Jeremy helped me out today with an oil change on my sailboat plus a few other things. He was prompt and patiently took the time to show me so I could do it myself in the future. The company was able to fit me in the very next day. Terrific service. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy & Mario recently replaced multiple pumps and repaired some water leaks I had on my Riviera. Everything they did worked correctly the first time. They also left my engine room very clean. Ive used Explorer Marine in the past and these guys always do great work. They really take pride in what they do. I highly recommend these guys for any issues needed on your boat.

I have worked with Explorer Marine for years. They have always been on time and quick to help.I’ve used them for diesel and outboard repair.Six months ago I switch to them for my hull cleanings. Robert has done an excellent job of taking care of the underwater paint and parts.

These guys are great. They showed up on time and figured out the problem quickly; located the right part…and got my engine’s water pump replaced and the engine working in a very short time. The other issue they tackled was my boiler needed a new heating element. Although the parts were available, the right tool was not. So they special ordered the tool and came back to fix the issue just a day or so later. Beto, the mechanic, was knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. I will definitely use Explorer Marine again.

We ran into an issue with our propane system three days before leaving on a cruise. These guys came out same day fix the problem. I could not be happier with them!

I returned to my boat after being gone for weeks only to find that I surely had a plumbing problem. Didnt know what the problem was, but knew something was definitely wrong. Called around found Explorer Marine Services. Arrived within a few hours and immediately got to work to track down the problem. Not only did they find the problem with the plumbing, they found a couple of other critical issues that needed immediate repair. Work completed quickly, showed up when they said they would, and went above and beyond to clean up the boat bilge way beyond expectations!. Clearly the best marine service I have ever had and Beto the technician working on my boat was amazing and super knowledgeable. I already have other work planned with them. Highly recommend and really cant say enough good things about the service!

Owner is awesome, but the guy who runs the maintenance is an idiot.

Very poor communication about timeline and cost estimates (none), and a tech who did not have very basic knowledge about the system they were working on (propane).For instance: How high is a standard 30lbs tank pressurized to, where do the gauges go, what pressures range is a standard marine pressure gauge setup for, what is a two-stage regulator versus an automatic change-over regulator?This project ended up requiring significant supervision on my part to ensure that it was installed to basic safe standard. I also had to request that they stop performing related work that I specifically declined, specifically installing a solenoid that I had scheduled to do in conjunction with some electrical upgrades at a later date.It all turned out to be a lot of work and a lot of cost for a very simple job.

Called for a quote, service guy came to boat for 5 minutes and came to the conclusion that I needed very expensive work done. Website says free quotes, but got a bill for a service call. false advertising and when I challenged, got no response and then an email saying that they are sending the bill to collections. I would not use them, bait and switch and not easy to resolve issues. use someone else.

Just awful- charged us for quarterly maintenance which they never performed causing us to incur major disruption to our plans and expense having to have someone capable fix what they ignored
