DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR DRESSAfter consigning my dress for 3 years I came to pick it up and found that nearly ALL of the beads (front and back) had severe sun damage and were beyond repair. See the attached image to show you just how horrible the damage is compared to the scrap of fabric (on the right) I saved from when it was originally tailored.I brought it back in immediately, and they admitted that it was IRREPARABLE sun damage on their account. They just said sorry and offered to Venmo me the amount agreed upon in the contract (25% of the dresss value).I reached out to several seamstresses, and the designer of the dress, and every person has said that nothing can be done. Even if by some miracle I were able to get the same beads (the designer will not sell me the beads, I asked), it would take HUNDREDS of hours to replace the beading.I signed my dress up for consignment with the knowledge that rips, tears, stains, and maybe even some bead loss would be possible and to be expected, so I originally thought what was agreed upon in the contract would be more than enough to cover any potential damage. I would never dream that a company that handles wedding dresses daily would damage my dress beyond repair because of improper storage and gross negligence.Im sure you can understand the added frustration that no one contacted me about the damage whatsoever for over a YEAR. I had absolutely no idea that my dress was ruined until I picked it up and drove 45 minutes home to unzip the bag and find a yellow dress instead of a white dress.The reason I picked up the dress in the first place was because it had been over a year since the last rent, which means that it was probably sun-damaged and yellowed a long time ago. No wonder no bride has wanted to rent it since.No amount of money will be able to replace the sentiment of this priceless object that I entrusted to this company. I understand that they had no legal obligation to do anything more than what was stated in the contract, but wouldnt it have been an act of good faith to take accountability for the (hopefully unusual) circumstance and replace the dress? What about moral obligations? Covering the cost to replace my dress is the least they could have done after 3 years of profiting from it and then utterly destroying it. There clearly needs to be some serious adjustments made to the way they handle and store dresses.I requested that they please inform me of whatever precautions they were taking to ensure that this would never happen to another brides property again, and they disregarded my concerns. So now here I am, trying to warn others. They clearly dont care if it happens to my dress, so why would they care if it happens to yours?I always dreamed that I could pass my wedding dress on to my sisters and/or children. I thought that renting my dress out for a few years would be a great way to mitigate the overall cost and have less of an environmental impact. After a few years, I thought I would get it back so it could be preserved as a memento. How sorely mistaken I was.

I loved how easy the process was! They had so many options and when I found my dress they were flexible with alterations and pick ups and drop off. They also clean the dress. Also my dress, veil, and belt were all very affordable! I rented everything for under $700! I would highly highly recommend!

Had such an amazing experience with Valerie! She was so helpful and genuine with me. I’m amazed what kind of alterations their seamstress can do!! You can add sleeves, take off sleeves, add a corset, add a zipper, almost anything you can think of. This was my first time dress shopping & I found the perfect dress, belt & veil. Can’t wait until my big day!

This place is a joke, only not funny.I tried on a dress and fell in love with it. The experience was great.Fast forward 7 months. I go to get my dress fitted, I understand it is a rental place and they tear these dresses apart and put them back together many times over, so the dress was very large and had these strange bra cups in them.I go and pick up the dress at the store and was not asked to try it on. I took it home. I tried it on and it was horrendous. The hips were not fitted in the slightest, there are holes in the lace, you can see the elastic sewn into the bust, the beading was loose and in some places had been stretched so there was hardly any, I had to go back and have the hips fitted which was a bit of a nuisance as I had to take 2 hours of of my day for travel in order to get there. We were out $700 so I saw it out.I ended up taping the dress to my body on my wedding day.In the end the seamstress was nice, the dress worked, though was not worth the price to RENT it, this is not worth the headache and worry!!!

When I went to try on the dresses and the local employee helped me to place the corset, she broke it, then sewed it but apparently not very well, it broke again at my wedding in the same place that it was broken when she went to the store. She was sitting uncomfortable the entire time so that no one would see my torn dress, I even cried at my wedding. It seemed so unfair that they didnt do their job well. Now I will have to rent another dress to take my photos since his wedding dress broke because it was sensitive or badly sewn. How can such a sad wedding be with your torn dress and not even stopping to eat.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. When my mother in law got married however and went to this same place they treated her HORRIBLY! She made an appointment same as me but the staff there just treated her completely different than me. They were rude and impatient. It was like they wanted to get her out the door as fast as possible and didnt help her with any of her choices or got her a fitting room. Its extremely disappointing experiencing this when I had such a wonderful time picking out my wedding dress. Do with this information as you will.

Justice for Emily Tribe—she should have gotten a FULL refund, what on earth were you thinking? (She left a review 5 days ago, it should be relatively easy to find.) Based on all of the details she shared, the damage that was done through your storefront (not customers) and neglect, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to consign their dress here.

They happen to have the perfect dress for what I was looking for and made all the alterations I needed. I felt it was quite pricey for a rental, but the customer service was great and I loved my dress. Thanks.

They were so wonderful to work with, and were super positive about the whole experience and helped me find a gown that I loved. It was a wonderful experience I recommend them 110% I included a photo of the back of my gorgeous dress and one area where you got to view yourself.

You guys ruined someone’s dress and are only doing the bare minimum?! Absolutely wrong on all levels. It wasn’t even the renters that ruined it, you guys left Emily’s dress in the sun and YOU ruined it. You should be giving her a FULL refund for how much she paid for her dress. Definitely won’t be bringing my dresses to you.

The shop is beautiful, the staff is knowledgeable, and the dresses were lovely! I was able to find my dress for a very good price! It was a fun experience!Post wedding: My dress turned out like a dream! I saved so much money and I was able to have the dress of my dreams! It was easy to pick up and drop off.

If your dress gets damaged they will not compensate you! do not trust this company with your dress

I was so happy with the dress I got from Bridal Brilliance. It was beautiful! And I loved it even more because it was so affordable. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, the alterations were quick and easy, and it turned out great. They were even very accommodating at letting me rent the dress a second time since the pandemic through off our reception plans.

My dress appointment was last weekend and my experience was AMAZING! I cant remember my bridal consultants name, but she was incredible. She made sure I tried on each dress I wanted to and made me feel like a princess with each one. All of the staff was very kind, but especially my consultant. I would recommend Bridal Brilliance Rentals 100 times over. I found my perfect dress and my experience was perfect. Thank you Bridal Brilliance!

This is a very cute, clean and organized shop. They have a good selection of different styles of dresses all in good condition to rent. I had an appointment with a young girl who was very friendly and nice, however I left after about 5 minutes. The reasons I didnt prefer this shop or get a dress here is because they dont do measurements, the young lady had no suggestions for me or much knowledge about inventory and the cleaning and alterations are separate fee . I am a bride that needed a little more help and direction and ended up finding a dress at Gowns by Pamela. This would he a good store if you know your size and are okay to try on things on your own, with little direction.

Valerie was so welcoming and helpful. We (my sisters, to-be-sister-in-law, and I) had a great experience. We did not feel rushed at all, and the dress selection was great. The space is clean, bigger than appeared from outside, and brightly lit. The rental/cleaning process was explained very clearly. Love having the option to rent rather than buy a dress Ill wear once and have to worry about maintaining and storing.

It seems kind of small from the outside, but when you walk in, you immediately realize that there are hundreds of dresses to choose from. The consultants let me browse through the dresses to see if anything caught my eye, and then pulled some for me based on their own expertise. They were so helpful and honest and ultimately helped me pick my PERFECT dress! They made it such a fun experience and I left relieved to have chosen my dress. I had an amazing experience here. Valerie is so nice & accommodating. Ive been to several shops and most only had two or three dresses in my size. Bridal Brilliance had tons! I tried on at least ten. It was nice to have such a wide variety to see what I was comfortable in. I ended up overwhelmed with all the different choices. Valerie was wonderful at helping me decide what I did & didnt like about each & narrowing it down so I could make a decision. Many, many beautiful dresses at reasonable prices!

I adored this store! The staff was incredibly accommodating and very helpful in finding my perfect dress. I love the fact that they rent, but the only thing I dont love is that the cleaning fee wasnt built into the cost of the dress. I felt like that would have been part of the price as it is a rental company. However, they have an amazing selection of dresses in all sizes and styles and there is definitely a gown for everyone! Even if you fall in love with a dress that someone else has already requested you may potentially still use it as they are only renting. A great option for someone like me that simply isnt interested in buying a dress that will only be work 1-2 times.

I LOVE Bridal Brilliance! I knew I for sure wanted to rent and after calling 12 different dress shops I found out that renting is not something many places do! When I got to the shop I was floored by how many options I had to choose from! After trying on a few dresses I had already found one that I loved! It had cap sleeves and they’re putting long sleeves on it for me for an amazing price! It’s totally affordable and I’m getting the dress of my dreams! Not only that, but I get to give it back after my big day and don’t have to worry about it sitting in the attic, unworn, for years to come! Thanks Bridal Brilliance!!

Ive been to Bridal Brilliance twice now, and both times Maddie was such a gem! She is patient and totally LISTENED to me and what I like and dont like. I never felt like she was rushing or trying to sell me. I really appreciated her help and the stores environment.

The employee helping me made me feel very comfortable throughout the process, she was attentive, caring, and informative. She did not hide any costs from me and was honest with me throughout. Although I did not find a dress here I would recommend this location to anybody looking to rent! Sorry I don’t remember the employee’s name, she was such a sweetheart!

I usually have a hard time finding dresses that work with my body type but I was pleasantly surprised to easily find three great dresses here! Deciding on the final winner was hard but I did it!Sadie was my consultant and she was very great. Knowledgeable about the dresses, veils, alteration possibilities, and very respectful of me, my party with me, and my decisions. She has a positive and calming presence that I appreciate for what could have been a stressful experience.I would highly recommend Bridal Brilliance and Sadie to other brides-to-be!

I had such a great experience! I knew for sure that I did not want to buy my dress and Bridal Brilliance was my first stop at seeing if renting was the best option for me. The consultant walked me through EVERYTHING and it was truly so great! She helped me not only find the dress I was looking for, but helped me understand how it all worked and made me feel confident. So happy I found my dress!

I found the most amazing dress here! When I walked in on a Saturday, the owner was beyond amazing!! She made sure I had looked at all the dresses I wanted to try on, helped me in and out of them & tried veils on me too.. The dress I fell in love with was reserved two weeks after my date, but she reassured me that thats what we do here and they could work with my dates....I go back that Monday to try on this dress again and show my maid of honor and my mother; and the associate was so freaking rude. She told me the dress was already reserved because I didnt put a down payment on it, but I explained I was just in there two days before and the sweet owner said she would work with me.She put the dress in the fitting room, didnt help me in it, didnt help me out of it. She was up in the front chatting to the other associate the whole time. When I said I would love to rent it if they could work it out, she gave me such attitude. She told me I could have the dress for five days total with no discount. We are talking $750 for FIVE days?I would have considered it, because I loved the dress THAT much, but that associate totally ruined it for me :(.I give 4 stars for the dress options, my first experience and the very sweet owner. But I would have given only one for the second experience. Girl-- work somewhere that you are not in customer service.

Excellent service and they did an amazing job getting my daughter into the perfect dress. They listened to what she wanted and then brought multiple choices that were all spot on. Went to 5 other places that couldnt do that, and they did it within 20 minutes. I have 3 more daughters and this will be our first stop when the time comes for them.

Decided to consign my dress with Bridal Brilliance after my wedding in 2014. They are an amazing company to work with and when I went to drop my gown off I saw SOO MANY gorgeous gowns in there! It was a great surprise to get a random check in the mail after my dress had been rented each time. I recently decided I wanted to pick my dress up and bring it back home with me they had it cleaned and ready to go. This is a great business with professional employees, highly recommend!

I never write reviews so the fact that Im writing this is a miracle! My sister, sister in law, and now I have all gotten our dress from this amazing store! There is no place like them in Utah. The dress selection was enormous for any size, temple modest or not. The staff is so friendly. I have never had so much fun shopping and they made it an amazing experience! There hospitality and kindness made everyone that I brought cry. Amazing, amazing place. Even if youre wanting to purchase your dress I would reconsider and go here! The owner is absolutely amazing, and helping you find the perfect dress is just as important to her as earning your business. :) Oh, and if Charissa is there to help you, then youve lucked out :)

I give them two stars because they at least listened to the style of dress i wanted.This past Saturday I went in and chose a dress, I was told that I needed $100 dollars to hold the dress, so I decide to pay the dress in full just to get it over with. I end up moving my wedding date for next summer because of personal reasons. I called first thing at 10:00 Monday morning to cancel the dress. They are not opened on Sundays so I only held the dress for a couple of hours.I call back to get a refund and they tell me that $100 is non-refundable. My bridesmaids, and mother never heard them say this to me, only that the $100 was to hold it.The person that was going over the paperwork took the advantage of skipping over that.I asked the owner if they can at lease refund some of the money back but she wouldnt work with me, all i got was it was a she said he said thing pretty much mocking me and calling a lair.Because of how the owner made me feel I wont be able to go back.Just make sure that you are not going to change your date or anything, and make sure that you know that if you change your mind that 50% of the alterations that you paid for they will keep that money... another things that was not mentioned.

The girl who helped us answered all our questions and helped fulfill all our special requests. The owner even took time to help us and make sure we were having a pleasant experience. I didn’t feel pressured to try anything on but their great selection left me wanting to try on many! It wasn’t hard to find a dress or good service here.

The main reason why I am giving Bridal Brilliance a 5 star is for there great customer service. This last week my Fiance tried on the wedding dress she had originally chosen, and just didnt feel beautiful in it. We had made the last deposit already and were only 3 weeks away from our wedding. We thought there was no chance we could change dresses or get a refund after signing papers. We called though to see our options and talked with a worker there named Stacy. She told us we could come in that same day and try on new dresses. It went soooo much better!!! After talking about what we wanted in the dress and trying on a few, we found the PERFECT ONE!!! Stacy was a big reason for the great experience. She told us, that every girl deserves to feel beautiful on her wedding day, so it WAS necessary for you to come in and find the perfect one. Thank You Stacey for making it such a great experience and making what seemed impossible, possible.

Oh my gosh I found my dream dress for my wedding!! This place is amazing, Valerie, the owner was so nice and patient with me, I literally tried on like 15 dresses before I found the one that gave me butterflies. I loved their style, its super cute, modern yet modest. The prices are amazing!! I felt like a queen the moment I stepped into her boutique. Its gorgeous and really well organized.

I usually dont leave reviews but his was my first time trying on dresses and honestly it was a great experience. I got there a little early so the consultant took me to dresses in my size and let me pick out any I had seen and liked. She listened to what I wanted me and ended up picking the dress I chose! Not only did I get to wear a DREAM dress by Maggie Sottero (which I never could have afforded!), I also was given the most down to earth and supportive treatment. Valerie let me pop in to try on some accessories with my dress and everything turned out gorgeous! My thought was: Its not like Im gonna wear it again anyway, so why not live it up on my big day and wear something that makes me FEEL gorgeous. That was really important to me, and thats what I got at Bridal Brilliance. I searched everywhere, its a good thing I found them!

Best bridal shop Ive seen in a long time. The inventory is great and the atmosphere is awesome. Its stunning inside. I felt so comfortable. And the idea that you can rent a dress and save so much money is something I just couldnt pass up. Im so glad I found them!!

Went in thinking all their dresses were the same and I didnt have much hope for finding my dress. But they suggested one I didnt think I would like and it ended up fitting me perfectly. They were so helpful in working with my tight schedule and adjusting the dates for the rental. Their adjustment fees are pretty reasonable as well. :)

Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Even the ladies who weren’t helping me would tell me how beautiful I looked as they walked by. Their policies were very clear and they had a sheet printed of the costs of alterations which was very helpful. We picked out some dresses and then the owner would go back and grab some other dresses that she thought I would like. In the end, my favorite dresses were the ones she went back and grabbed.

Bridal brilliance had the best service! They are a lifesaver with so many reasonably priced gowns and veils, you are bound to find a dress that is perfect for you. So happy I went here for my special day!

I had the most fabulous time today! The shop was so pretty and they made me feel fabulous the entire time. I loved how easy they were to work with. Up front they told me exactly how everything worked. I tried on four dresses and found the perfect one! I was surprised at the variety of dresses they had in all sizes. She showed me how we could alter the one I loved to add longer sleeves as I had wanted. She made it come all together. I absolutely LOVED today! I would HIGHLY recommend getting your dress here!

The atmosphere is awesome, and they didnt mind that we brought my young nieces along. The staff is very happy and cheerful and willing to help. I felt just like a princess! I loved my dress! They have a lot of great options to choose from. However, keep in mind that the dress you originally try on could have alterations done to it by the time you get it. Nobody had made me aware of this. By the time I tried on my dress a couple weeks before the wedding at the final fitting, the sleeves were changed because the girl who rented the dress before me altered them. Luckily it was a slight change and I didnt mind it. But if it was anything drastic, I could have been extremely let down that the dress was different. They can always change the dress back to how it was when you tried it on, but you pay the price for the alterations. This was not something I was told about prior to ordering my dress. Other than that, Bridal Brilliance was great.

I went here last week for dress shopping for my upcoming wedding. The girl that helped don’t even think she gave us her name was very very unfriendly! There was another tall girl that was actually so much nicer she actually smiled and greeted us when we walked in wish she helped us. Okay besides the rude first interaction with the girl that helped us this was the most awkward Dress shopping of my life. I told her this was my first time looking for a dress and she was no help basically took me to the dress and was like here are the sizes and these are the dresses that’s it. No second word came out of her mouth. Honestly people like her should not Work at places where women come to find the dress of their dreams and also comfort in finding it she made the experience a nightmare!!! Every time I asked her a question she would literally stare At me for a second with a confused look and than answer, what kind of training if any has she had? She really made me uncomfortable and because of her I am not looking forward to anymore dress shoppings

If youre looking to rent a high end dress ($1500+) this place is the one for you. But if youre looking for some budget friendly dresses youre out of luck. The attendants are really nice and the shop is clean and adorable!

My dress had holes all over the sleeves and chest area, we had told them about it before my bridals and wedding day and it was still never fixed. And I received the wrong veil for my wedding day, highly disappointed with my experience.

Celeste took what I told her and worked to find a dress that would match what I was looking for and also encouraged me to try some styles that I previously had not thought would work for me- but it opened up many more options and ultimately helped me find my dress:) The shop was beautifully and simply laid out, which made for an easier shopping experience.

Found a dress I loved. Was still a bit expensive and there was a bit of wear and tear on the dress that I noticed after I picked it up. Definitely cheaper than buying though, and I loved my dress!

Staff was friendly but wouldnt listen to what I wanted. I asked for simple with no train and they keeped showing me dresses with long trains also didnt have any mermaid dresses in my size. Im plus sized. Also super expensive
