Customer service was great i would say better than the actual Sephora store at the mall. Jcpenny sephora Customer service was excellent i was greeted and helped and I felt welcomed.

Staff was very helpful!!! Found what i needed. The other Sephora in this mall does not compare when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Would rather come here instead. Its smaller but you find what you need and the availability is great. The testers are nicely set up and arent all broken or missing. The brow bar is nicely set up as well.

I needed a little pick me up and stopped in to spend some points and get my (awesome!) birthday gift and was overwhelmed by the kindness and attention the gentleman who assisted me offered to me despite me a) not spending a lot of money and b)they were quite busy. I believe his name was Jonathan (I hope) and really hes a star! Thanks for making a sucky day better! ❤️

JC Penney is just looking so so so terrible, just straight ghetto in appearance.

Good store. Most staff friendly. But, I had a JCPenney clothing bag and I assumed you could put your makeup in it, but thats not the case. The manager came over and told me you couldnt, made feel very uncomfortable. I asked if shed like to check it, she said no. I was with a friend, my friend had a sephora bag, we didnt put our stuff together as we were gonna pay separately. After that, they eyed us, so we left, as we did not feel comfortable buying at all. We also had a poor experience at the Sephora upstairs. They seemed to be eyeing us as well. Like, Im not sure if they called the one upstairs to watch out for us. But, Im never going back. I normally go to ulta anyways.

This Sephora is much better than the stand alone Sephora upstairs. The staff are usually quite friendly and less judgemental than the staff upstairs. I came here with my friend the other day and had a decent experience, she put a perfume and another item into her JC Penny clothes basket, when where looking at highlighters the manager came up to her and told her that items HAD to go in a Sephora basket, we have been to Sephora in other locations several times before and NEVER have we been told this. It made her feel very uncomfortable and I did as well, so we decided to leave. On our way out we saw a Sephora enployee speaking on a hand held radio, and when we went to the Sephora upstairs a few employees stared at us and followed us around the store so I assume they told them about us which made us feel even more uncomfortable.

The worst customer service ever from so Flora and JC Penney Ive experience in fashion Valley you guys are and the bathrooms at GC penney our so nasty and disgusting and employ youth are the worse they lie to their customers about having discounts are there an educated is just a horrible in

Don’t get me wrong I like Sephora. I hate this location. Came here on a weekend and the store was a zoo! So packed and what bothers me was they ran out of everything and the samples are disgusting! Like super gross. The lipstick are all smashed up, with hair or fur on it and look like they’ve been thru the devils lips and back to earth. Ewww! When it’s super busy no staff will ask you if you need help and you have to track one down. I’m only gonna order online now.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!!I never buy from Sephora not even online ! Only place I buy my make up is inside Macy’s (fashion valley). I wanted to try it To check out if they had more brands. I went yesterday 01/06/2018 around 3-5pm their where some employees just walking, anyways I ask this old saggy lady she had really blond hair and curls her face looked like a cake ! She look like she had Botox but you know the ones that look that they have Botox can’t help the face anymore type of lady! I asked her nicely can someone check my face to match she said rudely you need to wait 40 min because they are 3 people in front of you . I said okay never mind I will go somewhere else she roll her eyes and walk away didn’t even say a word. You expect to sell and have clients ! BE NICE! You know what I think Sephora has a lot of customers so they don’t give 2 F**** who comes and goes ! NEVER EVER COMING BACK!!!! Any Sephora TO Be HONEST!!!!

The employees were so unprofessional ! I asked for help finding a product and the girl who was not doing anything said someone will come help you ?! after five minutes of waiting no one came ! all the employees were at the register chit chatting their lives away! ended up leaving really poor customer service.
