The Granite-4-Less team were such a lucky find! I approached them when I saw they were installing countertops at our neighbors. They were friendly, professional and had availability within the time we needed. Their manager Joe was a gem to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Pretty horrible experience. Julian was great to work with from the front end for the bid. Once the construction came, he wouldnt call me back-1 day install turned into 3.-They cut the wrong slab for the master, then had to go cut another slab. That slab showed up with a crack in the sink area. Was told it was that way before they cut it. Not sure why they wouldnt choose notify me, or cut another slab prior to cutting.-They left holes in my drywall behind the slab where it mated the tile.-Maybe I should have known the extent of what needed to be removed, but they should have asked me to remove my drawers for cutting. Spent days cleaning out the mess left behind.-Had to replace 3 slabs of hardwood flooring from where they had smacked off the old granite from the cabinets, and just let it fall to the floor without any covering

This was one of the most pleasant contractors to work with. They really catered to genuine conversation to ensure I was happy with my products. I would recommend them to anyone (in fact I already have)!

Top notch, fairly unknown company. These guys are excellent at what they do, quick, very professional, efficient, friendly and even clean up when they’re done. Nate bent over backwards to help us get what we wanted, a new granite kitchen counter for my parents 60th wedding anniversary! They love it and I couldn’t be more pleased with Granite-4-Less quality and customer service.

Installation: 4/5. The countertops look fantastic and I am very pleased with how they look.During installation, the installers dripped what I assume was a clear liquid-nails type substance on my new floors that solidified, and I then had to clean up. I wish they would have used tarps or something to protect my floors while they worked.Installation took 2 afternoons.Fabrication: 5/5. Excellent job. No complaints at all. The cuts were extremely precise and everything fit perfectly.Communication: 3/5. My experience went from fantastic to O.K. to frustrated to O.K. On every occasion when I was told someone would be at my house for measurements or installation, I was given a time window when they would be there (usually about 2 hours). On 3 of 3 occasions, their people were not only late (didnt arrive until after that window), but no attempt was made to update me as to when they would be arriving until after I reached out. That being said, Michelle was very good about getting back to me as soon as she could whenever I had questions.Overall: 4/5.Pros:-Excellent craftsmanship.-Excellent Value.Cons:-If you value your time, make sure to plan accordingly. Especially if they are coming in the afternoon.

Overall, I have to say I was extremely impressed. I reached out a few different places for a granite vanity countertop with under mount sink. Granite4Less had a competitive price and they were really responsive. It made the process very simple. The tech they used was top-notch and took only a few minutes. The work is quality. I’d definitely use them again — no question.

Granite 4 less SLC did counter tops for us at 2 different homes. We had a deadline to meet with kids moving into our basement and they estimated, measured and installed our kitchen counter tops in 4 days. The work was beautiful. The installation crew was excellent and they paid attention to detail. The second install at my in-laws home was also done very quickly and beautifully. The cost was very competitive for both projects. They use a laser measuring system that produces very accurate counter tops that fit perfectly.

My new counters arrived last week and I was so happy with the whole experience. I used one of their quartz remnants and I kept thinking that the overall price was too good to be true, but the entire process was seamless. The sales rep Julian was very helpful and responsive and even sent someone to check their template measurements a second time because I was concerned they’d gotten one measurement wrong (they hadn’t.) The installers were great and even my plumber remarked “oh, look how well this sink is installed” and “this hole is drilled perfectly.” I LOVE my new counters and would definitely recommend Granite 4 Less to others!

It’s true that you get what you pay for. Once the agreement was made my salesman was clearly no longer interested in our job. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from him about things like scheduling, invoices, etc. Then the install was done ok but they scratched up my walls super bad, didn’t replace an under window ledge they said they would, the installers parked their truck in the middle of my front yard and when the job was done they left a mess in my kitchen (even left a razor blade on a counter within reach of my 5 year old). Overall the job was fine, but if I knew the kind of experience to expect I would have gone with another provider.

Granite 4 Less has installed two countertops for me. One for an outside kitchen and another for a pantry. Both times they did a great job! Installed the countertops on time, did a great job at cuts and edge designing, and all employees nice and professional. I would use them again.

Granite 4 Less is great. I went in to their facility on a Friday afternoon. The same day they came out to my house, made a template, and the next week, my granite was installed. First, I love my new countertops and I really think the pricing and quality and speed (11 days start to finish!!!!!!) were truly like clockwork and everyone was easy to work with. Julian came and laser measured everything and gave me an estimate on the spot. They have granite in two locations to choose from and almost the whole process flowed without a hitch. Having read the reviews before I purchased, I was not “really” surprised when the installation day scheduling was wayyyy behind. I was disappointed though, that these awesome experienced Collection of people could not give a better installation window. Julian texted to tell me the installation day, so when I texted that day at 11:00am to find out when I should be home, the response was “about an hour”. The installers came at 4pm. I was fine with it because I have a flexible work schedule, and I DO understand that there are lots of things that require extra time and I would certainly be happy they stayed with me if more time was needed.... but I figure a review is exactly that... letting others know what to expect. You will very much enjoy the price quality and speed, but just know about and be patient about the day of installation wait time!

I spent 3 weeks getting the runaround from this company. They came out, measured, I accepted their big and then nothing. Radio silence. I called the office 3 times requesting an install date with a promise to call back. Never called back. This has not only held up my project, but it’s held up the sale of my house. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. If you don’t want a job, at least tell the customer that instead of wasting their time!

Granite 4 Less gave me an absolutely excellent product at the very best price I could find (I got a quote for a laminate counter from one place that was actually higher!). They allowed me to pick a slab in person from several different large granite suppliers in the valley, so I was able to be very picky about materials. They did a custom fabrication for my countertop, so everything fit perfectly, even though my walls are far from perfect. They complied with my particular requests about avoiding certain spots on a slab and the shape of corners. They showed up on time for measuring and installing. Both were quick and professional. The install was really cool to watch- those guys are efficient and know what they are doing! The final product was flawless! Everything is shiny, perfectly smooth, and level. There is only one seam, and it hardly shows. Overall, I was super impressed with Granite 4 Less due to their great prices and high quality. I cant imagine I could have got anything better by paying more somewhere else.I do have one small complaint- it was often hard to get in touch with them. I sometimes had to try calling or emailing several times to get answers to some of my pre-installation questions. Admittedly, I was very particular and had a lot of questions. That said, this is fairly minor- they did a fantastic job, I did eventually get my questions answered, and I would definitely go with Granite 4 Less again.
