I love their employees they are helpful and listening to your problems and find solutions. Check City recommendation is to anyone looking to borrow cash for your short solution.

Had a small loan, like $300.00 and when my direct deposit wasnt in my account the morning of December 1st they sent my account to their collection dept. Had they waited another 2 hours, the money was there. So I paid it completely off, applied for another loan the following day and was denied. I wouldnt suggest or recommend this place to ANYONE!! Go to the Dollar Loan Center instead.

I would drive anywhere in the valley just to go to this Check City. Ricardo helped me immensely when the other valley stores didnt want to put in the effort. Everyone at this store is professional & genuinely kind.

I had a loan through the location on 2100 South. I called in on a Tuesday to pay my loan off via eft. I already had an automatic debit coming out and the remaining balance was $120.72. I checked my bank account for 2 days in a row and the $120.72 was not withdrawn. I called back on Thursday and asked if the amount was going to be withdrawn. Apparently the remaining balance had never been submitted for withdrawal from my account. Lucky me, I had to pay interest for the days the loan was outstanding and didnt get withdrawn due to error on the part of a Check City employee, seems dishonest to me. Ill get a loan somewhere else next time.

Never ever get a loan through these people to easy to get in debt plus if you get SSI dont even get one BTW YOU MIGHT WANT TO FIND OUTIANY OUT OWNERS SPENT TIME AT TRUMP PROPERTY Im lucky friend will help me pay my balance off at the end .I gave one star for some staff nice.of the month

Every check city I have visited has been very helpful. And I have been able to get the help with short term loans. This one was no exception.

I was in need of cashing a check for $775 which walmarts money center couldnt cash the check bc the check reader couldnt read the numbers. So that left me desperate to get it cashed. I stopped at check city and they cashed it after I filled out an application and charged me almost $25 to cash a $750 and a $25 check togethe . I cant complain, sure it was a steep rate but at least I got my check cashed!

You need to train your managers on how to handle bankruptcy information. I called Tonya to give her information and she had no clue what to do with it. Once someone files bankruptcy they are protected under a FEDERAL LAW!

I love check city there so kind friendly and courteous. I loved the fact that I can go there pay a bill send money get a money order all in one stop and even load my netspend card. I remember one day I left my wallet at home i was sure I had it but I didnt and I needed to cash my paycheck and they were so amazing letting me know I didnt need it they had all my info in the computer and I had never been to that check city before they really saved the day. Since then all my family members when they come to visit me in Utah yaw check city when they need to pay a bill send or recievw money or just come along with me for the ride. Usually decent but... this time this guy wrote down my social, birthday and full name on a piece of paper to check something, then just tore it in half and threw it away when he was done with it.Then he got all offended and short with me when I asked him if he could shred it instead.

To yall giving this place one star for predatory lending rates. Is 500% A.P.R. outrageous? Sure it is. Did anybody force you to walk in and take out that loan? Nope. Were you provided disclosures that clearly stated the terms of the loan? Yup.

When it comes to trying to get a loan for rent or car loan Check City never denied me and the people there are nice and easy to work with.

A little expensive but otherwise a good deal like about the fact that once they have your ID on file you dont need to bring it every time.

Terrible customer service. After hours of me sending in my bank statements and pictures of my account to prove I had the funds. They come back and tell me that they found out they never sent the payment to my account. After expressing to her that it wasnt my problem that they didnt do there job right and I needed an accommodation all they did was waive a late fee when technically it wasnt late because they didnt take out the payment when they were supposed to. Theyre absolutely horrible. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I was here four years sending money but today I tried to send money one of teller kicked me out with out reasons. It’s so harmful for me and frustration with check city this location.

Youre not going to get ahead by taking out loans.If you need a large lump of cash, stay away from this place.I borrowed 450.00 and i ended up paying them almost 1000.00 by the time i was caught up, PLUS when i got caught up, i was behind with my finances again and had to take out another loan. Thats how this works. They leave you strapped, so when you pay them off, you end up needing them again! ITS A TRAP!!
