I seldom take the time out of my day to write a review on anything, but I had to for my experience. I will start with saying no it was not perfect. A couple days I was told it would beready tomorrow. Given that I was estimated 3_5 days and it took 6(business days), Im not that annoyed by it. I was also surprised to find out 2 days after them having it that nobody does work on the weekended thus extended the actual time taken. However when I got my car back, it looked as though nobody ever hit me. I had extensive damage and now its brand new. Even the paint was 100% consistent with the metallic silver I had. Hands down best body work Ive seen. The extra time it took was worth the impressive outcome. Fairly professional customer handling. I was quoted similar prices at other unofficial shops and about 2.5x more at an official collision center. Great work

After my husband accidentally scraped his car he was desperate to get it fixed as quickly as possible. He called and Donna was able to get him seen the same day. The car was turned in on Friday and by Monday morning it was completely fixed. They fill some of the cars paint chips at no cost. Despite all the negative comments about racism, my husband who is of Hispanic heritage took a chance and was treated fairly and without prejudice. Would definitely recommend due to quick turnaround, fair prices and great customer service.

Took my car here twice to repair dents and a full paint job. They did an awesome job each time and finished in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable too. My car looks great, almost like new. I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jim the owner was very helpful in removing a piece of plastic that had come loose from under my front right tire bumper that was making my car unsafe to drive. He took the time to take the piece of plastic off without charging me, and gave me a decent quote in replacing the part, when I was able to do so. Will do business with them again.

Awful work. The entire paint job was covered with debris, as if they painted it outside. Not to mention that the body work on the hood and fender was done so poorly that you could clearly see flat spots and deep scratches in the bondo work. When I brought all this to the owners attention, he said I needed to take it up with the shop manager. The shop manager then said thats the kind of paint job you get for that price. I was honestly worried that they might damage my car further if I left it in their possession any longer, so I reluctantly paid the bill. Dont trust those guys and dont waste your time trying to save money!

I found out about this place from another paint/body shop believe it or not. I took my sons car to another shop and they quoted me $3000. I said no way, its an older car for my teenage son. They then told me about Carcoa saying they do a good job, better than Maaco.Carcoa has a 3 year warranty. If your clear coat is coming off they are supposed to take care of it. I had my sons car painted here for $800. It looks great one year later. If you find a cheaper paint job somewhere else, be wary. A good paint job is rarely cheap.

I had my woodie done here about 4 years ago. They did a very nice job painting it and all the pieces that went with it. Everything was already apart, fenders, hood, mouldings everything. 1 main color with 2 different colors for interior parts. All were done very nicely. Color match was great. I had someone else disassemble the car and put back together.Yesterday, I was driving my 59 Fairlane Skyliner to pick up my daughter and started having mechanical issues near Balboa and 163. Remembering Jim, I was able to limp into his shop at 5:45pm. Jim was very cool, had his mechanic look at my car briefly, and offered to store in his bay overnight and have his mechanic look at it following day. Because I just had nearly everything overhauled, I opted for storing the car overnight and having the mechanic that did the work pick up the car as I wont have to pay him again. All in all, Jim was gracious with his time and space. As with any service industry, you will have clients with good experiences and bad ones, its just the nature of the beast. Mine so far have been more than positive.Additionally, there are different levels of paint jobs. If you are on an Earl Scheib budget, you will get an Earl Scheib paint job. Expectations should be gauged accordingly. Just my opinion. I dont go to Sizzler expecting a Donovans experience. I actually dont go to Sizzler, but you get my meaning. Thanks Jim and Dawn.

Awful work and bad experience, they gave the car back to me without lots of mistakes, I was pointing out all these spots to fix and they were rude to do any fix, they even threaten to not release my car to me until I call the insurance company. They said I didnt pay for a 10000 dollar paint job, so, I get a crappy paint job. I informed the Bureau of Automotive repair and they told me there is fraud involved and I have to file in court.

Terrible experience. I took my Model T Ford here after it had been in a fire. They wanted the money up front. They kept this car for more than a year, lost many irreplaceable parts, painted over insulators and other parts that were not supposed to be painted, ignored my written instructions, and after charging me an extra $3000 to reassemble the car, they DIDNT reassemble the car. When I pointed out all the work that was not done, and all the parts that were lost, they offered me $150 as compensation. STAY AWAY!

Horrible job, finish was rough and even had a mark In it from where they hit the door with the airhose and just cleared over it. Not to mention, they closed the door when the paint was still wet and just left it. 2 years later and I need a new paint job because the clear coat is peeling off. Stay away!!!!!!!!
