I really like Bitsy Bridal. They have beautiful designer wedding dresses with good price. My friend recommended me to this store. And I found my dream wedding dress with the helps in 2 hours !! Like they would be the right person when u have no idea what kind of dresses or fabrics u like for your wedding. Great client service! A great store with a great range of beautiful dresses. The staff were all lovely to us and have mini water bottles and soda for the whole company. They also had books of the in-house alterations so you can see how a dress can look with sleeves etc. It was really awesome to be able to see how a dress could look after the needed alterations! They did a really good job of catering to the bride and her taste and pulled amazing dresses in her price range! They also had a fortune book with the chairs so we were all occupied with our fortunes while the bride was changing and it was a ton of fun! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some beautiful modest dresses.

I purchased my dress here about a month ago and I’m so beyond happy with the customer service that I received. Ivana helped me with the dresses that I tried on and she was an absolute sweetheart, she was very genuine and I could tell that she really wanted me to find the perfect dress. Pam was also very helpful. They both exceeded my expectations. Bitsy bridal is absolutely hands down the best place I went to shop for my wedding dress. Pam helped me try on every dream dress I could of dreamt of, dresses I wasnt sure about , and all the in-between. To make sure I was finding the exact one that was what I was envisioning to walk down the aisle in. She let me try on as many dresses and as many times as I wanted with fluffing it out everytime. The most amazing part was she was so casual and friendly and knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all to just buy one. She just kept saying you know what dress is meant to be there is no way to just talk you into it. I appreciated that so much because there are so many places thats how it felt was they were there to sell a dress and hopefully its what you wanted. I would recommend this shop to everyone and anyone! They were amazing!

Wow! Loved working with Pam and everyone at the shop. I unexpectedly became a pregnant bride and she has so accommodating. She is thoughtful and even helped me deal with bridesmaids dress drama. Plus she is just fun and so very down to earth...go here. I went here first and fell in love with Pam and with my dress and that was just it...Cant wait to wear my dress on my wedding day.

My experience with Bitsy Bridal was less than ideal. I went in in June and found a great dress, had a great consultant and decided to order the dress. We put half of the price of the dress down and were told it would be 6-8 weeks until the dress would arrive. In September, I hadn’t heard anything about the dress and it had been over 6-8 weeks since we had ordered the dress. I reached out to the owner Pam to see what the status is on my dress. She told me she had to check in with the designers and she would get back to me. She then told me the dress would be there sometime in December, 6 months after we had ordered it. My mother then reached out to Pam to see why it was taking 6 months instead of the 6-8 weeks we had been originally told. Pam told my mom that she had not even ordered the dress yet, despite the deposit and order we placed. When we asked why Pam first said that she was giving other brides priority over me because my wedding was at a later date. We paid for half of the dress and expected it to be ordered when we did that, like we would any other purchase. She then changed her story and claimed we misunderstood when the dress would arrive and it usually takes 6 months. She kept changing her story and still wouldn’t order the dress. She then asked us for the rest of the payment even though there was no dress ordered. We then came up with another contract saying we won’t pay the rest owed until we actually have the dress. She was very unprofessional and tried to put the blame on us.We finally got her to put the order in, once she did it only took 6 weeks for the dress to get there, like the original agreement. I went in to try the dress on and it fit perfectly and was beautiful. Despite it fitting just fine Pam goes on to tell me I need to lose back fat and to definitely not gain anymore weight. Pam was dressed very unprofessionally and did not act like an owner of a bridal store.My overall experience was terrible and I would not recommend Bitsy Bridal to anyone. The staff was great but Pam was unprofessional and rude. Pam took months to put in the order for my dress, if my wedding would have been sooner I wouldn’t have had a dress. She lied about the status of the dress and she made me feel horrible. She put a big damper on my bridal experience and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I worked with Bitsy Bridal for more than a year and they were the friendliest and most supportive bridal shop I went to while I was planning my wedding. All of the staff members were able to interpret my wants and turn them into reality. My first consultant there picked out a dress I never would have picked out myself, and that was the dress I ended up picking because it had all of the elements I had been looking for and she knew that. Working with them during the pandemic was as smooth as it could have possibly gone, and Pam made sure I had my veil in by the time I needed it. They are simply the best.

I came in last month and tried on dresses and found the most amazing dress! We put the deposit down and I was supposed to pay the rest. Due to Covid I lost my job, PAM is waiving the fees as long as I provide proof and giving me more time to pay and I cannot stress how much this helps me and my family out. On top of that during my appointment I felt like a princess and felt like was really taken care of. I went to a few different bridal stores and did not get even half the service I received at Bitsy Bridal. I had such an incredible experience here and I really appreciate the ladies that work here.

Great place! My first time there today and the girls who helped me were wonderful! They let me go way beyond my appointment time and I absolutely love their dresses! So gorgeous and nice prices... we will be back!!!

I love getting my dress from Bitsy Bridal. My family traveled all the way from Montana and this was our 3rd stop and 2nd dress in, I found the dress but pam didn’t push me to purchase. She had no problem with me going to other places and to come back after. We really were feeling awesome about that. I had that problem with one of my previous stops - the one I will not name since I dont write nasty reviews. I came back the next day anyway and purchased my dress. You know what the best part? They did overnight alterations with their head seamstress so that i don’t have to come back from bozeman everytime. Granted there is a rush alteration fee but at the end, its way cheaper than gas and $$$ hotel nights. We highly recommend this place 100/100. She really is kind and wanted the most convenient ways possible for you.

Their covid sanitization is the best of the shops we visited. I love how the consultant kept track of which gowns to clean.

They offer brides discounts and freebies in exchange for 5-star reviews. My experience was mediocre. My alterations were not good, and my gown smelled like someones kitchen after cooking a heavy meal. Like most bridal salons, there is a fat-phobic atmosphere among staff.Edit to add: No animosity, just an honest review among lots of bought ones.

The first place I went to when I dress shopped. I found the one but I went to bazillion more shops in my hometown. Then, the dress I loved was already sold and couldnt get in on time. Pam went above and beyond to find a replacement for me since it’s absolutely the one. Stop shopping when you find the one!… lol

We needed a custom modest dress. So we traveled to utah. Utah shops doesnt disappoint and there are a handful of shops who will do a custom build up for us and we go with Bitsy Bridal at the end since we like their head seamstress. The final product is beautiful and we are thankful that we traveled since CA shops doesnt understand the garment.

My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience at Bitsy Bridal! The staff was wonderfully professional at our initial appointment. Once we decided on a dress the subsequent fittings with the seamstress were excellent. My daughter truly felt like a bride as the seamstress and staff gave her several suggestions and fitted her dress to absolute perfection. It’s awesome to find a place that can do serious alterations and make it look like the dress was originally designed that way. Thank you!

I was just there for my cousins fitting. Their in house alteration is amazing. The manager stayed past closing to figure out everything bride wants and to be done on time.

Bitsy Bridal has a great selection of dresses in a variety of styles. The owner Pam and her staff are friendly, they made it fun to try on many options and were very patient with my indecisive self! They didn’t pressure me to buy anything, they actually said I could think about it and come back anytime. I really appreciated that, and I’ve been back twice to try on dresses. They are skilled at alterations and suggested different possibilities to find the right fit for my personal style. The boutique itself is cute as well, so it felt like a treat being there. Highly recommend it to all brides!

Had to dress shop all over again after the seamstress ruined the dress that the other shop recommended and do nothing about it at the end. I admit I am a picky bride. I was not happy with Bitsy’s first seamstress. I reported it to the manager. She hooked me up with the next tailor immediately a week before my wedding and covered all the new costs. I am glad they did that during pandemic.

We had to order bridesmaid dresses over facetime due to wanting to be in the same dye lot. The measurements that they asks us to do over face time is great. It arrives well packaged and fit beautifully.

Wedding gown shopping was the best experience I could of dreamed of because of Bitsy Bridal. I am a Avionics Technician by trade, so not very girly girl, but these amazing expert ladies knew exactly what to show me to accentuate my features! I had previously been to David Bridal another boutique, I was beginning to think I was never gonna find a dress that spoke to me, because all these people wanted to do was sell me the most expensive dress. Not at Bitsy Bridal from the minute I set foot in there I felt I was amongst friends instead of sales reps they listened to my needs, budget and concerns and found me my absolute dream dress! I recommend Bitsy Bridal to everyone in the market for a wedding gown. Weddings are stressful enough without dealing with pushy sales associates. Go visit my friends at Bitsy Bridal and they will get you taken care of while you relax, I promise you wont be sorry.

After shopping at many other shops in the valley and being treated terribly, I was hesitant to go to any other stores. But I am so glad I did, the staff was absolutely amazing!! Also, with alterations, everything was so through and they checked every step of the way to make sure it’s exactly how I wanted! I cannot recommend enough!

Loved my experience at Bitsy. A lot of shops have pretty gowns but the fit here is amazing and its not itchy.... yayy for sensitive skin. The staff is not pushy nor use scaring techniques like if u dont buy it today, you wont have a dress for your wedding which is a turn off for me at other places.

I am not associated with anyone- my sister had a terrible experience here. I’ve never seen someone treated so poorly and the dresses were poor quality. Shame on this company for not taking responsibility and trying to blame my review on someone else! Next time have better customer service.

Bought my dream dress in one of their designer trunkshow. got a discount which is awesome. everybody is so knowledgeable about alterations there. they are sticklers about wearing masks and keep referencing Costco which I found it funny.

My dress is amazing quality and they have done amazing with my alterations. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are about my dress and what looks best. I looked at a lot of bridal shops, but Im so glad I ended up booking with Bitsy. They have gorgeous gowns--both classic and modern styles--at a reasonable price. Plus, they give you a discount for purchasing a gown on your first visit! I ended up picking a dress that has to be altered fairly extensively, so they walked me through what needed to happen and had their seamstress look at it while I was there. Im going to end up with a beautiful, unique gown. The stylists were also super kind and helpful. I had my main stylist who selected my gowns, and she did an incredible job listening and giving me a variety of options. There were also two other stylists who were in the shop and helped answer questions. All in all, Bitsy has so many wonderful options and its easy to work with them. Ill update my review once alterations are done. Hopefully, everything goes well.

I visited this amazing shop as a bridesmaid with the bridal party and wow, the dresses were absolutely beautiful and affordable. My friend (the bride) has been searching for dresses for months and finally found her dream dress here. Actually, Bride found a few dresses and had a hard time choosing! I came into Bitsys in Nov 2018 because I heard great things about them from a friend. I found a dress that I was in love with. I was hesitant to put a deposit towards it because it was the first dress I had tried on. I felt the pressure from the the owner and the consultant and I told them I was not ready. They offered me a discount if I did it today and if I change my mind in the future, I was welcome to apply my deposit as store credit. I shouldve known it was going to be a mistake if I did the deposit with them.With wedding circumstances I had to change my wedding dress. I contacted the owner, Pam and she told me that I had until end of 2019 to find my dress. I went back in to find a new dress and I noticed that they still carried the same dresses since the last time I came in. I tried on most of the dresses that was within my budget and even over my budget to try find a dress to love. I felt limited and asked if they would be having more dresses in by the end of the year, they said no. I told them that I dont think I will find my dress here and if I can have a refund. The owner said no because I have costed them out of pocket money. She told me that we can apply the deposit toward accessories and veils. I ended up coming back in on a different day. The consultant told me that she did not know the prices and only the owner knows. Most of the accessories and veils were older styles. I picked out a few, contacted the owner and no response. I got one response of her telling me that shes busy. I have contacted her multiple times after that and I never heard back again.Till this day I have not heard back from the bridal shop. Im really disappointed how things ended up and wish they wouldve just offered me a refund instead of wasting both of our times.I really tried to communicate the situation and I understand they can get busy but they could at least honor the credit I have in the store and I feel have no other choice but to leave a bad review and end up with hundreds of dollars loss after a whole year of trying to work it out.For this shop, I wish for you to please be more considerate of your clients and future brides. Be less about money especially when people put their trust in you.

Found my perfect dress here! The staff was great to work with, made alterations easy and were very accommodating to my hectic schedule pre-wedding. If you customize or change the dress, they are so helpful and talk everything out so that you know exactly what they are going to do, and they make sure they know exactly what you want. My experience with Bitsy Bridal was an absolute nightmare (was actually the only negative aspect of planning my wedding). I purchased my dress out of state and Bitsy Bridal carried the designer of my dress so the shop I bought my dress thought theyd be a good place to get alterations done. Pam was the most unprofessional and rude person Ive ever dealt with in a professional capacity. When I was unhappy with how the alterations were progressing, she got super defensive and basically told me if I didnt want to complete the alterations their way, I could find somewhere else to take my dress (with less than a month to go before my wedding). They did give me a full refund and I was able to take my dress elsewhere where I was treated much better. There are so many wonderful dress shops in Utah, do NOT waste your time here.

Bitsy was absolutely incredible! We did a total redesign of the top of my dress and it turned out so perfect! They spent so much time and didn’t go forward with anything until they knew it was exactly what I wanted! The seamstress was such a delight to work with! If I am sending all my friends to Bitsy!

Ive absolutely loved Bitsy Bridal! They have been absolutely accommodating which had made getting ready for the wedding stress free! The dress came in on time and absolutely gorgeous! I had an AMAZING experience here. I had went to a few other dress shops before coming here. I was able to find my dream dress from Pinterest here with the help of the most amazing staff. Their in-house seamstress is awesome too and really knows her stuff. I love the shop so much that I suggested them to one of my family friends and she found her dress here not too long ago as well! They have such a broad variety of dresses. They can fit any brides needs!!

I LOVE BITSY BRIDAL!!! The stylists actually listen to what youre looking for and match you up with your dream dress SO easily! I shopped for my wedding gown at four other places (before and after Bitsy Bridal), and although there were beautiful gowns at each place, nothing could beat the gown Stephanie helped me find at Bitsy Bridal. It was exactly what I was looking for! It had all the details - sparkle, lace, pearls, etc. - that not only made me feel beautiful, but also made me feel like a bride. I always thought Say Yes to the Dress was dramatized and never believed Id know when I found the right dress. I was wrong! I knew I had found my dress as soon as I was in it. Not only is their selection WONDERFUL, their alterations are incredible as well! I had to build up my dress quite a bit, and Irma and Pam lovingly and patiently attended to every single minor detail. Bitsy Bridal has been such a great bridal boutique and I would recommend this shop if you are looking for great customer service and beautiful gowns. This is shop practically all inclusive as well as one of a kind dresses. This was my second stop when shopping for a wedding dress and I fell in love. They were so helpful and on top of the ordering, I was able to know my final cost with built-up and extra lace. Completely satisfied with their service.

I got my dress from here after trying many different shops and being pretty tired with the process. I was pleasantly surprised here. I was looking for a simple, classic style, and while the shop had a large variety, I found the exact dress.I really enjoyed working with Pam; she asked me what I liked in a dress and my budget, then walked me around the store to get a better idea before pulling dresses for me to try on. I appreciated this because most of the other places just had me walk around on my own and try to figure out dresses based on how they looked in a bag on a hanger. Great experience!

I had such a great experience at Bitsy Bridal! I live in Michigan, but my parents live in Utah. I really wanted my mom to be with me when I found my dress, so I decided to go shopping when I was in town for Thanksgiving. I ended up finding the perfect dress at Bitsy Bridal. Pam was so great and assured my mom and I that she would be able to pack it well and have it arrive in Michigan absolutely flawless.. and it did! Im so excited to wear it!

If I could leave a ZERO star, I would. My fiancé ordered a dress here back in February, SIX months in Advance before our wedding date. Then unfortunately a pandemic happened, leaving us no choice but to cancel our wedding. My fiancé asked for a refund or an in-store credit and the owner Pam has refused to do anything to help or make the situation easier. I have watched my fiancé cry over this when it’s supposed to be a special moment. The way Pam responds is disgusting. She has lied and said she “rushed the order” because how “close the wedding date was” but ordering 6 months in advance should be more than enough time. My fiancé has expressed to me that she is torn between giving up and losing out on a $900 deposit and spend her money elsewhere when we have a new date. Somewhere where she will be treated a lot better. I am disappointed and sad with how things are being handled, especially with how excited my fiancé was about this dress and our wedding in general. The least this shop can do is compromise and meet in the middle instead of make this experience horrible!! Don’t waste your time here.

UPDATE: After several attempts of trying to get a refund or at least try to work something out, I finally filed a dispute with my bank and I couldn’t thank them enough for fighting hard for me. I was able to get at least $600 back. I had put $600 on my card and a family member put $300 on his card. (Deposit was $900) Bitsy Bridal still kept the other $300. In the process of everything Bitsy Bridal (pam) threatened to sue me and gave me a false “attorney” number.Said it was not their problem I decided to cancel my wedding. Which is sad because I didn’t “choose” to cancel my wedding just like I didn’t choose for their to be a pandemic nor did I choose to be laid off.In other 1 star reviews this company has, Pam has blamed the review on me saying I have asked people to leave the reviews-Not true. I don’t even know or associate with those ppl.I have to give a huge shout out to my Venue (The Grand View Reception Center), my Photographer (Paulina Martinez), my DJ (Josh Weesly), Delta Airlines and Royal Caribbean for not taking advantage of us and honoring credits for the money we have already put down with them. Also to DAVIDS BRIDAL for working with my bridesmaids with absolutely no fight.My heart truly is with anyone who had to cancel their wedding due to COVID. And also to the businesses that have been affected but also as a business took care of their customers..One of the most special parts of wedding planning is finding your perfect dress for your big day, here at Bitsy Bridal, the manager PAM has done nothing but make this experience miserable for me. I put down a 50% deposit when I found a beautiful dress, then a couple weeks later COVID happened, leaving my fiancée and I no choice but to cancel our wedding. I reached out to the shop and Pam has refused to give me a refund after I asked again she offered that she would talk to the designer of the dress to see if I could get an in-store credit but never reached back out to me until I reached out TWO months later. She replied with “i dont know how to tell you this but its a BIG fat NO”. I have reached out to other Bridal shops near by and they have all told me they are refunding brides and helping out in any way they can. I wish Bitsy Bridal was not all about money and cared for their customers. Especially during economic hardships. I am very disappointed with customer service.

They have been prompt, easy to work with, and very attentive to any questions I have. Also, I absolutely love my dress. It fits me perfectly, and they did such a good job with taking my measurements that I barely needed any alterations!

This place is awesome! Great customer service, Pam is seriously the best I loved working with her and how fast she is at responding. I found the dress I wanted within minutes and the quality of it was amazing and they were able to make it modest at a low cost. The place is a little pricey but worth the quality. Make sure you get your dress at least 3 months in advance or they charge you for getting it shipped sooner. Overall great experience.

We even shot the owners personal wedding :) Just know if you want an amazing dress and someone to have your back and go to work for you then this is a great place. Overall I had a great experience at Bitsy Bridal. I found the dress of my dreams and was very happy with the end result. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their alterations were quite expensive and when I ordered my dress in November I was told it would be in at the end of January and it didn’t come in until early April. This wasn’t a huge issue for me since my wedding was in early June but for someone else this could have been a disaster. The alterations turned out amazing and they were a dream to work with but definitely pricier in the end than we thought they would be. Overall happy with my experience though.

If you’re going to go anywhere for a wedding dress, GO TO BITSY BRIDAL! It was so easy to book an appt online and they were so helpful with everything. The women I worked with were funny, helpful, kind, and honest. I had a hard time explaining what I wanted but they were so patient with me and they continued to work with me to figure out what I wanted. ❤️ After finding the dress that I wanted, they went above and beyond to alter and fix it up to be the dress of my dreams. The woman who did my alterations (in house which was fantastic) was so talented and kind. It was the most incredible experience and because of Bitsy Bridal, I looked fabulous on our wedding day.

I ended up buying two gowns to wear during my wedding and bought the second gown for my reception at Bitsy Bridal. What I love about Bitsy: They have a great selection of gowns from favorites like Hayley Paige and Lazaro. Pam is also amazing to work with! She is down to earth and genuinely wants to help you find the gown of your dreams. She followed up without throughout my months of searching.The rest of the ladies in the shop also exude relaxed and easy going vibes (as opposed to a place like Alta Moda, which in my opinion was super pretentious and stuffy) and I have enjoyed working with them. I also love the texting and online appointment system. It makes it so easy to communicate with the staff and set an appointment that works with my schedule. In addition, they offer in-house alterations. In my opinion, their rates are a bit pricey, but to me it beats having to drag my dress to another shop and go through all the trouble to set up all the fittings again. Last but not least, their shop is super cute! They give you plenty of privacy to try on your dresses and the decor is trendy.

Bitsy Bridal was the first boutique I went to and I loved it, I knew what I wanted and they helped me find my dress easy-peasy. They were really kind and helpful and their dresses are stunning. The only thing I will say is that the estimated costs were a lot lower than they actually turned out to be--but maybe thats just the way it is with bridal gowns.

The designer of my dress shipped my dress late and Bitsy bridal was very nice and professional. They helped make sure my dress was rush altered and done on time. My dress turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely love all of the women at bitsy bridal they were so helpful on the phone and were even able to help me with my budget! When I walked in every one was as nice as could be and is actually the only bridal store I needed to go to they were so friendly and had a lot of option although I found my dress which was the first one I tried on they had other options for me and did everything they could to get me what I want for the big day.

Worst bridal shop ever. If you want to risk getting your dress after your wedding, then go ahead and purchase it from Bitsy Bridal. If you would like be ripped off and pay extra, then purchase it from them. If you think you are perfectly confident about every decision you make in your life, and you believe you absolutely wont have dress regrets, then order your dress from them.These people are 200% into money.
