The GM Mike was amazing, great customer service happening here! They kept me updated on my car, got quotes to me fast, and did a fantastic job.

I had my sunroof shatter while I was driving and I just happened to be close to Gerber so I stopped in. I didn’t know what to do as I was afraid to take the 45 minute drive home with shattered glass, I didn’t want it flying everywhere. Mike, the manager, was so kind and helpful and got it all cleaned up and taped up so I could safely drive home. I was so grateful for his kindness in such a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

I went in to get a quick estimate on a minor paint chip fix. When I first walked in, the red-haired receptionist looked at me, looked back at her computer, and continued typing for several minutes before even acknowledging me. There were no other customers there, the lobby was completely empty (so there was no excuse for her treatment of a potential customer). She told me they wouldnt even look at my car for an estimate without an appointment. Her unprofessionalism left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just walked out. Such terrible customer service, I would not recommend this shop for any service.

I went to two auto body shops months ago and their quotes were ridiculously expensive and I didnt like the establishments at all. Gerber has a family/neighbor-we-want-to-help-you-out kind of feeling. They dont act like theyre trying to squeeze money out of you or con you. They did a great job. They were really helpful arranging a rental car. They were fast. I would highly recommend using them for your car repair.

Got our back passenger door replaced on our 2018 jeep compass as we had been tboned. Excellent job. You cant even tell wed been in an accident

After some kid hit me in his bmw they made my 2017 Hyundai Elantra look like it just came off the showroom floor for the first time again. Big shoutout to mike for making sure I was informed the whole way and helping me out. I’ve had 2 cars they’ve worked on for me and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic service, very fast and lots of attention to detail

I went in and got some collision repairs done on my personal car and they did a great job. Now I take our fleet for the company here for collision repairs and they do not disappoint. Jeremiah and Carrie are so helpful and keep you updated through the whole process. ALSO, a big plus, your vehicle looks as good as new when they are finished. I’m sure other locations of Gerber are great, but I highly recommend this location.

Had some body damage repaired here on my Passat and it came back looking brand new! Would highly recommend this Gerber location as their team is highly professional and willing to put in the work to make your car look perfect again.

My car was recently towed here after an accident and the team at Gerber was extremely reassuring to me. I was pretty shaken up when I arrived at their office after getting a ride for me and my car with a pretty sketchy tow truck driver. Carrie greeted me and was very comforting, making sure I didnt need anything to drink and that I was physically ok post-accident. Before the tow truck driver came into the office, I explained that he was making me very uncomfortable and demanding that I pay him cash. Carrie and another gentleman (I didnt catch his name) paid my tow truck bill with their company card and then just added it to my overall bill so I didnt have to provide cash to this sketchy guy. I didnt end up needing repairs here since the car was totaled, but a few days later I called about returning to collect my things from the car. I told Carrie over the phone that I also wanted to take my roof rack with me but since I was coming from work I wouldnt have any tools to remove it. When I arrived, she sent out one of their employees who spent a good 10 minutes removing it for me without complaint. If I need any car repairs in the future, I will remember Carrie and the team at Gerber in SLC. Their customer service is top notch!

I was looking for a repair shop and I came across their reviews here and was impressed. I went in and had my car reparied by them. The reviews dont lie! This shop is the best! The daily updates about my vehicle and the timely manner everything was handled was amazing. I appreciate the work they put into my car and the fact they gave it back to me vaccummed and washed ❤ I even noticed they put one of my little pines on. 😅 you guys are great I also appreciate how knowledge Kiri is! She is the best to be honest. I will definitely recommend you guys to others! Thanks again for the wonderful work.

Though it looked good 6 weeks ago, I now find ripples and flaws in the paint. One of the tail lights was not plugged in and I was nearly rear ended until I realized the turn signal on that side wasnt working. They left used plastic parts in the trunk. Not up to my expectations considering past business with them.I was called by the manager of this location. I went back and the ripple (aka run) in the paint was sanded and corrected. The thumbprint in the paint was not addressed. The other complaints were handled by me. I have increased my rating by one star, to 4, which I consider generous.

Was set up with Gerber through my insurance and they did a great job of getting the work done on my car is great time without missing any quality. So happy with my experience, the staff is extremely friendly and happy.

Amazing service; amazing people! Flew into SLC to drive my daughters car back to Indiana. (Long story). Drove a block and noticed the driver side mirror was cracked so badly there was no way I could drive in interstate. Called Gerber and Jeremiah was all over it. He tracked down a mirror, hustled over and picked it up, and got it installed. I was back on the road in about an hour. Crazy good.
