I don’t always have great experience with the Firestone chain, but this specificstore not only has extremely friendly services, but has also always met my scheduling needs — including a few rushed last minute requests. They are very thorough with their work and are patient enough to explain things to me at the level I (someone with very little car knowledge) can understand. This location is always very clean and organized. The price is beyond reasonable, and the service has always been thorough and reliable. My family and I have been with them for more than five years and serviced nine different cars of all makes and mileages. We are very satisfied with this Firestone’s services. I have been taking all my vehicles to Lee Rollins because they are trustworthy and have never told me I need to replace or repair items that were sound. So many other places do so finding a place where all the employees are so upstanding is tough. Their prices are less for the same 4 tires I just purchased and alignment than anywhere else including Costco. This crew is the best and I would not take any of our familys vehicles anywhere else. I was out in 90 minutes with four new tires and car alignment completed. Thank you!

These are honest folk who do great work at good prices. They never sell you services you dont need, and in fact, they are upfront when they think you shouldnt get something done. The quality of their work is excellent too—all of their repairs hold up exactly as they should.

Experienced and knowledgeable people who explain what needs to be done in clear terms. They fixed only what needed to be fixed and charged me a fair price. It only took a half-day to have my wheel bearing replaced and its quiet and smooth now. Good as new! I will definitely be back the next time I need service on my 2010 Chrysler.

I feel like I must do a review on Lee Rollins Firestone bc they took care of me like I’ve been going to them for yrs and it was my first time. Went in to get my wheels balanced it turn out to be that one of my wheels was splitting on my 1976 c10. They took care of my problem in about a days work. Good price too. Very satisfied with this place. Yes professional too but in a way where my home is your home. They definitely got me as a costumer, I will be returning for any other problems

We were traveling across the country and our check engine light came on. Robert got us in on the one day we were planning on being there and got it fixed by lunch so we could continue our trip. Very pleasant place to be. I overheard many conversations with other customers and all were treated fairly. It is directly across from Miramar base. Robert told me the planes were the sound of freedom! Try them out.

Ive come to Lee Rollins Firestone several times, some times with serious failures and/or breakdowns to my car. Each of those times, they would make an affordable diagnostics, call me back with the problem identified and the different options that I have to fix it. Ive always felt that they tried to minimize the cost of the repairs to get my car working. For example once they proposed me two choices: repairs using second hand parts or using brand new ones. That way I can choose according to my current financial situation. On top of this, I feel like these persons are very knowledgeable and I trust their words. I remember the first time I came, they found in no time what was the reason why my break lights werent operating. They fixed it, and only charged the time necessary to have the work done (other things were being made, so it was more like a bonus). By contrast, the previous garage I was going to wanted to charge me more than 3 times the same price for an in-depth electrical diagnostic without including the repairs. Since I switched to Lee Rollins Firestone Im very happy with it and I would not consider changing again.

I had just an oil change done. When it was done they called me. They said it would be ready in 30 min and I would get a call. After 2 hrs I show up and at the last moment they tell me a piece of my brakes fell off. They didnt offer to fix it nor provided me with any details. I had to ask. It Was my first time there and last time.

So far the guy at the desk Robert has been very passive aggressive Ive been waiting patiently for over an hour for a quote. I asked ONE time and was told I was pressing him. Lets see if I wasted my time here or if they at least give me a good quote and bid to fix my van. All I needed was a price for all four new tires and brakes... Whats taking so long????? Maybe communicate with your customers a bit more.Total waste of time!!!!Evans tire 4 stoplights down quoted me over the phone 300 cheaper. Its NOT just the price!!! This dude Robert was as helpful as a wet paper bag.

Lee Rollins has straight shooters who know how to find what really needs to get fixed and then they do a great job.Ive been a loyal customer for many years. I started going when I worked in the UTC area and I immediately could tell they are car people rather than sales people. I trust them when they say what needs to get fixed because they never try to push me to do repairs that arent necessary.During my last oil change, they let me know that my CV joints were going bad. It was making some noise so they let me know I should get it replaced sooner rather than later. I was busy that day so I waited for the next convenient time for me to take in the car. Its easy to set up an appointment. They got you in and let me know it would take a couple of hours. They did a great job as promised.When I had brought the car in for the repair, I told them about another issue with the 3rd row seat not releasing to fold down properly. I had just taken my car in to the dealer (to fix a recall) and asked them for an estimate on the seat. They quoted me over $800. I didnt trust the dealer so I asked the guys at Lee Rollins to look at it. Within 5 minutes, they figured out the problem and let me know it would be a half hour job. Im stoked that they figured it out so quickly and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. They have good instincts and can quickly tell you if it will be a quick fix or something you should hold off on. I appreciate that honesty. Thats why I continue to be a satisfied customer at Lee Rollins.

They take really good care of you here and explain a lot if your car runs into any issues. Im not a car guy, and I always feel like I have lots of information before making a call. Can be busy, but the quality of the work is undeniable.

Seemed like a good deal at the time. They were usually pleasant to interact with and as far as I knew did the work correctly.However, in 2014, I was charge $50 for a cabin air filter and $30 labor to replace it. Now I find out that my car doesnt even have a spot to put a cabin filter.I was charged for services not rendered. This is fraudulent billing.

The staff was extremely rude. I was simply trying to get some quotes; Ive never had problems with this before at other places. A gentleman named Robert was being extremely abrasive for no reason and was very condescending when I asked questions about my car. Look, I get it. I suck when it comes to understanding cars. I dropped my car for a service. When I picked it up by evening, my car was very shaky and vibrating badly. I returned back to the store and have them check it again. The mechanic havent tightened up the screws completely on one of the back wheel, after tire rotation. seriously???? Rookie Mistake and endangering life.Bad experience.... :-( and never going back again.

This was one of the most honest repair shops in SD. They will never try to sell you something you dont need and already take great care of your car. They will give you honest answers to your questions about repairs and prices are equivalent to the average (I.e. some stuff is less expensive like oil changes and some is more like tires)

I have been doing oil changes and tire rotations with this Firestone for over 4 years now with all of my cars. So I can easily drop the car off and pick it up. But if I dont have the flexibility I schedule an appointment and they service the car faster than me taking it to one of the drive through places. They have fixed multiple nails in my tires and patched them and have been nothing but nice and professional. I would absolutely recommend them! I just had to cancel an appointment because I was out of office and called the firestone by my house...2.5x more in cost than Lee Rollins. Ill wait to go back to the office or drive the distance to get the solid service Im used to getting.

Went their for pre purchase check of used car. Our seller was a foreigner and had broken English. The mechanic waa pretty rude to him. I thought the mechanic was snobby and didnt answer our questions properly.

With an old (1997), Ford E-150, van conversion --- falling apart at the seams --- Lee Rollins has nonetheless fixed every problem that has come along during my past 6-months down here in the road-rough San Diego area. E.g., brakes, ball joints, EGR valve solenoid, oxygen sensor, blown-out radiator, And, most recently, they fixed a bogus fuel filler hose repair done by an unscrupulous shop up near San Jose, CA. And Lee Rollins does all this at reasonable prices. And often same day, if you can get in at 7:00 a.m. Impossible, but they even fixed my old vans chronic (years-long) cold start engine knock, about which the likes of Goodyear, AAMCO, etc., shops were all CLUELESS. Bottom line, San Diego area roads/highways --- with their steep hills, often Oregon Trail-like surfaces, & meteor impact craters --- are brutal on all vehicles, especially big, heavy ones like my old van. Lastly, Lee Rollins also has the heavy lifts, higher vertical clearance bays, and special equipment to work on bigger vehicles, like my van conversion, and even Class-B & larger motor homes. (END
