I was referred here by Wawanesa, my Truck was hit by a piece of metal protruding from a post, Fernando saw my vehicle and gave me an estimate the same day. His shop needed about two weeks for the repair...and I dont have that much time so he prepared an estimate so another shop can start the work immediately and the dent in my car will be fixed by Monday, thank you Luxury Auto Body

The only shop I fully trust with my baby, Lucille. I found this shop when someone backed into my driver side doors that needed to be replaced. At the same time, I also had them repair my front bumper after my friend swiped a fence. All parts replaced/repaired look immaculate. Trust that the manager, Carlos, is there to handle your concerns. He is proactive by keeping you informed and makes the repair process seamless. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. Also told my friends about my experience with LAB and even they were impressed! No one likes being in an accident and the hassle of repairs but it’s much easier when you receive outstanding customer service.

They will ensure they do spectacular work on your vehicle and go above and beyond. Great work ethic. Personally, to me it doesn’t matter when exactly I receive my damaged vehicle back, as long as they do it right, and they very well make sure they do it right. Amazing service and customer service and will definitely be a regular here should the unfortunate need arise again. 20/10!

Carlos is the best! He made things easy, took care of business and always gave me a peaceful mind. He is a great guy! My previous car was rear ended three times, always went to the body shop. Quality is great and service is great.This time they did great job as before. Washed my car and cleaned my interior and added windshield fluid (did not even mention that to me). I highly recommend this place.

Took my Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition to Luxury Auto Body and was welcomed by a great guy by the name of Ken. I wasn’t sure how much my fender bender was going to cost me. But I’m thankful that they took care of me. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. I highly recommend this shop.

I am not sure if they even know how to fix anything else besides the body on a car and that was not even done right and took way to long even for that.

Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through my options definitely helped find a lower cost option relative to other expensive collision shops. Received timely updates through the repair process and the result was excellent. Trunk damage was completely repaired and looks like new, paint job and all. Would highly recommend given positive experience.

Took my Jeep here after repeated bad experiences at another auto shop. Excellent customer service and works with your insurance company to get new parts to actually fix your car the right way. They pay attention to details and actually take care of your car, rather than doing the bare minimum like other companies.My parents also took their truck there after being told there was nothing wrong and they found over $1K worth of damage that the other company missed.I hope I’m never in another accident, but if I am I will be a repeat customer. Carlos Vargas worked his magic to get Roush parts to complete my auto body repair. After a bumper fell off a car, two cars ahead of me On the 805, the car in front of me tried to swerve and ran over the bumper spitting shrapnel at me doing 75mph. My beautiful car was ripped up on the hood, bumper, q panel, undercarriage, ground effects, etc. and my car looks like nothing ever happened.

Love this place! They are so sweet and my car looks so good!! I would recommend them to anyone. Once my car was ready they helped me install my car seat and helped with my one year. You guys are the best! Keep up the good work. 😊❤️

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Brandon, Carlos and the rest of the team at Luxury Auto Body. They explained everything to me, kept me updated, and were always professional and friendly. The repairs look great, and they also cleaned the interior of my car upon returning it to me, which was a really nice touch. No one likes getting in an accident and dealing with all the headache that comes along with it, but they truly made my experience hassle free. I would highly recommend them for any auto body repair needs!

Would of given 5 stars but they were not able to deliver fix on time and damages were not all taken care and I had to consistently be on them about my vehicle that they were supposed to fix in 2 weeks. Plus side is i got my mustang back. Do not recommend services. The fact that I would call to receive updates because they would not update me personally was very inconvenient.

Great body work!!! Been here 2 times.... lol don’t judge me. This is San Diego. Home of fender benders son. It’s ALWAYS the other persons fault. Hahahahaha.

Was referred to this body shop by USAA after an accident. Was initially skeptical because Luxury is always expensive and wasnt 100% sure other partys insurance would cover me. Experience here was professional, and they corrected the issue perfectly. Simple bumper damage took less than a week to correct. Prius parts are very common.

Carlos was great, he took care of my car when it was hit in a parking lot, and now it looks like new. He kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and very professional. And the work was done beautifully and in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use them again if the need arose and I would highly recommend them.

Be certain that this place will take care of you and your car, they really care about you. Kenny Kossmann helped me go through all the hassle with the other insurance, something that my own insurance didnt do. They made sure to get original parts to my Honda Accord Sport and they replaced every single part that was not in perfect condition. It was just a small bumper crash but the guys at the body shop did a fantastic paint job that after almost 2 years my car still looks like new. I went shopping for weeks throughout San Diego, National City, East and North County and these guys are professional and give good value for the money. If you really care about your car, this is the place to take it.

This place is fantastic! I was rear-ended in my car in my new car with under 3000 miles on it. They are certified through my insurance, statefarm, and so I knew all costs would be covered. One of the most important things to me was making sure they used dealer parts on my Toyota because I didnt want third party cheaper parts. They said they only use dealer parts because the dealership matches the price for them. When I went to pick up my car they provided my with a receipt of all parts from the Toyota dealership that they used and my car looked like it hadnt even been touched. This body shop is amazing and I will be returning for any accidents that ever occur and recommending it to anyone that asks for a great body shop. 10/10

After dealing with Insurance for months Luxury Auto Body took care of my car in a timely manner and was able to set things up in the most pain free way possible. If I ever need body work done Id be coming back.

Kenny was a big help, they were about 350.00 cheaper then my quotes throughout sd and they are State Farm select service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
