clients. I left at 1:30p without being seen and they were still busy with previous clients. Very no frills storefront.

So disappointed with this store, bad customer service after bought my bridesmaid dresses. No recommended. All my bridesmaid dresses are too way big or short, any one is good and they just say we cant do anything Im in shock, just two months before my wedding. This store is a joke.

While not upscale in any way, I loved the dress selection and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. Plus, so many of their dresses has pockets. Pockets!

Went in with my gown like they requested, I was looking for a Bolero to much for religious reasons. The womens attitude was reprehensible and pretty much told me how cheap my dress was. She mentioned she sells the same dress for $2,800. My only reply was I have a family and I could think of a million things I could do with $2800 and I love my dress so its ok. She then made a remark and said I guess it just depends on how good you want to look! Unbelievable!! She brought out about 4 boleros she didnt listen to anything I had to say I had to tell her several times that it cannot be see through and every single one she brought me was see through . I also mention my church requires white or I would not be allowed to use my dress and bolero . And with all that being said she STILL brought out tans and beiges and ivorys. By the time I left I felt like scum thanks to this extremely unprofessional so called bridal shop. When I asked if the seamstress could possibly attach caps levees she snapped back st me and said NO the seamstress said shes not doing it shes. It even Going to look at it!!!! I was heartbroken because On the phone they were nice and insisted I come in HUGE MISTAKE right before I left she encouraged me to go get my bolero or get my cap sleeves in Tijuana !!!!! Run run run in the other direction they will talk down to you and make you feel worthless safe yourself the trouble and disappointment!!!
