I had banged up the drivers side mirror pretty bad (hit a cement pole in the parking garage) and had a dent in the front bumper that I had been meaning to get fixed for a while. Brought my Volvo SUV in for Mario to look over quickly. He contacted me within a few days via text with the estimate to fix the mirror and front bumper (he needed to contact Volvo first for parts). I decided to add in detailing and waxing. I picked up my Volvo in a few days and it was BEAUTIFUL. It looked like I had just bought it off the lot. I have high expectations and I like things done well and efficiently, and thats exactly what I got. If youre looking for mushy gushy customer service from Mario - you wont get that. He moves quick, straight to the point, get in and get out. But I promise, the end product is worth it - top notch quality work. And the price was reasonable. Thank you to Mario and his team members for making my Volvo look brand new again!

They brought life to my old Volvo. The paint was dull, the carpets were stained and the headlights were yellow. I got the executive detail package and added the headlight cleaning and they made my old car look great. I wish I had some before photos to show the difference.

I made an appointment to get an estimate on having the bumper fillers replaced on my Riviera. He took one look at it and said no I dont have time to do that as if it were beneath him. Then he walked away

Mario the owner is rude, argumentative and unethical. We received a bid from Mario himself to fix our sons truck. Their bid was not the lowest but we chose them as the shop seemed reputable. We scheduled an appointment for 10 am Monday. Upon arrival they expressed concern that the quote given was not enough to cover the damage. We stopped and asked them for a formal written estimate of the repairs. We left the truck there assuming the quote would be acceptable. We did not receive the quote that day. We had to call a couple times in order to get the quote emailed. It finally arrived on Tuesday am. The new quote for the repair was increased significantly making their price 30% higher than the low bid. When we called to pick up our truck so we could take it to the other we were told by Mario that we owed $155 for storage and fees that we did not agree to. He told us the truck would not be released until we paid the fees in cash or cashiers check. We did not agree to the charges at any time in writing or verbally. The practice of escalating the bid and holding our vehicle hostage as a result is very poor customer service. I would not recommend use of this business for any services.

I recently went for a Hydrophobic coating and they did an amazing job. I will post a follow up in few months to confirm the quality of the materials but the workmanship was superb.Friendly staff that explained the different options, care, etc.Great experience for this service. (My first time here) I live far so cannot come for a wash all the time but will try.

When only the BEST will do, do Absolute Perfection or nothing at all! I just love Absolute Perfection. Everything about them is great and here’s why: The staff is very nice and most knowledgeable. They have a real sense of ownership and pride of work that I’ve never seen anywhere else. They use their talent and knowhow to bring out the very best in your vehicle. I have a Honda S-2000 and a Mercedes GLK 350. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for body work or restoration work – PERIOD!

I was so pleased when i got my car back from Window tinting. They were profesional, great price and awesome customer service.

Over the last month and a half I had the pleasure of working with Mario, Alex, and I believe Manuel on three of my vehicles. My Jeep Wrangler had been in an accident and the claim was being handled by a cash payment from the neighbor who hit my car. I received 3 estimates from 4 to 5 star body shops in San Diego and his quote was 30% less than anyone else. Mario was 10 times more knowledgable about the vehicle, estimate, and could even tell I had a minor area repainted by the dealer 2 years ago. His knowledge and customer service was beyond excellent. Marios team had my Jeep, with $11,000 worth of damage fixed within 4 days and on top of it Mario went out of his way to clean the vehicle and include a mini detail since I am a Veteran. After this fix I brought in my new Tesla Model S and had several modifications done to it and a comprehensive insurance claim which was so easy to handle and my insurance company is horrible. Some of the work included full tint, carbon fiber, smoking the tail lights, head lights, rebuilding the center consul, custom exterior paint, to adding electronic features that arent even available with this car from the factory. I have been holding off on these modifications because I havent been able to find a shop that actually knows what they are doing and at the same time they are MORE than fairly priced. They did an amazing job. So after that I had my uncle bring in his original Shelby Cobra. It needed body work, a full tune up, some aftermarket parts that are impossible to get and somehow that son of a gun Mario was able to pull it all off. Once again the price was more than fair (much cheaper than the custom shop in LA), but his body shop exceeded everyone of our expectations. Listen folks!! If you want to bring your beat up ($500) 1995 Toyota Corolla into Marios shop to have silly work done to it for a price that is so low its not worth anyones time.. dont bring your car here. Marios team is about A++++ quality, great service, fast turn around, and experience. There is a reason his Auto Body Shop is 3 times the size of ever other place we went to. They run a successful business and want every project done the right way because it reflects upon their reputation. If you walk around their shop you see nothing, but beautiful cars. Some that are several hundred thousand dollars22. There is a reason Sand Diegos most elite people continuously use AP Auto Spa. Honestly the answer is he simply the best and for quality work you wont find anywhere else cheaper. Do what you want, but Mario will be my first stop for every bit of auto work I need done from here on out. Message me with any questions, and this is not an advertisement for AP Auto Spa. I spent a total of 45 minutes talking to Mario with all extremely detailed work that was done in all three cars. Results speak for themselves. They are reasonable, fair, reliable, and the quality is much better than the factory. Give them a try. Also their Auto wash details are 10 times better than any regular car wash detail for the same price. Let me know if you have any questions about the work I had done. Again I am just thrilled with all the work they did for me over the last 6 weeks. I have never been able to connect and outside body shop up with my claims person and not have to worry about anything. One of Marios employees even took me to get a rental car and went out of their way to return it when I picked up my fixed car. (T. Liebs)
