Karim is a consummate professional. He was extremely patient as I had a blunder with my financing and he waited over two hours for me to fix my mistake over the phone. He sold me a BEAUTIFUL Ford F-150 with super low miles, only 2 years old. He worked with me on the price and was totally fair in the whole process. I highly recommend k1 motors to anybody in need of a vehicle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD!! soon after I bought my car the front drivers side bulb starting going out and also the check engine light when on. So since I have warranty on the car I called up the guy and he’s been giving me the run around AND clearly stated he isn’t gunna fix it Even though I gave a warranty ! The worst service ever !!! I definitely do not recommend buying a car here. This guy is a liar !!!

Got a great deal on a clean title car. They worked with me on financing to get me a great rate. Very personable too and he Found the car for us by running numbers and giving him a list of what we were interested in and our price range The car only had 8000 miles on it, near brand new! I had a good experience. Id buy from him again, maybe I will when my lease is up.

Typical misleading salesman. Drove from out of town to see a truck. Called and asked if there was anything I needed to know before making the 70 mile trip. Was told everything was good. Got there and here is what was found: Back 2 tires were bald, passenger set was ripped from front to back, dashboard had deep scratches all over it on passengers side as well as a broken AC vent, drivers side door lock was missing, back 2 wheels were horribly scratched, and the best part? It was a theft recovery. Drivers side door also had a bad rattle when opening/ closing. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE IN THE PICTURES OR SHARED WITH ME BEFORE DRIVING THERE!!! The pictures avoided all these issues as well. And the salesman told me things like the plastic dashboard with deep scratches could be painted!?!I dont expect perfect, but the salesman wasnt honest at all. Walk away- I was glad I did, and you will be too.

Good experience. Everything was explained well and honest with selling the car as is with a rebuilt title, got a fair deal on my 2017 Honda Civic. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

One of the worst places to buy a car !! I don’t not recommend. DONT GO HERE !!!!

So let me begin by telling my experience. I did take a very detailed log of all events which occurred. Now I understand the car was so sold as is with no warranty but after you took 7k cash in hand (02.05.16)when I drove off the lot the car started to over heat. You take the as is to a whole new level. Your ethics as a small business owner and a man is morally wrong.You said to leave it and it would be repaired amongst other things that would be fixed. Few days later when I picked up the car it started to over heat (04.06.16). The hose on the radiator wasnt even connected. You connected it yourself and bought coolant for the car. (04.07.16) A week later the fuel pump went out( A higher amp fuze was put in to power the dying fuel pump to turn on) and after I made the repair and got the car back it started to over heat within that time frame. Turns out the head was worked on and that it wasnt resurfaced correctly and air was getting in. You sold me a lemon. The fuel pump you did pay half of the repair. That is true now the motor was 6000.00 in repairs and you paid 500$ dollars thats less than 10%. Do the math. Obligated ? Really if thats obligation thats concerning cause that tells me you dont know whats right from wrong and theres no telling what you do behind the scenes. I will provides pics and proof of what you did and how you give small dealerships a bad reputation.

I got a Lexus from this shop with a reasonable price and it runs well so far, just some small details that need fixing. The staffs were nice and gave me a good service.

Over the top service. Kiram is outstanding to work with. I saw a FB add for a Porsche 911 and decided I really wanted this car. By the time I contacted them, the car had sold. Kiram advised let him look around for another one and sure enough within a couple days he had located a newer, better model 911 C4 and called me and let me know. The car looked almost new from the pictures. I arranged all financing via email and phone calls with Kiram which is the owner. Got my friend to drive me to San Antonio from Dallas to pick up the car. Kiram had mechanics check the brakes while I was in route as he said they were making a noise. We arrived and Kiram said during the brake inspection the found one of the front axles was broken. Kiram gave me several options He would pay for a hotel if I wanted to hang out in San Antonio whole the car was being repaired or he would have Porsche finish the repair and he’d have it shipped to me. He felt pretty bad about me having driven all the way there and unable to actually drive away on my new car. I chose to just have it shipped. He took us to the shop where the car was being worked on and we inspected everything while there. I bought the car and drove back to Dallas and waited for the car to be shipped. He went above and beyond by going to the Tsx office and getting the title changed and picked up the metal plates too. This was excellent and I was able to avoid a 3-4 hour wait here in DFW to go get them myself. He called and kept me informed thru the entire process and even texted me at 130am from his shop to let me know the truck was there and the Porsche was being loaded. He even texted pics of the process. Yes he was up at 130am just to get my car loaded up. I received my car today one week later than when i actually purchased it. Incredibly quick seeing the car had to be repaired and then shipping. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely buy more from Kiram. Think may be hitting him up before too long for another toy. He not only sells the large number of cars he has in stock but can get you anything you are looking for and get it at the low price. I have never been treated as good as I was at K1 auto. My wife even bought a new Mercedes and after spending a fortune on her GL SUV, we still don’t get treated as good as we were at K1.

Stereotypical sales staff. False advertising and a waste of time. Went to look at a car they has listed as a clean title. Once I actually get there I found out the car has a salvaged title and there are issues with the front end. Lovely.

This is an extremely dishonest business. Dont trust any of their rebuilds, as the vehicles are not repaired correctly. They are fixed up enough to withstand test drives, but will not last longterm.

Said the car was clean title on craigslist ad, drove 35 minutes to tell us that the vehicle has a salvage title very sketchy and unethical business will not be returning

We bought a van that had details to fix. As a promise of sale the owner of the place promised to fix the truck. In addition to not answering the messages when he finally gave us an appointment to take the van to fix it, he held it for two weeks without doing anything at all with the purpose that we had to claudically fix it. So after unanswered calls at the end the van was not fixed and we just lost time. Do not buy in that place.
