I just got a 2011 Scion TC from them on the the 8th of June. He sold the car to me for 6k. The milage one the car says 107,000 miles. I got approved by my bank the next day. A week later the dealership called me back and said I need to come in. I figured they were giving me the plates for the car, so I went ahead and got the car registered which failed the inspection. I go back to the dealership and they tell me that my bank declined the offer because the car does not have the true miles on it. The car has a lot more than 107,000 miles on it. I had to give the car back. He offered in-house financing and said I can make payments which would be $300-400 a month. I asked how many miles the car really has on it? He said he doesnt know. I declined his offer immediately! Do not by the Scion TC or anything from them!!! Horrible dealership! When I got the car inspected the guy said the reverse light and the license plate light does work. The guy at Jiffy Lube mention its against the law for dealerships to sell a car that fails inspection. Please take my advice and stay away from that dealership!!!! I noticed as I was leaving he putting the car back up for sale!!! Unbelievable!

If I could do NO STARS I would!I drove all the way down here from Houston for a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. They have it Advertised as 19k miles and when asked he said it’d been no damage. Upon arrival I ran a report that showed it had been in a wreck and when I asked he then said yes. I then ran a car fax report for $50!!! That showed the mileage had been tampered with and the DMV noted it. He denied it over and over until I asked to see the title in which it then showed 12 Miles . 12!! This dealership is a SCAM & big FRAUD!!Highly UNrecommended !!!NOTE TO ALL: Read Reviews !

Trying to drop off a vehicle for some kind of service

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. IN AND OUT AUTO SALES 8874 Grissom rd. San Antonio tx, 78251‼️‼️‼️‼️ My fiancé and I bought our first car from them, (they were nice people) got the 2 year warranty, and full coverage on the car, well the second we pull off the lot the engine light came on... so we text the owner and he says “it could be the catalytic converter or gasket” so we take it to auto zone and have them run it on the computer and of course, it’s the catalytic converter. About 3-4 times a day the car will die when you come to a complete stop at a red light or stop sign and you have to turn it off and start it back up. So yesterday we took the car to an actual shop to get it ran and see what’s all really wrong and have it fixed because we have a warranty. So after waiting 3 hours with the car in the shop the guy calls and tells us nothing is covered and it’s over $3,000 to fix it. The sensors and gasket is covered but not the catalytic converter and because the catalytic converter is what’s ruining the sensors and gasket, they can’t replace them with the warranty because it’s not covered. So we have to pay the $3,000 out of pocket plus the payment and insurance to get the BRAND NEW CAR we bought 3 weeks ago. The owner knew all along what was wrong, he knew it was the catalytic converter the second we left the lot and knew that it wasn’t covered. Failed to mention anything was wrong with the car and that the key was broken before we left. F this place and the people. So here we are, stuck trying to get another vehicle because we will not pay another dime towards this car. After spending $2,000 on this car to get it, there goes our credit.

Do not purchase car from this place, I bought a car here. Asked if car had been through anything, car accidents or flood damage. They said no everything was good as new.Got the car title, and stated in the title was “NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE- REBUILT SALVAGE- DAMAGED- FLOOD DAMAGE.Please save your money and purchase your car somewhere else.
