Salesperson by the name of JET (his initialsπŸ™‚) helped me with taking the car on a 15 minute test drive through streets, access roads, the highway and turnarounds, to really get the feel of the car and how it drove. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and information he shared about basic upkeep of a car to help with lastability. I ended up buying the car for two reasons: 1.) The quality condition of the vehicle and 2.) The quality of service provided by JET and others that assisted with the purchase.

Ian was our sales rep. It was very casual and easy to talk to. He was very honest with us on what we could expect from our buying experience. We wanted to get a Telluride which are very hard to come by. That said he really went above and beyond to get us what we needed. He and his manager Ben made a deal with a sister dealership to get the exact car we wanted delivered for us to pick up. The whole process was smooth and ended with us getting exactly what we wanted. We felt like the trade in value they gave us on our car was well above what we hoped for and the monthly payments on our car was right in our budget but a much better package than we though we would initially get. Above all else I’d recommend World Car Kai because of their lifetime powertrain warranty. That’s just unheard of in my experience. Ask for Ian and Ben. They’ll take good care of you!

So disappointed with the service department at this dealership and will never go back nor will I ever purchase a car from them again, and I have purchased 3 vehicles from WC Kia. I was trying to get a quick diagnosis done because my engine light had been going on/off for a couple of months and was told that they could not diagnose it unless it was on. Well twice it had the engine light went on and called to ask if I could drive the vehicle in just to get the diagnostic reading (would not take but a couple of minutes), just so that they could have the reading and I would scheduled an appointment to get the repairs completed. Twice I was told they could not do this. The most recent call I made, the Service Advisor, Joe, instructed the Rep that had me on hold, that they would not be able to have me come in run the diagnosis. I have taken my 2016 vehicle to this location for every single service needed since I purchased my vehicle, but I will not go back.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle. Jet was great and very informative and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and knew all the ins and outs.I did all paperwork one week and had to wait until the following week for my vehicle to arrive. I was under the impression I just had to sign the papers but the amount of time I spent at the showroom the 2nd time around was over 5 hours.I do understand the staffing situation but I spent 10 hours total at the dealership which to me was a little excessive.I do, however, LOVE my vehicle. Place looks like its days from being demolished. We traveled over an hour to get there so we didnt feel like sitting down. Management didnt like that. Took half an hour from the time a salesperson made contact to actually see a P.O.S. car they were asking way too much for. No good vibes in this place, not a one. I purchased my current vehicle at this location and the experience was great! When my mom was ready to purchase a vehicle, I brought her here. They were able to find a vehicle for her within her price range and keep her payment manageable. She had an issue with the vehicle once she brought it home, but Ben the manager asked us to bring it in and they were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner with no additional expense! The whole experience when she purchased the vehicle was great as well. Will definitely purchase from this location again and always refer them! Thanks World Car Kia!

Experience car shopping was quite pleasant this time. I’ve had prior experiences ( not with this dealership), that made me nervous and sick with pressure tactics and fake concern. This dealership World Car Kia has a laid back approach with charming salespeople. Desiree Casillas was fantastic. She answered questions and made herself available 24-7. Definitely recommend these guys and I plan to return for more service!

We went to World Car Kia already financed. Thinking this would speed up the process at the dealership, not the case. We had to return multiple times because they didnt have paperwork together to finalize. They only gave us 1 key fob and didnt give us our car Manual book. We were given the wrong temporary tags so had to return for them to put the right plates on. They are extremely disorganized. The salesman that assisted us was pleasant and helpful, but the finance/office department is awful. Also, they dont return calls we kept calling leaving messages, to inquire about our paperwork countless times. The lady that answers the phone is located elsewhere not at the dealership. Not a great buying experience. Will not purchase another car from this dealership!

Utter and complete trash. No inventory, parking lot has not seen maintenance since the 1980s and the staff will IGNORE your presence. We were ready to buy a NEW car from them on the SPOT, but since they ignored us, we went to World Car Kia North, had them bring over the car we wanted from the Fredericksburg Rd. Location and bought it there JUST TO MAKE SURE a World Car Kia North employee got credit for the sale. Petty? Yes. Did the dealership network still get the sale? Yes. But at least it wasnt bought from this dilapidated, run-down place unworthy of the gas it takes to get there.

Went to World Car Kia looking for a specific vehicle, the Kia Niro. For weeks I researched and looked for cars within my budget and specs that suited our needs. Right from the beginning when we walked in we were approached by Desiree C. She was absolutely the sweetest. She offered us two Kia Niro’s and offered the pros and cons of buying both used and new. What truly sold us on the the new vehicle was the lifetime warranty that covered the vehicle after the manufacture warranty. Soon after we took the time to test drive and discuss our financing options. Desiree focus on what we wanted, our budget and price, never once did we feel like this was the β€œtypical”dealership experience: sales tactics, sharks, selling us on a different option, just another commission. The entire experience went extremely smooth and I couldn’t have been more thankful to have worked with someone like Desiree C. who was down to earth, honest and upfront. She made sure that our new car was washed, detailed, full tank of gas and ready to hit the road when we left -Thank you!As a side note, the biggest peeve for us was the time spent at the dealership. From past experiences and growing up around a dealership, I have always kept in mind that it’s an all day affair. I had hope that with us prepared and having the mindset of what we wanted and the means to do so that the process of buying a new car would have been a bit quicker. We arrived at 10:30AM and didn’t leave till almost 5PM. Although time was set aside, I feel like more than half my day was wasted just sitting around on my day off when I could’ve been buying groceries and preparing for our week ahead of us. I do hope that future car experiences will improve and make buy a car fast and easy.In conclusion, I would absolutely refer my friends and family to World Car Kia just to see Desiree and have a great experience!

Texted back and forth with a sales advisor Brittney Scott about a car from 9a - 4p. In that time, I applied separately for credit and had everything ready to go. I told her I would leave Austin at 5 and be there for a final test drive / purchase at 6:30. She told me that she looked the car over on her lunch break and it was ready to go.Drove there through 5pm Austin traffic, only to discover when I got there that Brittney is not a sales advisor, and simply someone from their internet help team. The REAL sales guy then told me that someone already had the car under contract, and in addition to that, the Air conditioner wasnt working, so it was in the service area. Also, they planned on replacing the tires, but had not even done that yet. The car was not able to be driven, but I could sit in the car if I wanted to. He said I could buy the car as-is, or wait to see if they could possibly fix the AC another day.What a poorly managed dealership, top to bottom. No interest in ever returning again.

This WorldCar is not good. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because they had the best price on the car I was looking for. Everything else from initial buying experience and follow through was simply bad. Not going to over dramatize this review because I want people to believe me when I say it took me 2 days to buy a car and FOUR MONTHS to get a spare key I never received after I purchased the vehicle.Car buying: Salesman was useless and Im lucky I had done my research because he couldnt answer trim level questions nor make an effort to find out from someone who would. With $13k down and a pre-approval certificate from USAA (reputable bank literally down the street) they still demanded I provide a credit check to verify who I was in order to complete the transaction. I didnt want to give them any information they didnt need. After everything obviously checked out, I declined their subsequent offer from their creditors which I was trying to avoid in the first place. Not sure how having all my ducks in a row before even coming to the dealership resulted in a total of 7 hours to get the car. I basically did all the work for them and they still couldnt get it done in one sittingAfter admitting to giving me the wrong spare key, I ended up calling in and speaking with sales reps a total of 10 times to finally get an appointment for them to get me new keys. After 4 months of ME reminding them instead of anyone following up, we drove down and made it happen.The car is fantastic but I wish car dealerships like this one would stop perpetuating the stereotype of being so difficult and inept.

Made an appointment one week prior for today @10AM. Arrived maybe 5 minutes early, waited 30 minutes for a β€œshuttle” back home which seemed like a personal vehicle. Driver instructed me to call back 1-2hrs later because my ECU update wouldn’t take long. Called at 11am and 4pm for my car update and was told I would receive a call back and did not. Arrived back at dealership 430 PM per my own transportation and was told my car had not been touched as well as the ECU update only takes thirty minutes. Waiting area is run down and old, employees are just standing around and looking crazy when asked about updates on vehicle.

Fredericksburg location, This dealership is extremely poor at customer service. I live 3hrs away from this dealership contacted a sales person, A MONTH AGO! I was interested in the 1988 Firebird because it was listed at 12k. Now it’s listed at 19k. The sales person told me he didn’t even know if the car was there and that he β€œthinks” it’s in service. I gave him my contact info and nothing. I was even willing to put a deposit and do Doc e sign. However now the car is 7k more expensive and I was never ever contacted back. Unless your in a serious bind I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been looking for a Telluride since the beginning of the year.I decided to get one this weekend.I called the five Kia dealerships in San Antonio and was surprised to hear of the low, low inventory of the Telluride.I was able to get an appointment at World Car Mazda - Kia of San Antonio and was met by Jose Miranda.He was kind & explained everything we had questions about. He never seemed like we were an inconvenience to him and was able to seal the deal.Even the finance guy was nice. Terrible customer service in the service department!. Recently went by this morning due to my car being scheduled for service for a recall and electrical issue. When I got there I was told that I would have to leave my car due to not being properly staffed and would have to leave it for 4 days! When I made this appointment initially I was not told this, I was told it would take approximately 4-5 hours, so I had my husband come pick me up. We do not live anywhere close in the area, we live in the outskirts of SA so over an hour away. Not once was I offered a rental in meantime so I can get by to work and back. Nothing. I came all this way for NOTHING! It was a waste of gas and time out of mine and my husbands busy schedule . The lady in the service department didn’t care at all and was rude and ignored the fact that we were upset. Definitely left. We are not taking our service to someone who doesn’t care about their customers apparently.

This place is a mess! They sell you on the life-time service warranty, but they dont fix ANYTHING! They will say the drive train is covered, but will exclude all the expensive parts in the fine print.We took a car we bought there in for an oil change and they Dropped it off the lift!!!! Then, they refused to release it to our insurance company...after the service manager told me how he was going to send it out to be fixed and would not tell me where or let me see the car. My initial experience with the swift purchase was great. It was only two weeks after that I realized the vehicle I purchased had NOT been serviced in any way. Somehow it passed inspection but the car needed all new fluids, new tires, brakes, two belts in the front, the thermostat went out and a ABS sensor had to be replaced. Iβ€˜ve had this car for less than two months and have put an additional $4,000 into this car. BEWARE what looks like a FAIR deal may NOT be FAIR at all.

I had such a great experience buying a car at World Car Kia. I worked with Phylliss Coughlin and she was absolutely amazing. I shopped at different dealerships looking for an SUV. In the beginning I didn’t think that Kia was going to have what I needed but Phylliss showed me that I was wrong. The first time I went in to work with her we test drove a car and an SUV to figure out all that I liked. Then as more SUV’s came in she sent me photos of what she thought I would like which resulted in me buying a 2022 Kia Seltos! This is the best experience I have had buying a car. Out of all the sales reps I met while looking for my SUV Phylliss Coughlin was the best! I will definitely be referring people to her and this dealership!

DO NOT GO HERE. I had an appointment scheduled, but upon arrival they said that I was not on the schedule. I then proceeded to wait for nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change, that I had an appointment here. All the employees, short of one gentleman, were to busy to be bothered, as they were all on their cell phones. One do the receptionist was nodding in and out of the sleep the whole time I waited for my vehicle. Save your money and time, and go elsewhere.

Jeepers! Took vehicle on Thursday for Friday appointment. No word from them. Called on Monday and was told vehicle had 5 open recalls and it was a lot of work and wouldn’t be ready until late in the week. 1 hour later they called and said the car was ready. Trying to find a working phone number was frustrating. Eventually I got the dealership to answer and transfer me. The good news was they didn’t charge anything. The girl who checked me in wasn’t enjoying her job. The girl who checked me out was cussing about something. Unlike Subaru where they clean your car with service, my car was returned dirty.

Do not buy a vehicle from this location. The salesman, Chris, was helpful in purchasing the vehicle and that is all. He talked very highly of the service departments ability to detail the vehicle. The first time I received the vehicle from service, it hadnt even been touched with water after the supposed detail nor was the inside vacuumed. I sent it back to be done again to which it looked like it had been wiped with a rag. Still not wet. After purchasing, Chris told me he would have the replacement part for my vehicle repair on Thursday so I would be good to come in Friday to get the repair done. I asked if I need to schedule it, Chris said no, he would take care of it. Friday comes and I show up at the dealership at 12:15pm. He takes my keys and I sit and wait for the vehicle to be repaired. 2 hours later I ask for an update to which the sales manager, Steve, tells me service is backed up and has not touched my vehicle. Do not work with these people. Sales promises way more than they can deliver, detailing of vehicles purchased it abysmal, and management does not care about you at all.

UPDATE: I went to Ancira KIA a week later and they told me the recall repair takes 10 min!!!!! The people at Balcones Heights KIA said possibly over night!!! Never going there again....I dont know what happened, the service used to be better. I live an hour away, made an appt ahead of time online. In the notes I explained that there is also a recall on my car that needs to be fixed. I was not called and told they only do it at certain times, or called at all for that matter. I was told for that you may have to keep it over night, which also never happened before with a recall.I live an hour away, taking a whole day off is hard. I feel like someone should have called and explained that to me. Also I asked for a tire rotation, which was not mentioned.I guess Ill just catch on fire in my car because it isnt a priority to them.

Worst salesman ever. Building inside is ratty and mostly vacant, its weird. The sales man knew nothing about their inventory or even engines. Knew nothing about what year model kia had what features. Just terrible. Then ran a hard inquiry and THEN asked if we wanted them to submit it to the banks...we said, um, you already made a hard inquiry on our credit. Yes. Thats your next step. Before submitting to banks He said the payments on a 17 thousand dollar car with Honda odyssey trade in would still be 600 per month which is what I pay for my 30 thousand dollar odyssey...... they are shady.

Ray was great to work with and had great customer service. We were looking at a used car for our daughter. He pulled up every car that we asked about and was really upfront with everything. Although we found a vehicle at a different place that fit our needs better we really appreciated the awesome customer service, non-pushy atmosphere, and had a good time while we were there. My 2016 Kia Soul had a blown motor and I was notified that it may be under recall so to tow it in. After the first week of my car being there I was notified my vehicle was 6th in line, but that they only had one certified Kia mechanic for all warranty work. After the 2nd week they said I wad 7th in line, but that they would be getting to it. My service writer never called me back and only took one of about 10-calls. I finally went in person after my Kia being there for about 7-weeks. My service writer informed me I was still 7th in line and had not moved up. I finally called Ancira Kia and found out they had 7-certified Kia mechanics. I towed my car out of World Car Kia after I found out that Ancira had 7x the amount of Kia certified mechanics. Obviously World Car is to cheap to retain certified Kia Mechanics not to mention the dealership looks like a graveyard. Shame on the Kia manufacturer as well for not pushing World Car for maintaining a more robust service department and updated facility. If you have a Kia do not take to World Car Kia for service!

Waited around an hour before getting helped. The reason was they were short staffed but I saw a lot of personnel standing around. Another thing I drove from Corpus Christi for a specific vehicle but before I left home I called them and told them I had financing. When we were finishing they them informed me that they didnt work with the c company I had financing through I would have to go through one of their financing companies. Their financial lender quoted me a much higher APR than I was quoted by the financial company I was pre-approved with. They then told me if I brought them a cashiers check from my financial company they would be happy to sell me the car.

Brought an employee in to look at a car she had seen online. Upon walking in the door, the sales team continued chatting with one another without even an acknowledgement of us even though she had a scheduled appointment. They then stated that a bank would not finance the auto she wanted due to the amount of miles on it but stated that they had two the same model and year on another lot with less miles and and could bring them over to look at. They then, instead, tried to pawn off another vehicle in a color she did not want, for 2000 over the carmax value for its VIN and 4000 more than she was willing to pay. This car was dinged up on all the panels, the gas cover wouldnt open and even though they have had the car since January, still had not inspected it. This exchange took nearly two hours before she gave up after they stated that she had no credit even though she had just run it this morning. The salesman was lethargic, rude, and completely unpersonable. My employee had more than 40% down payment for the car she wanted so that wasnt even an issue. Bottom line, slow-players, bait and switch, and exactly would one would expect out of a shade tree car lot. As a business owner, I was appalled at the whole experience and glad that my employee finally walked out.

As we went to negotiate a car price we know that the car a kia soul 2020 was being sold as a new car with not quite a 3000.dollar discount as the car had 1700 miles and a bad odor to it the mgr. was telling us what a great deal we were getting but it all fairness that had we had purchased the car we would be getting a lifetime warranty whick kia normally offers on new purchases this car was being sold as new which it was it was nearly 2 yrs. old and discounts still didn t match ads or payments or new car quality I think we were being had...by the way his name was Ben and hes at Kia on Fredericksburg in San Antonio...Buyer Beware!

I was in need of a Birthday present for myself so I contacted World Car with skepticism as I have been a Ford man for years. Kia has been getting a lot of great reviews so I thought it wouldn’t hurt to look. I wanted a mid-size crossover/SUV type car so I sent an email to them from their website within 2 hours I got a call. After explaining what I wanted I was setup with Kelsey as my salesperson.Kelsey was always very prompt at contacting me, following up on questions along with taking any time I needed. Kelsey took the time to help me find the car that best fit me and the things I needed in my new car. Kelsey never pushed to settle on a car at any time, she also involved a member of management (Mario) to help with getting me acceptable financing to fit my needs as well. Between Kelsey and Mario, I was able to get all the items in my new car I needed and more.While looking at the different cars Kelsey even took the time to point out safety features, and different options that came with each model. I have not had a salesperson in the last 10 cars I have bought anywhere point out safety features on the cars I bought.If you want to work with a knowledgeable salesperson and a pressure free environment to purchase your new car I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND KELSEY & World Car Kia!!!I love my new Kia Sportage SX Turbo, Thank you again to Kelsey and the World Car Kia team!!!

If I could rate this dealership lower I would... They wont even look at your PREAPPROVAL LOAN DRAFT and force you to run your credit with them (I dont even think this is legal). On top of that, I took the car to a mechanic before purchase and was informed it needed ~$1,500 in repairs. Brought the car back to the dealership and blocked their numbers. I do not recommend anyone to do business here unless you are asking to purchase a lemon and lower your credit score.

2 stars only because our sales rep was very nice, but everything else about the experience was bad. 1) Beware they run your credit, even if you are financing with another institution. We made it clear we are financing through our bank and made no authorization for them to run our credit. Yet they did, so in 1 transactions we have two credit checks. Only guess is because they want to swoop in for the deal to finance with them. 2) We were there for 3 hours for them to give us the final numbers, just to find out the suv didnt have the Texas inspection done. It was a brand new car, why wasnt this done. We had to come back 2 days later to pick up the car and finish the deal. 3) When we picked up the suv it was dirty and not cleaned. We didnt know this until everything was finalized and we were leaving. How are you going to sell a $50,000 Telluride and not make sure it was clean when you know we were coming that day to pick it up. We had our baby with us and already spent another 2 hours there, so we just needed to go home and not deal with them doing a full detail, more like 30 minute wash. Some people will care about this and some wont, but it was our experience.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I have been calling for my vehicle to be serviced for 5 days and no response or call back. Finally get a hold of someone today and they don’t have an opening for 3 weeks! Why not tell a customer that before you even try setting up an appointment. I guess that’s why they refused to call me to make an appointment. Pretty sad too because I wanted a set of new tires and a whole bunch of things done to my vehicle. Sorry maintenance technicians thank your sorry customer service for that.

Usually dont write reviews but Joseph has been an awesome gentleman to work with. As a first time buyer I was nervous to go and get declined. Walked in and Joseph worked with me and not only got me into my new vehicle but has had the best attitude and customer service I have ever received anywhere. I would give negative stars if possible(understatement).My wife called and offered a price for a brand new Kia Forte GT-line and explained the terms of the deal to include the financing option because we had already done the research on Kia.com. Salesman offered -200 less then we offered and salesman was given numerous opportunities over the next 24hrs to confirm details only to attempt to increase the price after running my wife and my daughters credit after verbally agreeing on a β€œdrive out” price. Please understand the sales manager was aware of the situation and did not offer any feasible options other then for my wife and daughter to pay more then agreed to verbally. I will be following up with the BBB.

This was the most painless buying experience I’ve ever had. Upon my arrival I wasn’t hawked right away, no one came running to my car to try and get me as their customer. From the beginning they told me that no one there is working off commission, everyone is paid hourly. After test driving a few cars they did some rough paperwork to show me what I’d be looking at for a payment. I told them I had an appointment I had already made with another dealer in the area (something I always do when buying a car because you never know where your best deal may come). When I told them that they asked what exactly it would take to have my business. They paid the ENTIRE remaining loan of my turn in, giving me ZERO negative equity and kept my payment just under what I had asked for. A company that definitely understands that cutting a deal can bring more business in the future. Nothing was kept behind the scenes. For anyone saying they didn’t have a good experience they may just have been reviewing the wrong place because this was truly exceptional. If you do go there in the future I highly suggest you work with Ray, he made sure I had exactly what I wanted with no pressure on me and zero hassle and I know he’ll do the same for you. My wife and I will definitely be back in a few months when it is time for her new car.

I am very upset with this agency and I dont know if I was unlucky or it is that they are that informal ... the first thing but you speak English and you plan to go, take your interpreter because nobody speaks Spanish ... thats why I put this review in English to Understand ... I have about 8 months with a kia and in this time I have received several emails to go to your maintenance agency I finally managed to make my appointment and I stopped working to go and when I arrive their computers do not work for Lack of Internet they change my appointment ... Very courteous staff. The guy that helped us out was brand new. Turned out it was his first sale. Definetly didnt seem like it. He was so professional and wanting to be there to help. He stayed with us the whole time even while we sat by the TV with kids waiting for the loan stuff to be processed. I believe his name was Javier. If you go in to buy a new car go to see him. The deal was great and the buying process was unrushed. They let us tour a few options of vehicles and even drive multiple just to find the perfect one for us.

I should say that Edward L Garcia III was a very courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant salesperson. My frustrating experience with this dealership had nothing at all to do with him.It is the management and the internet sales, with their apparent deceptive trade practices, where my frustrations stem from.Long story short : they advertised a vehicle on several different websites for $16,499 and had the vehicle in their lot with the same price posted on the windshield in huge numbers. I test drove it, and liked it, but I did not want to use their in house financing. I told them I would come back with my own funds. When I checked a week later the car was still advertised online for $16,499. I set up an appointment to come and make the cash purchase. Then they changed the price to $18,499 both on the car and online. When I complained, the managment said they were sorry, but the other price was a mistake. And pretty much tough luck, but now you can buy it for $18,499. I left very disappointed.That was this afternoon. Tonight, they changed the online price again - down to $17,910. They will undoubtedly lure in another customer and say oh so sorry, that was a mistake.This place is goof balls.

The customer rep could not get a hold of anyone and after keeping me there for an hour he finally approched me to tell me he couldnt get ahold of anyone and if he could they would decline the warranty due to the condition of the tire. This review applies to the Fredericksburg Rd location.We usually purchase demos every couple of years for better depreciation deals. Our most recent purchase was through World Car Kia San Antonio. The chosen vehicle was previous year model demo with 700 miles. Purchase was quick and simple. 2 years later, we came to discuss appraisal and trade in. We were presented with a Carfax that showed the vehicle was wrecked before we bought it. During purchase, we asked if vehicle is new condition with no wrecks. They told us new condition... No previous damage. Contract even lists vehicle as new condition. For decades previous, this has never happened to us with any other dealership. Lesson learned. I wont trust them again. Be aware... Check everything for yourself. Dont trust. Theyre not your friends.May 2021: Oil spilled during service. New splash guard stained. Complained, then splash guard was replaced with used one in worse condition than the original. After complaining about that, I was told by service manager to never return. GM told me the splash guard will be replaced with a new one. Waiting. Gave benefit of doubt, but thats it, not returning to this location for anything ever again.

Stopped by today and we were denied the opportunity to test drive anything but an S model Telluride, which, frankly isnt the trim level we were interested in. More concerning is that we called to set up an appointment to specifically drive a car that we were notified about yesterday, that has the features we are interested in purchasing. We were told no problem to test drive it over the phone. However, after driving 45 minutes to the dealership, we were turned away because we would put too many miles on it.. The salesperson then proceeded to blame the internet department and her manager for not letting us test drive a vehicle we likely would have purchased. Feels a bit like bait and switch, so wont be returning.

I went to World car Kia and Mazda to get my Oil Changed and tires rotated. I was very happy with how the staff treated me and how my vehicle was taken care of while I was there. I was able to perform my own job while waiting because of the amenities they were able to provide. The staff was great and friendly. Staff was very professional.... no complaint there. Beware of up charging after you agree to a factory maintenance plan on line.. They are charging me $200 more than what the price was advertised on line; stating the plans on line, for the 90,000 miles factory maintenance, costs are only for a visual inspection to see if it looks alright......really... I can do that! They told me, if I want an actual diagnostic inspection, it will cost more money. Of course I paid.. I will do a follow up with my mechanic in Kerrville to make sure what I paid for was actually done. Next time, I will Pay my local mechanic the money... save the drive and have peace of mind doing business with someone that I trust!

We had our eye on a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, but were waiting for the title to come in. Our Sales Associate was Jerry Lew. He kept us updated about the vehicle still being there every day but Sunday. This went on for almost two weeks as we had a delay in the title. Once at the dealership, Jerry took care of us, the process was pretty painless. I feel like everyone listened to us. We had our 2 kids with us. They have a lounge with a TV and play area. Everyone was helpful and Jerry stayed with us the whole time and helped us pass the time in between waits. Thank you Jerry, we appreciate everything you did!
