Arriving at Francini Inc. we were greeted by a young man, Mich who knew his granite. Talking about how its mined to where it comes from, different grades to how granite compares to quartz. Great experience and came out of there with slabs picked out for our counter tops.

Nice place GM is a great guy. Only one problem however, its probably hard to get good employees, but they have a man there I believe his name is zeca. He is the least helpful person Ive ever dealt with!! He goes out of his way to be useless! You have to really put forth some effort to be as unhelpful as he is.

I have been dealing with them ever since they opened in Salt Lake City. We have easily spent over $500,000 with them. There prices are great and nobody is easier to deal with than Moises. Hands down the best granite and stone supplier around.

Hands down the best customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I love the selection they are the biggest slab yard i have ever been to and they are indoors. When you get down there make sure you ask for David.

Be wary... We have gotten the wrong slabs that were broken and undesirable even though our customers selected specific slabs in person. The serial/lot numbers located on the side of each slab did not match what was selected. Luckily we had photos of the lot numbers from when the customer selected the material and were able to, after having to make a HUGE deal of it, get the correct slabs delivered. Really just have never had a good experience with them and their prices are way higher than most places.

They have a beautiful kitchen display in their showroom. They could NOT tell me what company built and installed it however. Seems weird. Took 3 days and about 5 phone calls to get them to figure out and tell me who built that display.
