DO NOT GO HERE. I needed my mirror replaced, and a tire mount onto a different rim. The mirror for one is the wrong size. Its smaller than my original, not only that but the rubber fell off from my rim the day AFTER I had it serviced. I could have killed someone with how the tire fell off WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON A 50 MPH ROAD.

Have taken my car here twice now for help with funny sounds it was making. In the first case, I had a rock stuck in the brakes. They diagnosed and fixed this at no charge. In the second case, I thought I needed an alignment and was happy to pay to have them check that. They instead found my electrical power steering (EPS) system had failed and found a recently extended warranty on this part. They advised me to go to a dealer to have it fixed for free. I was on the phone with them 3-4 times about this and they didn’t charge me a dime. The dealer confirmed that the issue was with the EPS and, while they initially quoted me >$1500 to fix, after I asked about the extended warranty, they checked and dropped the charge to $0. You can bet I’ll be bringing my car back here — everything I’ve seen convinces me they are honest and skilled. Highly recommend!

These guys are fantastic! I have had bad experiences with auto shops in the past, but these guys are awesome. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and wont sneak in unecessary repairs or charges. Their repairs are fairly priced as well. They have helped with every car problem I have had recently. I cant praise them enough.

Great shop I hot a flat and had it towed to them because they are AAA shop. Thought I would have to buy a tire and left paying nothing turns out it was a nail and they repaired it free!

I live in Washington state and my wife and daughter had road tripped down to SLC for a friends wedding. The bride is practically my daughters little sister. Aside from the usual stress my daughter was both doing makeup and hair, but also the photographer, so lots of stress. The morning of I get a call from my wife that the battery on the car was dead, but of the approx 1,500 miles they had just driven the battery decided to die right in front of Jones Complete Car Care. I dont mean so sound churchy, but this was a clear blessing. The people at Jones stopped everything got the car into the shop and got a new battery in the car in just a few minutes. Day was saved. Thank you to the people at Jones.

As a woman, Im always nervous to get ripped off by a mechanic. Im glad I found Jones a couple years ago. They always take good care of me, are always ok with me just dropping my car off on a whim, give me friendly service with a smile, and I can just tell they are just good, honest guys that care about the work they do. Highly recommend them! I have recommended a couple of my friends to them... One had a pretty big issue going on with her car. I told her go to Jones and they looked it over and quoted her. She was nervous it was overpriced, so she took it to her familys mechanic thats shes always used and trusted for an opinion... They priced her $300 more than Jones did. Needless to say, she went back to Jones. lol! I wont go anywhere else for car maintenance. Thanks Jones for being good, fair and honest mechanics!!!

I really dont know how I could give them anything less than 5 stars. They are polite, more than fair priced, do honest work, and quick. I was already familiar with them as they care for my work vehicles, so when I started getting problems with my personal car I decided to go to them, they took care of my car quickly , with multiple issues, and even replaced an extra part I had that I couldnt figure out on my own, with no extra charge. I have never had such a good experience at a car shop. 10/10!

Bought a used car last year and the dealership gave me two free services. First service they said the alignment was off and I paid them to fix it. Second service they said it was still off. Plus after the first service my steering wheel was not aligned as it once was. Brought it into Jones Complete Auto Care, not only do I love bringing my cars here for regular maintenance, but they promptly and honestly fixed the shoddy alignment from the dealership, fixed my wheel alignment, all within a reasonable price and timely turn around. Absolutely love bringing my cars here! They are super honest and do quality work! Highly recommended!

I was on my way to Arizona and I just needed an oil change. I went to precision tune auto care and The mechanic said that I needed to get my rotors and brakes replaced. Then stopped Jones for a second opinion. They were so kind helpful. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. Their mechanic diagnosed my car for free and it turns out my brake pads and rotors were fine and DID NOT need to be changed. The mechanic said, “They were only half used and he would be robbing me if he charged me to replace everything”. Instead of making a sale they CHOSE to be honest. I will always try Jones first and I highly recommend this company. Save yourself from crooked mechanics and go to Jones!

I needed a diagnostic and was referred by a company with whom I had a relationship. I had to wait at the counter and was finally told that I could not be serviced that day so had to make an appointment on another day and pay $109 for the diagnostic. I was early for the appointment at 0830 and was not remembered from the previous afternoon. I had to ask when it would be ready and was told in the afternoon. I ask her to call me with the status because I had to walk home. She acquiesced, & I left. More than 3 & 1/2 hours later, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that they had not started on it. When I asked when it would be, she stated that they only had 2 technicians When I told her that I could not leave my vehicle with them all day, she said she would have a technician call when they knew something. She called fairly soon after that, and I caught a ride to the shop. The manager Chester explained the results and gave me options and answered other questions. He was knowledgeable and personable and did not charge me.

I have come here for multiple repairs on my car. Probably four times already. The price is always reasonable, the work is timely, and I always feel like I am being dealt with honestly. Can’t ask for anything more than that! Highly recommend.

Overall, I have had had nothing but great experiences at Jones Complete care and I have been going to them for years. Recently, I have had an issue with my car that they keep trying to fix only for the check engine light to flip on again within 24 hours. This has been a six month saga and I have recently given up hope that I will ever be rid of that bothersome dash light. When this issues is laid to rest, ill give them back the 5th star.

Terrible service and rude employees. I had trouble getting a time that my work would be done, and then they kept the vehicle overnight. When I had dropped it off that morning. All of that for some tire changes, oil and some electrical.

Their key drop off is so handy, and the people are so nice and patient and understanding.

My family has been coming here for as long as I can remember, and they always do a spectacular job. Needed to get my Water Pump replaced, and these guys took care of me. Even during their extremely busy Friday they were able to get my car in and finish that notoriously difficult and lengthy job. I was so impressed by Nate, Mike and the entire team! I brought my mother-in-law’s car in because it had the check engine light on. Mike called me later that day and told me the problem was the catalytic converter...but that is not all. He said that he had called the Subaru dealership and gave them the VIN to see if it was under warranty...and it was! He easily could have just told me a price and we probably would have paid it. Instead, they charged us nothing and referred us to Subaru for warranty replacement. We will be customers for life!

I purchased my car used, four years ago, with the knowledge that the heater did not work. I have been to multiple mechanics/shops for various small maintenance things over the 4 years. I always asked if they had any idea about the heater. I got no consistent answer and various estimates as to a diagnosis, which no one guaranteed. During my first visit here, for routine maintenance, Jones (on 9th east) FIXED the Heater! It cost me less than $100, and they guaranteed the work. It was truly a simple fix, but their knowledge of the quirks of my make and model were really how this happened. Excellent service, great price and wonderful customer service. I definitely recommend this shop! (and they carry Valvoline oil!)

For problems that I believe we could have had fixed for half the price elsewhere.***in response to owner***You’ll see that I specifically say my HUSBANDS car in my review.Anyways let me update my review:My HUSBANDS car started having problems and our normal mechanic wasn’t available. So we took it to a here to be safe. They told him what the problem was and He had them fix it. Then he came home and told me how much he spent and I couldn’t believe how high it was! It was then I left the above review. A week later the problem was back.):( Luckily by then our normal mechanic was available and we took it to him and he got it taken care of for about 65% of their price (Like I thought).My final conclusion of this place: great if you have really easy things to take care of (oil change) but don’t go to them for real mechanical needs. They will over charge you, they won’t fix the problem, then they will start looking you up if they don’t like the review they earned from you 🙄

Good Mechanics. Price is a little high, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Truck had a bad oil leak, they fixed it quickly and it hasnt leaked a drop since. I will be back if I have anymore issues.

My experience was being treated with respect and an overall detailed explanation of what was needed in order to fix my car and a timfra me for completion. They are also very knowledgeable and detailed. If you are a repeat customer you could also receive free oil changes, tire rotations and Im not sure what else they offer but I know there are other options offered for these customers.The customer service area is also comfortable and clean and includes a place to get a drink and read.The bathroom is also kept clean which is a plus.When getting my car worked on they had a very busy schedule and I noticed they kept it under control using a strategy technique. I seen the cars moved in, worked on and moved out when completed and customers saying they didnt think their cars would be done this fast.I would like to say they have a great team and experienced management that knows how to keep a customer coming back.Thank you

Honest, friendly, and fast! I picked up groceries at Walmart and came out to a flat tire. They got me right in and fixed me up so I could get home without my groceries spoiling. This is the only place my husband trusts and has been taking his truck there for years.

I went in for an oil change and instead I was treated with a barrage of high pressure upsell tactics. My front tires were getting pretty low and I was in the market for replacing them but they went ahead and rotated my tires without asking, but the rotation was them taking the still in good condition rear tires in the back and installing them in the front. After they have installed the good tires in the front (having more worn tires in the rear is a major safety issue) they came and told me that I needed to replace my other tires. It was a super shady tactic and they tried pressuring me on other upsells as well. I will never go back there for a repeat service.

Fantastic mechanics, excellent value, and trustworthy. I started taking my care to Jones Complete Car Care when I moved to SLC. While I was there, I saw how people brought gifts and thank you cards to Chester and the rest of the staff, and I realized this was a place with a relationship with its customers. My car has had a few issues recently, and each time they get it fixed back up. You usually have to be careful trusting mechanics, but these guys have looked over my car several times and ended up charging me less than we had discussed because they deemed my current parts did not need replacing yet. They never pressure me but just try to help. Their prices are fair; cheaper than some of the major franchised car repair shops. I highly recommend them and will be using them for as long as I live in SLC.
