Decided to walk here today since were in town for some Shea Butter and left with much much more. Spent about an hour in here finding great deals on the things we loved and pleasant conversation with others shopping here on other products they recommend that were on sale. The energy here was and is so great and qe felt a part of something walking in and felt like the time spent there was worth every second on the way out.

We showed up at 838pm and they closed at 835pm. We waved and went on our way realizing they were closed but a guy opened the doors and let us grab the water we had stopped by for. They were so friendly and helpful when we just wanted to drop in really quick but were a little late. Thanks for helping us out and being so amazing when you didn’t have to be! We appreciated how awesome y’all were!

It is decent. Smaller than others Ive been too but the have more variety of apples than most. Id shop here if I were in the area like I was today. Definitely wouldnt go out my way to go here. My local on in Bountiful is a little better.

I love the natural grocer. They have such a wonderful selection of gluten free and vegan treats and snacks. I cant find most of the items they stock anywhere else.

Horrible cashier. Was so very rude. Will definitely avoid her when and if I ever visit this store again. Only one there today (Monday, April 26th at 3:35 pm) so it shouldnt be hard to figure her name. Try teaching your cahiers some etiquette.

First time there. Didnt have all items i wanted compared to out of state store but said they would order those items for me. Great personal customer service!

Really good store, with wide variety of organic and natural products. Prices are a little bit higher on some things but in general its comparable to Sprouts and cheaper than Whole Foods. Its worth checking out.

Natural Grocers is amazing. Imagine Whole Foods but better products, (sometimes) lower prices, and a much better atmosphere. Natural Grocers is a humble store with a calming presence throughout. Everything Ive got there I have loved, but the natural and organic products is not what draws me in. What brings me to Natural Grocers week after week is the amazing atmosphere, calm, quiet, grounded in itself.Needless to say I love this place. ;)

Produce is way expensive but I don’t think it’s due to Natural Grocers. I’m pretty sure it’s due to the going rates of the produce from the farmers. Store is always clean and it’s easy to find parking. Frozen section seems to always be in need of items. There’s always empty shelves.

Has a lot of interesting products and a great selection of natural and organic foods and products for a decent price.

They are more in the pricey realm, but for good reason. Their produce selection isnt always all inclusive, but thats because they only order food that they feel is quality. If youre more of the kitchen diverse or wholesome diet type then these guys have a great selection. I do miss their kombucha tap.

Love these guys! They are like family! With all the many quarks that come with that! Very very knowledgeable staff here who believe in what they do being involved in a healthier more beautiful world! All the veggies and fruit are all organic or the closest there could be to it with out being technically labeled as such. So no need for an separate green bag to put them in. They are all highest quality produce! They also research all the rest of their products so thuroighly to make sure they are as ethically as possible selling the healthiest foods for their customers whom they value so much! They are great with kids also!I seriously live everyone here even when I’ve had a bad day and a challenge with something like my kids or one of my cards these guys are there to help! Lots of understanding and forgiving employees here especially with all my little ones!!! Truly the neighborhood grocers!!

Truly wonderful store. They have a nice, completely organic produce selection with limited plastic packaging. I wish that they would switch over to unpackaged bulk, thats a lot of plastic waste. They also have the best kombucha/kefir selection in town.

Started going here for their cage free eggs, got hooked on their amazing deals. Yes health food is pricey but I feel as natural grocers has a very fair price point. If organic food is important to you then youll love it. Bring your own bag!

Best place to buy organic food. You can avoid the odd whole foods stigma by coming here. Staff is friendly. The place is clean and nice to be in. Of course prices arent cheap but they arent too bad either. Love natural grocers, especially being someone who has celiac disease. Shopping here I can always find something good to eat

The produce is always fresh and mostly organic. Im not sure why people choose the always over-priced Whole Foods over this thoughtfully stocked market. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and the parking is really convenient.

Sugarhouse location 5 stars better service than the downtown location that will ignore you if youre a man.... dont ever go to the downtown store.....

Pricey, but worth it! I love the organic and natural products I can find here, and their Npower deals on organic eggs are amazing! They have sales frequently that match the season (chocolate sales around Valentines day, free reusable bags on earth day, etc.) I really enjoy shopping here!

Pricing for vegan products is more reasonable than places like Smiths at this time, so I opt to purchase them here.The membership program offers a $2 starting discount, allows you to load coupons right to your phone number from the website, and offers product announcements via email.Definitely a growing business that has the customer in mind.

This place is amazing!!! Ive been shopping here for over a year now and I love it! The people are friendly and the products are great! Everything is organic, only reason for a downgrade in stars is for the rewards program isnt very good. Along with the prices... most things are more expensive then other organic stores. Not only do I think Natural Grocers is a great store that has good quality food, and supports my dietary needs and its sugar-free bacon buoyed my husband and I through our Whole 30s, but they truly care about their customers. In what could have been a vacation nightmare I left my wallet in their restroom on my way out of town. The manager worked me to have it overnighted. Dont we all just want good food from people who love what they do, and who truly care about their customers?

Best grocery store around!!Being gluten free, dairy free, & pescatarian my options for food can be quit limiting. Natural Grocers has all of the food I havent been able to find in an alternative form to dairy or gluten.The stores are so clean and organized it makes shopping super enjoyable and easy. Ive never been in a grocery store that had so many options for gluten free, or vegan people. I was amazed.I normally feel like the minority being gluten free and vegan but here that wasnt the case at all. I felt like there were more items accommodating to me than anywhere else Ive shopped including other big chains like Whole Foods.Thank you Natural Grocers!Im so glad youre in Utah, keep up the good work!!

I am so glad this store opened in my neighborhood! They have the same great quality products for much less than Whole Foods. They also really seem to practice what they preach and reuse shipping boxes instead of new plastic or paper bags, and seem to be moving away from excess waste wherever they can. I hope they are successful in this location because it is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Natural Grocers is the best grocery store chain in America! I love their selection of organic, healthy, and local foods. The prices are not as steep as you would expect at other health food stores either. NG is awesome and everyone should try it. I personally love this brand!!

Love the small neighborhood grocer feel. All organic produce makes shopping easy. Lots of grain free products and fair priced. Although the meat selection is slim.

Love that all the produce is organic and all the meat and dairy is grass fed. You can just trust everything here is good. And super cheap compared to other stores selling this caliber of food.

Natural Grocers in Sugarhouse is my favorite grocery store. The selection of all organic produce is always fresh, organic eggs are available from free range hens and their employees are very helpful and courteous. This is my neighborhood grocery store and I love shopping here.
