I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at courtesy Chevrolet. I am very pleased and happy with my experience. As you can tell I gave it five stars. My salesman Sergio and David not only were extremely genuine gentleman but also true professionals guiding me through the entire process. The experience and knowledge was far superior that I encountered at courtesy Chevrolet then other local dealerships. They went far and beyond my expectations on helping me get my new dream car. They helped to get the best APR rate and did not give up on me. I’m super happy with the service provided and beyond thrilled on receiving my new C8 CORVETTE car.

I love my Chevy equinox but it’s been having a problem with the windshield washer fluid line. These guys are the best! Very professional. Zach got me in quickly for an appointment, no waiting while they inspected and checked the car in then sent me home with a Lyft ride. Had one pick me up the next day at 9 AM and they’d replaced the whole mechanism to bring my car back to perfect! They also did an oil change, tire check and overall check that they always do. Thus extraordinary team of people are experts in Chevrolets as well as customer service. Very nice dealing with them. It’s awful to say but I look forward to going there again! I Highly recommend them!

The customer care representative was very nice.. Car advisor assigned to me Rafael was really rude! He gave me an estimate for my Chevrolet Traverse sunroof for $180, and later called me that the sunroof will cost about $2400, I told him I would rather pick up my car. When I got to back, he stated he would be charging me a diagnostic of $180 for checking the sunroof; that I know that the hinge was bad which was why I brought it.He said since I signed the estimate .. he has legal jurisdiction to charge me…He was so rude when I indicated I signed for initial estimate to fix the car and not for diagnostic which was never in our discussion. He told me to wait outside in a harsh rude tone… I was happy to pick my car. I am grossly disappointed that I got treated that way.

I bought a car today and it was one of the best experiences I have had with this process. The sales staff was friendly and very responsive to my needs and listened to my requirements/wants. For those of you who have ever had to take your kids to the dealership you know that the waiting process can be a killer for the little ones but the staff was very patient. I would be happy to go back should i ever need a car.

The service department was extremely busy but they were on it. The service professional was excellent. There was confusion as to the service for my truck, but she assessed it, explained it clearly and set me up with a ride home. I was back home only 15 minutes after my appointment time. Updates were timely, my truck was returned clean and serviced. One of the smoothest and best service experiences I’ve ever had.Second review for service 9/10/21-5 Star. Katrina again provided professional and outstanding service. Overall experience with the service department was excellent.

I typically don’t complete surveys, however, I have to share my exceptional experience at Courtesy Chevrolet. First of all, I have never had a service agent as awesome as Carmen. I was running late to work, so she got my cell phone number and texted me the information she needed. I had a service recall, nail in back tire and scheduled oil change. By noon, I got a text the car was completed and my bill was $56.00. She sent me a link to pay by phone. I can’t remember a time I left the dealership less the $200.00 anywhere and I am always playing phone tag with my previous service agent. When I came to pick up my car after work, it was washed! Sitting out front, ready to go! No line, no wait, no hassle. I also want to say that I had brought my car to Bob Stall Chevrolet to fix my recall twice! And the light never turned off. Courtesy Chevrolet found that the wires were spliced and loose and not connected correctly. The light is final off! I am so impressed with the customer service that I will never go anywhere else again! And I am telling everyone about my experience. Thank you Carmen for your quick responses to my questions and making my life so easy. They even offered to call me an Uber. Hands down best dealer service in SD. Customer for life🙌

We bought our Suburban here in 2006.Never needed more then oil changes and tires cause it sat in driveway most of its life with only 75000 miles on it. In 2019, I began to call the dealership to let them know I had a service ride control light.I asked them why I hadnt received information on routine maintenance.Well they had my previous address which I changed with them twice in 2014&2015.Yeah I shouldve done it by email.Well anyway I have now called service department 6 times and they still have my old address and phone number.And they dont have the COURTESY to even return a customers call back.I GUESS IL SPEND MY next 60 grand somewhere else...

The people who work here were very nice and not pushy I came and asked if the Car I wanted was in stock unfortunately there wasnt but they had 1 in the color I wanted in transit it arrived a few days later. I picked up the car no issues and to top it off I got a great deal saving me roughly $2000 on 6 year coverage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a chevy.

To my surprise, I actually had a good dealership service experience while waiting for an oil change. Although it took several minutes to see an advisor, everyone was professional, quoted service time was accurate, waiting room was clean with free coffee, guest internet speed was excellent for my meetings and vpn remote work (45dn/50up mbps), their online only cashier to pay the invoice was painless via my phone (they no longer have an in person cashier) , the invoice (for first time in my life) was actually less than the oil change coupon price that I printed from their site), and finally they already had my car waiting for me just washed. Must have been a glitch in the matrix!

I really appreciate the free Lyft rides home and back from them after having to leave my car overnight for them to look at. Tan guy is a great sale rep. Didn’t appreciate how long it took for them to do a trade with the dealer. Just to find out they couldn’t get the car for us. Courtesy lost my spare key as well. They ran our credit 3x after we told them not too. We were greatly satisfied with our APR rate from our personal bank. They “tried” to beat it but couldn’t.

I also had an issue with the AC system and Katrina was able to coordinate the repair claim with Portfolio and had my vehicle back to me in record time. Rafael is my goto Service Manager. He’s very communicative, a problem-solver, and will go the extra mile for his customers. My experiences with their service dept have been nothing short of stellar. My most recent experience was coming to get a new battery without making an appointment and as busy as they were they managed to service my car with a new battery and charged my Chevy Volt. Definitely will continue taking my car for whatever service needs are required.

Came here to have an upgrade installed on my car and was treated very well. You hear stories about service centers not treating you well if you didnt buy your car from that dealership and Courtesy Chevy is definitely NOT that way. Really friendly staff and a good set of mechanics. Decent waiting area and the vending machines were not outrageously expensive.Good location as well. You have a few food options in the immediate vicinity and then the larger mall a short ride share away.I highly recommend this place.

We had some small damage to the back of our Suburban, and we were given an outrageous price from another Chevy dealer, who also was expected to complete the 60K mike service on the vehicle. When we collected it, we discovered that they had not done the differential and transmission oil changes. We went back to Courtesy, who were able to accommodate our request to service the SUV at our convenience, and also quickly looked at the damage to the rear passenger quarter. In short time, they completed the service AND fixed the slight damage, at virtually zero additional cost. Their service representative and their technicians went far and beyond what we expected, and at very short notice. We have used Courtesy a lot, but having moved out of the center of SD, they were not as convenient to use. However, their willingness to help us as much as possible has convinced us to keep using them. We are considering purchasing a new car in the next few months and they are top of the list to help us find the car we need and want.

Brought my car in for check up. The staff is friendly. However, when I picked up my car the gentleman didnt tell me anything about the work that was done on my car. I brought it in with concerns about the breaks as they have been squeaky recently. I had to ask for any feedback and I still didnt get a full run down. Additionally, I had asked to get a new spare key. He said they had tried to cut a key 3 times and still couldnt get it right so I ended up not getting a spare. Also, they are extremely pricey. Just for a check up with oil change, tier rotation, clean filters, and a break check it cost $700. I thought bringing my car to the dealer I purchased it from was a good idea. Apparently, not. Next time Ill go elsewhere.

This experience went well. Zach was amazing!! I give him personally 5 stars. He tried to accommodate me by offering me a lyft home but I lived too far. My address is over 20 miles away. I’m not sure why I picked this dealership since it is sooo far away but I will def have to think of future service options since you guys never have any courtesy vehicles available. I was late to work and it kinda screwed up the rest of my week. But again I have no complaints about Zach he did what he could and I’m grateful for him because the other workers in Service do not seem to be as nice and considerate as Zach. I recently went to get an oil change at Courtesy Chevrolet on a Traverse. This particular location is the best in all of San Diego! Fastest Service I’ve ever experienced! Our original appointment was as 2:30. I called to ask if I could drop off early , not expecting to be taken any sooner, we just had made lunch plans and wanted to make sure we didn’t have to leave them early. The shop is very busy when I went in at 10:30 a lot of cars were parked ready to get in said wait a little bit but the people there were very courteous and took care of me and I didnt have to wait too long the service guy that took care of me was a Rafael and he was very courteous and and very helpful and told me how long it would take and it was at a special coupon to get a transmission service and take I think I was at 10:30 you would take about 3 hours to get the car which is about what it took but the car ran absolutely beautiful the transmission were absolutely top-notch so the courtesy is a good name for the courtesy Chevrolet they were they were excellent

Finding the initial problem a week after dropping it off is extremely unprofessional and they kept telling us there was no problem, then trying to charge us almost a thousand dollars later when it was still covered under warranty, I’d rather find a reliable mechanic than come back here for any service.

I was blown away by his incredible attitude to listen to me and my concerns and he listened to each word. he did not only listed, but he went and delivered. Then I brought my Tahoe 2021 in. Service was great except they did not clean up the car after they were finished. There was grease/dirt all around the hood area. Should have inspected before I left. Other than that, all was great. The very last time I take my vehicles here to be serviced! Whats the rule? Three Strikes youre out? Well, this is strike 3!! My last 3 service repairs, Ive had to leave my car there all week, even with an appointment on a Monday or Tuesday. This time, my slingback was for Tuesday morning, and I got a text that my cars being seen by a technician Wednesday afternoon. Whats the point of an appointment if the appointment time isnt being fulfilled?!? Im a Small Business owner--every day my vehicle is in service costs me $100+, so I just lost $400 + the $750 I spent to have my vehicle serviced. I dont mind doing what I have to to keep my vehicles running, but the added expense (my expense) of having them hold on to my car is ridiculous.

As soon as We showed up to courtesy cheverlot around 1pm , we immediately saw the truck we wanted. They saw us gazing at it and quickly attended to us. Within minutes. We test drove the truck and told them we liked it. There were 2 employees with the same name Joe that helped us in getting the truck with the right price. They were very helpful and friendly! By 3:30pm we took off in our brand new truck! Thank you courtesy cheverolet. We are in love with our truck!

Chad and the finace guys are awesome 👌 I had a problem with hooking up my phone to the car and Chad was nice enough to have me come in and help me hook it up. I also had a problem with the battery in my remote and they replaced it at no charge. The whole car sale took only 1 hour and 50 minutes. What a great and the best experience I have had buying a car. Highly happy with my experience.
