Horrible place to deliver to.. called and wanted load at 5 am got there at 4:45 am checked in and they kept lying to us saying they were trying to find us a door when there was 7 empty doors.. finally gave us a door at 10 am then took another hour just to get paperwork back..

Unethical, rude, ignorant and extremely unprofessional. One of Core Marks drivers backed his semi into my parked car. The manager has an awful attitude problem. Their driver actually provided the wrong insurance information which we are considering going after. Their insurance company, Esis is by far the worst company that Ive dealt with. I have video, statements, and police reports yet Core Mark refuses to give a statement. These guys are extremely unethical and created a world of headaches for me. Take your business/employment/needs elsewhere.Edited** Changing my review from 1 star to 2 stars because one of Core Marks Executives reached out to me to make sure everything was handled. He seemed to be the only one to understand how business works.

4 1/2 hrs. to unload. Both people I spoke with were grumpy. On the positive side, large yard to manuver in. Typical customer these days.

This company has a district manager with a volatile temper. John claims he runs the whole company and will pick and choose whomever he pleases for the company to do business. He yells at customers in front of their own customers and badmouths his own company. A very unprofessional company, at best, if these are the indicators. Unstable at worst, for this manager is certifiable.

Easy 2 deal with. Except they dont follow instructions very well. Told them to call me when the door was open so I wouldnt be in the way. They called and I had to park in the way for awhile.

I am a truck driver, today, they took 8 hrs to unload my trailer. Ridiculous. I will never comeback here.

If you are delivering frozen they will tell you to go to Core Mark at 1675 S. Empire Rd, Salt Lake City UT 84104. This location doesnt accept frozen.

You have to love the Cor-Mark driver blowing by everyone on I-15 near Exit 242 with doubles in the snow storm tonight. That back trailer whipping across 2 lanes was so safe. Fully expect him to be on the news tonight, when he hits someone or roll’s it. One of the worst stretch of road for storms in central Utah to tonight. Just thankful for the road crew’s that sanded.

This customer is good about getting you unloaded as soon as possible depending on workload; although Ive only ever delivered and not picked up, so be flexible on this assessment!

Scammers, unethical, take your business elsewhere. My fiances car got backed into by a Core Mark semi and they are refusing to give a statement. We are pursuing further action as we speak.

Took over 8 hours to get an answer on a delivery appointment. called a few times and no one could help out

Worst place to deliver. Nobody has a clue whats going on.. Im surprised these guys are still in business.. Been here 6 hrs waiting.. Worst company ever.

They are nice to their employees here and they treat them really good. The machinery breaks down sometimes, but they are able to fix it. However, there is a bad smell in the bathroom here, like it hasnt been cleaned in a while and it gets a little too hot, like suffocation, hot here in the summer. The big, circulating fans dont help much.

I usually only have one or two pallets to unload here, it takes them 10 to 20 minutes.. Im very happy with this guys

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional encounter with one of the Caremark drivers at 8:10 this morning at the Chevron at 5400 s and 5th west. The driver blocked all of the parked cars in. I made eye contact with him so I know that he realized that I needed to leave and he sat there. My fiancé got out of the car and figured out a way that. I could manage to do a 5 point turn to get out and exit to the rear of the truck. I do my five point turn and as I get turned around to exit the driver pulls out his ramp to block me in yet again. My fiancé asked him to move his ramp and he refused. He just stood there smiling and waving at us, proud that he had blocked the only exit. I would have expected more from such a large company than to allow their drivers to think it is acceptable to be rude to their customers.

Dont make delivery there , be careful drivers. Very unprofessional unloaders. They damaged the freight and told that we did it . But they didnt know we take a picture before unloading

Good luck trying to give these guys business. I left messages twice and registered as a new customer online. When I called back a third time to ask for someone else to help me I was told by the sassy receptionist that there wasn’t anyone else. Seriously?? 2 weeks after making my first call I have yet to receive a call back OR an email acknowledgment that someone will get back with me. I tried and now I’ll give someone more deserving my business as a new convenience store owner.

My husband worked there it seems like a really good place to work. Great benefits.

Had an appointment for 7 am. Checked in at 6:40 am called for a door at 6:55am. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to dock due to drivers blocking access to door for check in and they have already started unloading. The product was completely unloaded at 8 am and we received a phone call believing our paperwork was ready. Unfortunately they had us undock so another driver could back in. 30 minutes later I went in to check on paperwork for 5 pallets and was told it would be another 2 hours before ready. So if they tell you to move off the dock tell them not until you have paperwork in hand. Your best bet for better wait times and service is to park on the street and walk paperwork to receiving office between doors 79 and 80 instead of blocking up the gate to check in. Its drivers who just whip in here and think they have priority that cause a little upset in the office. So if this is your first time here remember to park on the street between suite B and E and then take your paperwork to receiving. If it is not close enough to your appointment time they will get a phone number to call you. Happy travels....

Their drivers just park however they want even if its in the middle of the driveway even if its blocking people they dont care

Dont follow gps it takes you to building in front of Coremark. I called at 430 am and had a very friendly guy guide me in. Four trucks waiting at 5am. Checked in got door right then. Unload took 45 minutes. Im sure you could stay overnight on the street if you had to. . Flying j 7.5 miles away and loves 6 miles away.

Appointment at 9am, 9:30 no door. Went inside, he said there are three trucks before me. I told my appointment at 9. You know what’d he answered? “But here only me”Who cares? 0 stars

Very quick to check in and get a door. I was an hour early for my appointment. They had me unloaded and out of there by the time I should have arrived. Check in is between dock 79 and 80.

This place is very slow at recieving, and they dont care about the truck drivers at all. I have been waiting for 2 hours to get unloaded. And I do city deliveries and the OTR drivers has to sit here even longer. This place sucks.

Receiving is unorganized and in disarray. Arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to deliver one pallet with 24 cases on it. Waited 30 minutes to get in to a door, there were numerous open doors, but I wasnt allowed in them. It then took Evelyn more than 30 minutes to unload and receive my delivery. Do not be in a hurry or have other appointments if this is one of your stops.

The receiving department is excellent they are great to work with they get you in and out in the best time possible

Call Mark is the best job I have ever had for a very very long time everybody is crazy at the roadhouse if you have a problem with a date they will fix it right away and get you that day off you need managers are extending excellent service I recommend everybody to work at Cole Park the best company I have ever had for a very very long time..

Only get one star because no star isnt an option. Wish I could review good marks but its hard when you observe them standing around on their phones BSing with each other. Where is the management where is the floor manager why arent these people moving faster than the snail. And to blame the shipper for how long it takes to get unloaded. Wth is wrong with this situation. I didnt waste their time why the hell should they have the opportunities and be able to waste mine.

I have been in business for over 24 years. In all of that time, I have never encountered anything even remotely similar to the unprofessional ism that I have witnessed with Core -Mark International. From out-dated product on shelves to stores going weeks without product to unpaid invoices...this company has it all! This is a classic case of micro-mismanagement- one hand doesnt know what the other is doing and nobody (save one buyer ) has any sense of courtesy or ethics when it comes to standard business practices or seems to care about such things. I would give no stars or even deduct a star. However, this review template allows for no less than 1. I begrudgingly relinquish 1 star. DO NOT deal with this company if you can avoid it. I know several store owners who have suffered greatly at the hands of this sub-par distributor.

Been here from 6:45 am out front of building no signs to tell me I had to go around back to the receiving to unload. Went to every door trying to get in not one door open. I had to stop a truck and ask where to go. Now I have been here for the last 4 hrs. Still cant get anyone to talk to me. Never will I be back not for any amount of money. Piss poor place to deliver to..

Slooooooooow receiving. I was docked 15 minutes before my appointment. Its not 5 hours in the truck. Unloading was okay but apparently it takes 4 hours to count the load. I have 2 stars for being friendly and letting me use the restroom.

Receiving people were very nice but when your broker says he made the appointment for you make sure to double check in call yourself

I have been here over 6 1/2 hours waiting for these people to count my load. They charged me almost $600 for a lumper. How is this a justifiable charge for not getting your job done in a timely manner?

If you enjoy inept management, poor service, and being screwed over at every turn this is the company for you. I highly recommend it for drivers who wish to be paid the wrong amount on a consistent basis (its definitely the place for those of you who want to spend every pay period double checking the math of your check, and strangely always being underpaid). If you like to sit around because management cant figure out how to get their warehouse to function on time (probably because no one can stand to work for them and they have a steady stream of walk-outs on top of low quality and disturbing practices) and you enjoy violation of FMLA and poor performance reviews for taking doctor excused sick days, you will love working for this company. Loyal employees can expect managers to contradict themselves and each other. On the customer side, if you want to enjoy the service of missing orders, incorrectly labeled delivery, late service, bad service from employees that are clearly mistrained and disgruntled from poor work place practices, please continue to give this company your business. Dont worry its only mostly low paid wage workers at Maverick, 7-11, and Walmart who will reap the consequences of correcting the poor quality of service and logistics provided by Core-Mark. I highly recommend this company to all those who wish to support one of the least family friendly, totally top-down, ineffectively run organizations I have ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with.

Worst interview experience I have ever had! Wasted my time applying for and showing to interview for a job that was posted to their website, then they told me they werent hiring for that position. My interviewer didnt care if i was there or not, brought me in and hustled me out.

Core-Mark Salt Lake is a joke sack there for 8 hours waiting to get unloaded my appointment was at 6 a.m. I got out of there at 3 p.m.

Approximately Tuesday November 21st at 6:20. A.m. deliver trailer for a company out of New Jersey .I drove 20 + hours to get there only to find out that they dont accept the trailer until the following day. They have more than 12 empty loading dock available, that Spanish nasty lady who lack common sense refuse to expect their trailer, the trailer is full of their product, I deliver to them from another company they make me wait 12 hours to accept the trailer ,their food, their product.overall horrible place nasty people.

Ive been here for almost 4 and 1/2 hours to deliver 60 boxes I was sitting inside after 3 and 1/2 hours of waiting another driver came in and said hey I have four boxes for you I made a joke and said well itll take them 2 hours to count it and they kicked me out of the building 4 and 1/2 hours still sitting here 60 boxes Dont ever come to this place and if you do unfortunately have to come here I feel sorry for you this place is a joke
