Kids probably like it, and adults probably like it . I mean I’m an adult and I thought it was fun, cause there’s like a wall of funko figurines so you can get one of those, and there’s a section of adult games for like if you’re drinking or high haha excellent then go to kneaders for breakfast or munchies nothing better than that

Over 50 percent calendars! Do you need to know what day it is in every room in your house? Look no further. Do you get bored if you look at an image for more than 28/29/30/31 days? This shop will really do it for you.Oh and they have a random selection of games, toys, and puzzles.BUT BE HONEST, YOURE HERE FOR THE CALENDARS.

They have a really great selection of unique puzzles and games. They dont necessarily have more complex games, but if you are looking for some creative or different games/puzzles then this would be a good place to check out. They have a lot of different good puzzle brands. And fun TV and movie themed puzzles

I enjoy coming in here every time. Staff is exceptionally helpful with questions from prices to discounts and returns. Love the music and the fun atmosphere in this store.

The expansion from their prior location at City Creek is welcome. Its fun to go into this new, larger store and browse their selection of board games, as well as various other items on their shelves. They usually run a great 50% off promotion on their calendars at the first of the year, which I always take advantage of.

Staff are a little odd. Not the best at communication and partially friendly. Some are a lot better than others (you know who you are) and some are a lot worse than others (and you know who you are).But the selection is a bit like a convenience store. Not a full blown store, but enough to get you by on your way to the next place.

0 Stars!!!Please train your employees to not treat customers as criminals and follow them all over the store. Also, the manager from what I understand is the owners daughter so I now understand why she still has the job as manager. But after having her yell at my sons for pulling back a curtain instead of politely talking to them and refusing to apologize I can tell you that she is costing them money due to her lack of training. We were so ready to buy all of our up coming birthday gifts and even Christmas gifts because my boys found so many things they liked but instead we were forced to leave the store due to the way the staff treated us. Sad to say this is both our loss! PS the manager would not give her name over the phone nor the name of the store owner so I could discuss this private as I would have preferred.

The manager was VERY rude!! I didnt get her name, she has really short blond hair. My wife and I was their looking for a birthday gift for one of our niece. There was a display that I thought you had to push the button for it to turn on. She cut right Infront of me and a major attitude told me Lets not touch that! as she turned the display off. Long story short, we approached her to let her know we did not know we werent supposed to hit the button. I honestly thought that it was for the customers to turn on. When we explained this to her and told her she could have told us in a nicer manner, she proceeded to insulted us Infront of other customers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! We took our business somewhere else, upstairs to the Disney store where they know how to treat their customers.

I was able to browse quietly until I found some awesomeness. The employees respected the fact I was wearing headphones.

Asked a store employee a very specific question about how a discount worked. He told me it could be combined. I asked a second time to make sure we were very clear and he confirmed. After shopping for a half hour under this employees statement (and doing the math on everything) the employee I checked out with said it could not be combined. The employee who told us it could be combined just stood there and did not own it. No apology from any employee for the misinformation. Very disappointed, will not be back.

Encountered rude staff early on Saturday morning while trying to warn them that one of their exit doors was locked. Come to find out that its store policy to keep those doors locked. Its not posted as such, which presents a safety hazard to patrons. Rather than politely responding with a valid reason for the policy, the staff was rude and argumentative.

Horrible customer service! While i was with my family finding toys for the youngens one of my brothers touched a candy and a lady came yelling at him in a excruciatingly rude way as if she knew him. My parents and father for the most part was so offened at the way she treated him that he made my brothers leave everything in hand and we immediately left the store. We will no longer be customers and we will be notifying our friends of such customer service. The ladies name was Mindy.

The city creek location is terrible, the lady with the curly black hair is very rude, go to toys r us in stead, really should be called toys and lames
